Sprout Customer for 8+ Years

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has the best reporting for the money.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sprout helped manage more platforms, like YouTube.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting is 100% where the ROI is for my clients. The customer service option is also good but the reporting gives us enough insight to plan other marketing efforts more cost-effectively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The hashtag engagement reports are awesome for streamlining hashtag use. Use the ones that are most effective, as consumers find paragraph blocks of hashtags annoying.

Sprout Saved My Social Strategy

What do you like best about the product?
The Publishing and Reporting feature of Sprout literally saved my business' social media strategy. Prior to joining Sprout, we really struggled to not only come up with impactful campaigns but we were also not able to measure how well they really did. The Publishing aspect of Sprout allows us to plan a month out for social and ensure that we have enough content going out on each medium. The Reporting tool helps us see what campaigns did well and what ones we have to work on more in the future. I also very much like the addition of the Reviews tab, as my business is one that is reviewed online often and each review needs to be replied to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is the Listening tab. That's not really Sprout's fault, it's just not that pertinent to my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the problem of not being able to plan an entire month ahead for social media content. We realized the benefit of planning ahead and being able to adapt to current trends. We also solved the problem of not being able to truly measure a campaign's success through the Reporting tab.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While Sprout is an added cost to the business, the efficiency that it provides the social media team with is unparalleled and well worth the cost.

Saving my life one scheduled post at a time

What do you like best about the product?
SMART INBOX <3 Schedule + Duplicate! So simple but genius. I also enjoy being able to schedule posts to Instagram. And the cross channel reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to schedule to Instagram accounts that aren't business accounts without assigning the "publisher". In addition, wish I could schedule Instagram stories from Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, choosing the best times to push content, strategically planning posting across 17 sports, interacting with followers quicker across profiles/channels and staying organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout Social has made life so much easier when managing social media for an athletic department with 17+ sports. It allows us to incorporate every Twitter, Instagram and Facebook page for each of our sports. The smart inbox allows you to interact with your followers in a single place helping your social media manager stay up-to-date with retweets, likes and comments. It also brings in your direct messages to keep everything in one place. I would highly recommend becoming a Sprout Social user to anyone in university athletics!

One-stop Shop for any Social Media Management

What do you like best about the product?
As a social media manager, I need to operate multiple accounts, schedule their posting, and track how those posts are doing. I love that I can do that all on one user-friendly platform with all the analytics I need. I'm also a huge fan of the "messaging" center where I can respond to all my incoming messages on all platforms in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more features for Instagram. I post carousel and videos often, which don't have an easy automation for posting so I have to instead do it through the app regularly, taking away from my scheduling system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have finally been able to track our followers (and loss of followers) being able to capitalize on our busy seasons and low seasons within our Instagram community, which makes it easier for me to strategize my content throughout the seasons.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While choosing social media management platforms, Sprout Social was the best at providing everything I needed. It is user-friendly and has abundant analytics. As a small organization, this was the best choice knowing we can upgrade our account to obtain more features as our organization also grows.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social allows me to quickly and easily monitor the progress of all my clients, and export high level data for executives that makes sense and empowers decision making.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface for adding/removing profiles is always a bit tricky for me. The usability isn't perfect, but I eventually figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows my team to quickly analyze content performance and make tweaks over time to optimize and fuel growth - for both content engagement and overall channel growth.

What do you like best about the product?
Using social media apps for business takes much effort and resources. Sprout offers a variety of marketing services that improves your company's visibility. Sprout is an exceptional alternative to hiring full time staff to market your own business, especially for small businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the more complex and ever changing industry is (IT) Information Technology. By nature of the number of topics and services that IT supports, subject matter experts are needed to research and promote the staff, the applications, and the challenges of IT

Getting visitors to our website, visibility into our offerings and expertise

Hands down best way to monitor and grow your social media!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity with which I can sort, scan, support my audiences with the click of a button or generation of a report... easy peasy, all so dreamy! But best of all, I love the 'messages' feed which amalgamates all my social channels into a singular feed which I can see everything as it comes in.
What do you dislike about the product?
So many great features which are fantastic! (However, I feel like learning to maximize all of them is challenging... too many to choose from! Is this a negative?)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main problems I've been able to solve is ensuring that no-one falls through the cracks. All engagements are monitored and replied/ear-marked for a reply... I'm a customer service machine thanks to Sprout social.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't wait... try the free trial and be wowed! That's what I did and now have been a loyal customer for over 3 years... and I don't regret a single day!

Easy To Use And Explain

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Sprout Social is the overall ease of use. It's easy for my team and for my clients. I can explain all of the basic features and attributes quickly. Compared to other social media management tools, Sprout Social is by far the easiest to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets glitchy. I've had issues transferring my Sprout history to my client once they take it over. I think the process to get a client into Sprout is a bit cumbersome. Not the worst thing just needs some updating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling is super easy. Reporting is great. I love how it tells me the best time to post and I can edit photos based on platform while writing content.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the different things that Sprout offers. My biggest thing I enjoy best is Reporting! To see such in-depth reporting in one spot is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far my biggest annoyance is gifs not being allowed through Facebook, which I know is a Facebook issue. The other thing I would love to see is Reddit ads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has been great for reporting and building what we are seeing.

Its one of the best softwares to use for Social Media management. With some of the best Customer Service.

Sprout Social has turned our social media around

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything we need falls into one dashboard. I can upload to a media library, schedule across all our platforms, track analytics, create bots, listen to conversations and much more. Something else we use is the ability to target organic audiences on Facebook and LinkedIn as well as boosting posts through Facebook. Sprout has changed how ENA conducts social media for the better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how you navigate around the Listening tab. It's a little confusing when trying to filter through words and switching back and forth between messages, analytics, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the problems we've solved is a lack of engagement. Because Sprout suggests the best time to post each day, we know when our followers are most active on each of our profiles so we know when to post to get the most impressions, reach and engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure you work with a Sprout Social representative to ensure you know how to use every tool at your disposal. We're still learning a lot as we go and work with Sprout Social to ensure we're using the entire dashboard to the best of our abilities. Our social media has made significant progress that wouldn't be possible without their help.
