Streamlined Social Media and Audience Engagement

  • February 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things that I love most about Sprout Social is the engagement numbers and the tag performance. It's quick and lets us see across the board how audiences are engaging with our digital campaigns, which is really helpful for us. We need to know which campaigns are doing well and which ones need more attention. The initial setup for Sprout Social is very easy for our team, and we've been enjoying using it. I find it really helpful and simple to use. As of word-of-mouth, I'm a big fan.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Sprout Social needs more adaptability and engagement across different programs and platforms, like WordPress. It'd be nice if it could show us how our data and engagement reads happen through those sites, especially since we post newsletters and blog posts. Having all that in one streamlined data pool would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me with social media engagement, Google Analytics, and understanding audience behavior, providing click-through engagement numbers, which lets us track follows, unfollows, and direct messaging needs. It enables quick responses and tailored messaging through app tools.

Sprout Social most of the time gets the job done

  • February 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly the number one thing I love about it is that I can see all the messages in one inbox so I don’t have to open up 6 or 7 different tabs. My bus is 20 minutes late and I’m starving right now so I am just using the time to type this on my phone. With Sprout Social I just click and go through all the comments at once from one screen. Also happy to report that when I’ve used the mobile app it has never crashed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no dark mode which makes my eyes hurt. It’s so frustrating. The Instagram story reporting also was buggy for months and was giving us totally inaccurate numbers and I had to spend hours manually counting everything myself. When the reporting didn’t work, the customer service team offered account credits but nothing else as a way to make good on the fact that the data wasn’t usable. Too expensive for an app that crashes all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It prevents me from drowning in Facebook and LinkedIn posts every day. I schedule a bunch of things Monday and then I usually ignore them the rest of the week. The reporting is easy to export to show my boss that I’m actually working. Also helps me from missing random DMs.

Effortless Multi-Platform Scheduling and Account Management with Sprout Social

  • February 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Sprout Social is its ability to publish posts across multiple social media platforms and manage multiple accounts at once. I can customize each scheduled post to meet the specific standards of each platform and tailor the content to fit each account. This makes my workflow far more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I previously scheduled posts using Later.com, and there are two features I preferred on that platform compared to Sprout Social.

First, Later allowed me to upload multiple videos and photos into a media library and keep a small archive that I could easily access. I could click on the content I needed and quickly build and schedule multiple posts from that archive. With Sprout, I have to upload a single piece of content, create the entire post, and schedule it before starting a separate upload for a different post. This has required me to significantly adjust my workflow.

Second, Later would automatically adjust file sizes if I accidentally uploaded a video with quality settings that were too high for a platform. On Sprout, the post simply generates an error and fails to publish. In some cases, I am not notified until after the scheduled publish time has already passed. This has become a major issue, especially when I am away from my computer and unable to quickly fix the file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has been extremely helpful in organizing all of my posts in one place. I can create tags to categorize each post and separate them in a way that makes it easy to locate specific content, even months later.

I also really value Sprout’s analytics features. Data is one of the most important components of building a successful social media platform. Understanding why certain content performs well and identifying the factors behind its success is essential for continued growth and improvement.

Makes Social Media Management Way More Organized

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Sprout Social makes it to manage everything in one place. The dashboard is clean and not overwhelming, which matters when you’re juggling multiple accounts. The Smart Inbox is probably my favorite feature because it pulls all messages and comments together so I don’t have to bounce between platforms.

The reporting is also super helpful. It makes it easy to see what’s actually working without spending hours pulling data manually. I can quickly show results without overcomplicating things. I also really enjoy the data it pulls to help post at the best optimized time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is the cost. It’s definitely an investment, especially if you need multiple users or more advanced features. Sometimes I wish certain features weren’t tied to higher-tier plans.

There’s also a bit of a learning curve when you first get started, just because it does so much but once you get used to it, it’s pretty smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Sprout, managing social felt scattered. Logging into different platforms, tracking comments manually, pulling reports separately, it was time-consuming and easy to miss things.

Sprout brings everything together. It saves time, keeps communication organized, and makes it easier to stay consistent with posting. The analytics help me make smarter content decisions instead of guessing what works. Overall, it just makes the whole social media process feel more structured and manageable.
