Great Product, Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to monitor all social medias and the integration to Salesforce is really nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Set up can be a little tricky if you do not know what you are doing. I recommend putting aside some time before the initial set up.

All content is readily available to use and is of very high quality

So far, it has been all good and would only recommend more how to guide videos

Takes very little time to schedule content and hence save time

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has more in-depth and developed features than other social media platforms. The ease of use for posting and reporting is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have more focus on LinkedIn and B2B focused functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The communication within the platform has helped me streamline our social media strategy and process for social media post requests.

Heavy emphasis on Twitter - I think this is a big mistake

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can see at a glance all the data regarding the posts, see its performance, compare it to another period and see what works best and what doesn't work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it is not that easy to understand everything you read in the reports and it would be great to be able to have a simplified report highlighting what is the most important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to schedule posts across all our social media accounts, easily, specially with the duplication tools. It's easy to resize the pictures too, and I take less time.

What do you like best about the product?
When I use Sprout for community management, I love that the software aggregates comments and DMs from all of our platforms into one inbox. I can easily flag issues to our people, which generally makes the process more seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find Sprout to be the most user-friendly, as there are just too many functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social primarily for community management. We have a separate software for scheduling posts and for analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Asset library, tag features for reporting, the onboarding specialist was super helpful, scheduling with smart times, reporting features, competitor viewing, the ability to drag and drop the calendar
What do you dislike about the product?
The header image when I post a blog sometimes defaults to the first image in the post rather than our hero image. I tried fixing it with the support team but didn't have any luck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me stay organized. A problem I anticipated having was not being able to keep everything in a good order. It's also helping me report back to my team about my progress, solving the problem of not knowing how social is reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow options Sprout provides are invaluable to the bigger organizations I use it for. Also the way it scales for bigger or smaller orgs makes it usable no matter the size of who is using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price options can sometimes be prohibitive when adding on features beyond the basic things (like workflow). Also adding users to an account can be quite expensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow and content planning. Being able to load in content weeks or even months out means things don't slip through the cracks and makes day to day social media planning much easier

What do you like best about the product?
Have been working with a customer support specialist to ensure we’re getting the most out of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still find no use of the social listening add on. It’s tricky to set up and the results are still irrelevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is saving me lots of time with reporting. I can access all data in one place without having to go to various sources.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a one stop shop for social scheduling, analytics, comments and reviews. It saves my team time so they can go directly to sprout and not have to go on all the separate platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be an issue with accuracy of data at times and sometimes its hard to find what I need because the platform is so complex. Its easy to get confused or lose your spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to access help as they have been very response. anytime is need help I imply send an email and receive a response quickly about setting up a new meeting to address the issues.
