Most Consistent Social Management tool for the last 11 years
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has consistently been the best social management tool I've used at various organizations. I have used it since 2011. It is always improving and keeping up with the latest trends in social media without over-inflating the cost like many other services. Its integration of AI tools has been well thought out and actually adds value, unlike others that basically add AI as a sales gimmick. The staff at Sprout are helpful and very communicative.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything specific to Sprout's features themselves. I do wish some of the premium analytics were part of the standard analytics as I cannot justify the cost of the premium version for a few analytics but that is basically it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the key areas that we utilize Sprout is social media analytics. It provides great insights into our channels and presents them in a very visual and easy to understand way for our stakeholders who do not have a background in analytics. Plus it has the capability to do deeper dives into the metrics if we want to do so as well. Additionally, as a one person social media team, Sprout saves me so much time and acts almost like a second staff member.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set up a call with Sprout if you are on the fence about it. They are great to work with and give good demos. But after utilizing several platforms over my career, I'd say Sprout is near the top if not the top when it comes to ease of use, features, and price.

Easy to maneuver throughout the sight and answer everyone that reached out to our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some irrelevant things come into the inbox.

Staying on top of every member reaching out to Equinox.
The best SMMS tool we've found
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has an intuitive user interface in addition to the clean graphically designed look and feel. We don't even use all of the capabilities Sprout Social includes, but it makes scheduling and community management for our social media easier than any other service we've found. We also recommend using Sprout Social to our clients who want a more complete system than other SMMS tools provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a grandfathered plan, but the cost of normal plans is higher than other SMMS tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Sprout Social to seamlessly run the monthly social media feed of our growing marketing agency. More and more, we recommend clients to use Sprout Social, and we are working on using Sprout Social to create a stream of recurring income for us by connecting our clients who need to use an SMMS tool.

The entire platform has great features especially the managerial functionalities.

There really isn't anything that I don't like about Sprout.

Fav Features: scheduling (obvs), choosing optimum post times, 1st IG comment with #'s, and finding content

Viewing scheduled posts in the month calendar view (should show a preview of the post)

Sprout is a fantastic all-in-one solution for management of multiple social media platforms and accounts. Perfect for agencies or businesses that want robust management tools like chatbots, review management, and comment inboxes
One of the best marketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Sprout Social is how user-friendly it is. Very easy to navigate, analyze data, and schedule posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how Sprout Social doesn't yet support IG when we're trying to post more than 1 image for a single post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has provided us with great analytics for us to track what is working and what isn't. With the data, we've improved our relationships with our customers.

I love that the reports are all very visually appealing and easy for clients to digest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes (but very rarely), the reports don't add up to the numbers we find natively in the platform.

Providing our social media clients with great, colorful, detailed reports about their social results on a monthly basis.

It works very well with clients that are on multiple social media platforms. It's easy to connect, manage and export reports for the timelines you're looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
We love using Sprout Social at our agency to handle all of our social media planning & reporting. We have also tried the Listening software and have been happy with that too! PLUS having Sprout as a partner for our agency has helped grow our agency. They've referred us to potential clients, are available to answer our questions anytime, and offer educational programs all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar viewing is somewhat limited, but they have been improving that. I wish I could upload to an image to my post and then save it to the asset library right from there. The reporting formatting can be tricky as well. If there was a way to copy & paste the charts from Sprout into a document, that would be amazing. But these are very minor struggles. Overall, we have very limited problems or dislikes with Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling social content in advance, managing comments and messages from clients, reputation management through listening software, monthly client reporting is so easy - and so much more. We can manage our large group of social media clients with ease. The smart inbox alerts us when any of our clients get comments, new followers, messages, etc - this saves our team so much time wading through all of the accounts that they manage on the individual social channels. We love working with Sprout Social!

Sprout Social is a high-quality social media scheduling and reporting software. But beyond that, they are a growing company that is focused on making technological advancements for their clients. They are always innovating, adding new features, listening to feedback, and more. They work with us to help our company achieve our goals. They are invested in our success.
Best Social Media Management Software On The Market!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for this platform is 10 out of 10. The reporting is super clean. Everything about Sprout Social is money!

There isn't much I dislike about sprout to be honest.

Our agency is running super detailed social media management for multiple top tech companies using the platform. It is solving all of our problems by managing all the posts and data into one centralized platform.
