Pretty good, missing some key updates
What do you like best about the product?
For publishing, it's great to be able to have all the accounts in one spot and the reports/analytics that Sprout automatically compiles is very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
They're missing key updates and features which have made us have to not use Sprout for certain posts, like updated emojis, collaborators on posts, cover photos for Reels, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is a time saver and is saving us having to do many things manually, making sure posts go up timely across all accounts. It's also helping us with analytics to better review and look over what's working.
I am new to Sprout Social and I have been using it for about one month.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Sprout Social is the scheduling process of being able to duplicate content for different platforms. I love that I don't have to re-create a post every single time I need to duplicate content.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the drafts section, I would love to be able to save a draft without submitting it for approval. It would also be helpful to be able to tag LinkedIn users in posts. I wish the monthly view of the calendar would look better when you export it as a PDF. The content should display the full copy and a bigger thumbnail of the media to go with it. Also, when I post fails, it would be great to have more information than just "unknown error". I recently had to re-upload a video post 6 different times before I accidentally figured out that the file size was too big. I also don't have the ability to edit failed posts, which is frustrating. I have to re-create the entire post and re-upload the content each time a post fails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, tracking, scheduling all in one place. I love that I don't have to log into each platform natively to collect the data and generate reports.
Great Analytics Reporting + Social Listening
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very user-friendly and beneficial when it comes to reporting and social listening. I love Sprout Social for understanding social growth and picking up on trends within your industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics reports provided are very useful, but some key metric reporting that is very useful to business is only provided if you upgrade to premium analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows me to pull social growth reporting for our exec meetings. I am also able to respond to comments that come in from our social channels, good for community management.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule content ahead of time, especially during the busy season, is super helpful. Sprout makes social engagement easy even when traveling out of the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needing mobile publishers for stories and reels on Instagram presents a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone with many roles at my company, social media can be hard to manage hands-on. Sprout lets me manage our social media mostly hands-off!
Innovative, All-in-One Social Media Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love the calendar view in Sprout Social, which helps us publish content more efficiently. Monitoring analytics is also a great feature, and occasionally we use the inbox feature. I appreciate how Sprout is always innovating and adding new functionality, like the ability to leave the first comment under a post and edit captions per platform. It auto compresses photos for certain platforms and recommends the best times to post. Sprout keeps adding new platforms and functionalities, making it more of an all-in-one solution, and their customer service is pretty good too. The approval process is very beneficial, and it's quite easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few little technical things that could be improved on Sprout, like the user interface, which could probably be slightly updated, though it's not really an issue once you learn it. The approval process can also be a little tedious at times, especially if you have a lot of different platforms for one post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social lets us post to all social media channels from one place, plan with a calendar view, draft posts, and leave notes to track holidays and campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how there are optimal times to post for each platform. I also like how easy it is to look at reporting metrics and to create your own custom reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sprout doesn't have a lot of capability when it comes to Reels and TikTok. I know this would be an API issue, but I would love to be able to choose popular sounds while scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the problem that they are solving is there shortening how long it takes me to schedule social media posts. When it comes to reporting, it streamlines my reports since all information can be found in app.
Has greatly improved our social media presence in just over one month of regular use.

I feel like it's a little pricey. I would like to see the ability to have more than one user at lower price. It's a bit much for a small business.

Sprout Social allows us to manage our social media programs, giving us a single platform to schedule and post content, respond to comments and direct messages, and review our analytics and performance.

Sprout Social has great tools
What do you like best about the product?
I think the thing I like the most about Sprout Social is that it is very easy to navigate and that you can schedule posts for all platforms, which can't be done through other websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I have noticed recently that I really don't like is that if you choose to crop a photo that you're about to schedule a post, the quality can be sacrificed and might not be as good as the original photo

Being a social media manager in a corporate setting can sometimes be difficult with how many things need to be posted, Sprout social helps alleviate that pressure in managing posting.

Social listening and cost of the platform. Also when we boost a piece on content it doesnt pull all of the metrics. Have to use IG natively for stats.
