Love Sprout!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easy to stay ahead of your content calendar. The easy scheduling feature has excellent tools, including tags. This makes it easy to manage future content but also keep track of past content. This is the most obvious best feature, but the fact that the platform enables you to monitor and respond to comments across platforms is also awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Sprout to support video uploads to Pinterest as well as the ability to add a title. It would also be nice to add Trip Advisor as a publishable platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes the review process of content between agencies/ content creators and managers/supervisors flow very nicely. The approval function allows an additional double check to look out for typos.

This will help you tremendously in your effort to manage your ever-growing presence on social media. Highly recommend.
Great tool for managing social media strategies for multiple clients
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a great tool that helps us separate the management of our client's social media profiles. It helps us plan far in advance using the calendaring tool. It also helps us effectively utilize social media growth tools like influencers and hashtags by being able to plug those into our captions in advance. We can do pretty much anything in Sprout, so it eliminates the need for us to go to multiple platforms to do things.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tedious to approve posts with clients because they have to approve post by post. It also can be hard to find old posts that have been rejected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are eliminating errors, figuring out what content types work the best, and figuring out what resonates the most with their audience
Sprout is a great all-in-one platform
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that Sprout combines community management tools with scheduling makes for much more timely response to customers. Not only are we not running to different platforms to juggle all the comments, but we can type responses right then and there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout's reporting features could use some work. Pinterest analytics are not very robust, and Twitter numbers do not match the native profile numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency is key with Sprout !
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Price out all the different tools you're using and see if adding them up you end up with the price of Sprout. Also evaluate the time saved in determining if Sprout is right fo ryou.
Sprout is the perfect solution for our agency's needs
What do you like best about the product?
Hands down, our agency sees the biggest benefit when it comes to scheduling and reporting. Our clients are always impressed with our monthly reports and how clean and all-incompassing they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, notifications from Sprout regarding account reactivations, content that failed to post, etc. aren't sent in a timely fashion. In a few instances, disconnections have affected reports and left us having to pull missing data on our own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has absolutely saved our team time. From scheduling and drafting to monitoring and reporting, it's made each task easier.
The Social Media Suite on Steroids
What do you like best about the product?
It's really hard to choose one feature I like best. There are a multitude of things I love. The ease of use and the reporting features are exceptional. Plus, they are constantly improving. Adding features and making existing features easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the large black pop-up box that appears once you click on a date to schedule. The box shows you how many posts you have scheduled for that day and a small preview of the content wording. I can appreciate that some users may find it beneficial but the need to move it off to the left and out of the compose area. I have to always get it to disappear to complete my tasks. And for my work, time is of the essence. The other thing I don't like is that I can't schedule time zones on a per client basis. I have International clients and I can't put them on Sprout due to the time issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling my clients and reporting in-depth to them the results of our efforts.

Yes, it's pricey. Is it worth it? ABSOLUTELY!
Phenomenal Reporting Functionality & Would Highly Recommend
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a little more expensive (a lot more) than other tools but the reporting functionality far exceeds that of other social media scheduling tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. I have tried to switch on a number of occasions -- but found myself coming back because all of our clients historical data is already being tracked in this system. I wish that it wasn't $125-150 each time I wanted to add a new employee to the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to provide both paid and organic social media management services to e-commerce clients. It allows us to give them highly insightful data (demographics, etc) that they are not getting through other companies and tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you manage a lot of business accounts and want to differentiate yourself as a professional business, Sprout will be a great solution for your business.
Easy to use and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, useful analytics and creates easy to understand reports that save time and make the life of a marketer easier and better. If you manage a lot of accounts, it is helpful but costly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price point can be a bit too much for a small agency or freelancer when business is low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Media analytics, post scheduling and monitoring. It is easy to use and saves times by unifying data.
Best Time Saving Tool for Social Media!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been the best tool to manage all the Instagram accounts that I am in charge of. Our company handles at least 5 different venues social media accounts so being able to have everything scheduled out ahead saves me so much time (and my sanity!).
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Sprout so far is that if I want to post more than one photo to Instagram that I need to have someone approve it. It's not too bad though since I have the app on my phone it will just send me a notification that it's time to post and then the photo with the caption will be copied over to Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I have been able to solve with Sprout Social have been time management with social media scheduling and research on when the best time to post on social media. The benefits are that I spend less time on managing our social media pages and can use that time in other projects to benefit the company in other ways (such as editing videos/ working on marketing campaigns).

Sprout Social has saved me so much time when it comes to scheduling out our social media! If you manage more than one social media account I would highly suggest looking into using Sprout Social. It's easy to use and extremely helpful in managing different social media accounts. This will definitely save you your time and sanity!

What do you like best about the product?
Our firm has over 18 social media profiles. That can get daunting when trying to push out info to our audience. Sprout not only streamlines our goals, but gives us insights into what we could be doing better, what our competitors are doing, and what our next steps should be.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little squirrely to learn the in's and out's of the platform, but it didn't take too long to get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest hurdle was not spending too much of our time juggling all our social profiles. Sprout put everything we needed in one central location.
Social Media Excellence
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Sprout Social has a 'Find Content' area, allows you to plan from a monthly view, shows a preview of what the post will look like, and has an algorithm for the most optimum times to send it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue for me is finding the time to plan my social media calendar. I don't like that the 'Find Content' area doesn't have posts from Instagram, or that it doesn't show content from people or companies I'm following. I also don't like that you have to be assigned a task in order to plan in order to post to an Instagram Story, esp. since it's just me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By having Sprout Social, it has saved so much time in looking at the analytics of our posts on social media and the engagement of our audience, esp. how compares to our competitors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout Social is the most seamless social media software I've found to date. My company loves having the ability to plan out social media content a month in advance, see a live preview of what it will look like, and will tell you the optimum time to post it to get more engagement. It's also great to note that they're constantly updating and improving every day.
