Easy to Use, Seamless Social Profile Integration in One Place

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and integration of all my social profiles in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is clunky and difficult to use for things such as duplicating a post for a different platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing analytics and creating internal campaigns and tags in order to simplify analytics for very specific campaigns and data.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the platform is to use. Everything is straightforward, and it’s simple to reach out to customer service whenever I need extra help or a clearer explanation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the interface got an update at some point. I feel like the reporting areas could provide a little bit more info too and it would be great to be able to fully filter out paid influence from posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to have everything in one spot and I love being able to differentiate captions per network.

Seamless Social Management with Sprout Social

What do you like best about the product?
I think Sprout Social is a fantastic tool for social media management. I really like that the website is easy to navigate and user-friendly, which makes it very straightforward to use. One feature I find extremely useful is being able to schedule social media posts by selecting the exact day and time, which makes it super easy to plan ahead. The setup was also a breeze; it only took a few minutes to create our account. Plus, having a welcome call with the team at Sprout Social was great because they were very helpful with onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have anything negative to say about Sprout Social
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social primarily for scheduling posts. It allows me to select the exact day and time to publish, making it extremely easy to schedule in advance.

Streamlines Multi-Platform Content Posting Effortlessly

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social incredibly useful for content posting because it makes it easier than posting natively. I appreciate being able to post for multiple platforms and channels all in one space. I also like how user-friendly it is to learn and understand. I enjoy our monthly communication with our rep and the team that is always there to help with technical issues. Additionally, the setup for Sprout Social is pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish API limitations didn't stop us from having to post in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for easier content posting, managing multiple platforms in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy tool to go through inboxes for multiple platforms in one spot, the scheduling tool and how easy it is to make reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cannot schedule more than 10 assets for a carrousel, there is no mix of video and photos for Facebook. Also, if you manually publish something you have to tag each post individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social makes community management faster and scheduling content so much easier.

Great Usability, But Glitchy at Times

What do you like best about the product?
I like the usability of Sprout Social and how easy it makes it to moderate my clients social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very glitchy. Sometimes certain tools don't work well and sometimes it can affect my work. It's sometimes hard to create cases, see updates from the client's side, and sometimes the platform crashes all together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for answering customer service issues, moderating social media comments, direct messages, and public mentions for my confidential clients. We also escalate cases through sales force to make sure the client can handle more complex issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The main reason I chose Sprout Social is the mobile app. While I do 99% of my posting on the desktop site, being notified when a post is successful is critical and super helpful to my day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike; there are a few nuanced things that aren't 100% perfect, but nothing that I can really say I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social allows me to have a birds eye view over multiple social accounts, keep track of posting, and if I want/need it, plenty of reports and data to back things up. It makes my social media management services easy and scalable.

Effortless Post Scheduling and Editing

What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social because it helps ensure that my posts are on time and lets me schedule in advance. I also like the fact that I can edit and filter photos within Sprout Social, which means I don't have to download other apps to edit the photos I want to post. Plus, the initial setup of Sprout Social was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while ot login sometimes

I use Sprout Social to make sure my posts are on time by scheduling in advance. I like that I can edit and filter photos without needing other apps.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule, preview, and draft posts for multiple platforms. And their robust reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
We have 100+ locations - I wish we could manage all of our location Facebook pages here. Along with Google Business Profile (not just posting, but actually managing listing information)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me get ahead and schedule posts in advance!

Perfect for our needs

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the calendar scheduler is a visual format so that I can see everything I have planned. I also love that, as long as I keep up with tags, the reporting tool makes it easy for me to see the impact of my campaigns. It's also great that all our analytics across platforms can be in one place rather than having to bounce around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that tagging other companies doesn't always work even when I know I have the correct social media handle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need an easy way to report out on the efficacy of our marketing campaigns. Because we utilize the campaign and tag features, we can pull reports very easily to show how many impressions and clicks we got and which posts were the most popular. We especially love this latter feature.
