How easy it is to navigate and how the calendar is displayed

I cannot add polls to scheduled Instagram stories

It helps schedule and gives great analytics on views, interactions, and impressions

I've really appreciated the detailed, comprehensive reports we've been able to pull.

I do wish I could export the calendar is a more editable format vs. a pdf.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Smart Inbox has been invaluable as we're better able to respond to those who engage with us.
Visual, efficient and insightful
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that all of our social channels are housed in one place, allowing us to create omnichannel content with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't enjoy that PDFs can't be uploaded as documents on LinkedIn, as we have to spend time posting these manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating omnichannel content in one place, thus cutting down the time it takes to manually schedule posts natively on each channel.
We transferred from Metigy to Sprout and so far it has been great to post on our socials

Scheduling posts using the optimal suggested times has been very helpful when posting across multiple socials

The calendar would probably be a bit nicer to use if it was a bit simpler to opt in/out

Scheduling posts is so much easier and quicker for our business. Hope to learn more and start creating more engaging posts for our clients
Easy to use software
What do you like best about the product?
The content already created is both valuable and relevant for the time and it's super easy to schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything that i dislike with it yet.

Time problem. The sheer volume of time saved creating and scheduling content has been incredible. Saves me about 2-3 hours every month at least.

What do you like best about the product?
I still use Sprout Social, have at multiple companies. I really like the optimal timing for posts. They also offer a certification course that I took. Very helpful!

I have not used Sprout Social less. I actually use it more with a wider variety of clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a way to create and monitor independent calendars. Sprout lets me divide calendars how needed and toggle between them to take a look at scheduled content. I also enjoy their reporting- it helps convey the value of our efforts on social media.

Sprout offers many excellent features that align well with other content publishing tools, but it truly stands out for the resources it provides to maximize the product's potential. With multiple user seats and workflow approval functionality, it’s ideal for social media specialists to manage content approval across various departments within the organization.
Sprout is also at the forefront of enhancing time efficiency for its users. Recently, they introduced AI-powered tools to assist with content creation, as well as a new ALT text generator to support the creation of accessible content, helping organizations move closer to meeting accessibility standards.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that sometimes there are more than one way to access certain areas within Sprout (such as the Asset Library) so there are different ways to achieve what you're hoping to do. It's great because it offers shortcuts, but it can complicate the onboarding and learning process if you're new to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout enables multiple departments within our business to communicate externally through their individual seats in our plan. With its workflow approval system, we can review and approve relevant content without the need for constant back-and-forth discussions with other teams about their content ideas. This streamlines the process, allowing us to either approve or leave comments on content before it's published, accelerating the workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
What I think I like best is that our ideas and suggestions for improvements are documented and considered as they improve the platform. With any technical solution, there are always opportunities to make it better, but I feel like they listen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often get concerned when a tech company starts buying lots of new platforms and selling them to existing customers. I am seeing a little of that with Sprout and have been clear that we don't want to buy anything else at this time. But, I grow concerned that they can get too big to support their original customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because we have a global view of our brands and social accounts, Sprout Social does a great job of consolidating the inbox and listening so that we can be more efficient when responding and engaging across multiple brands and social platforms.
