Great all in one tool for scheduling, reports, and community management.
What do you like best about the product?
I used to only use sprout for scheduling post, but I've recently discovered how much easier it is to manage comments on Facebook and Twitter in Sprout than on the native platforms. Bonus!
What do you dislike about the product?
As with anything, Facebook has its own API on some features, so not everything is going to work from Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily sit down and schedule a month's worth of posts in the course of one afternoon and not have to worry about it again until the next month.

Figure out what your needs are, not what companies are trying to sell you. Buy what works for you.
Sprout Social Offers Superior Service and Product
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is the number one reason I love Sprout Social. The reporting tools are very impressive to our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding my way around profiles on Sprout Social is sometimes a challenge. The thing I dislike most is that Facebook shows that "Sprout Social" posted. Not sure that is controlled by Sprout Social or FB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts for multiple clients is fast and easy.

You won't find a better solution for social media management.
Best out the box analytics report
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and reporting features especially the generic reports. While you can do custom ones the pre set reports are amazing for introductory stats.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox takes some getting used to coming from other platforms but it makes sense after it becomes routine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting and customer service within one platform. Being able to spit out reports and competitor scans on the fly is great.

If you don't have a lot of time but need a solid solution this is your go to
Best tool for social media planning and management
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social is an user friendly platform. It'i well structured with efficient section: message, task, feed, publish, listen, report and bot. The last one, reviews, is amazing. Also Report for team work are perfect for time management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes trouble and bug that depends on API change of social media platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we started using Sprout in our agency we reduced time wasted on social media planning or real time publishing. Also the report section is really helpful for our work.

Pay for sprout listening! It could really be worth it
Easy to use and keeps me very organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to post content to several different social media pages in the click of the button. Sprout keeps me organized and saves me time from week to week.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be on the pricey side for a small company. I also had to reconnect profiles every few months for sometimes things would disconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has saved me many many hours! I am able to pull reports, create posts, and see my scheduled posts with a quick glance on the calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
The optimal send time capabilities within the social publishing tool.

Reporting is very limited and can not pull in generic data seen within native platforms.

"Planning Game Changer"
What do you like best about the product?
It used to take me days to plan the majority of the social substance for the 3 brands I oversee, yet having the option to put it across the board spot (and set up repeating posts) has been a colossal help for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an approach to have individuals without real records go into the product to survey. The blessing is extraordinary, however the general population who endorse my work needn't bother with full access to everything inside the product. My workaround has been to placed it in broadened List configuration and fare a PDF, yet even that is somewhat inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It spares time by not hauling and drop my social substance into each unique stage from an exceed expectations sheet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Their introduction procedure is extraordinary. Like week by week trainings that are an hour long. It's a major ordeal. Which is fine, yet I simply didn't feel like I required that. appeared somewhat inefficient of time. It's natural enough to not require the preparation.
Best social media management software on the market!
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how user friendly/intuitive it is. From the way it's structured, to the way you can collaborate, assign tasks, monitor all social messages/engagements, and analyze reports--it's the best one I've used--and I've used a handful! I love how you can run competitor reports, cross platform reports, and even team reports. I love how the publishing has three different views: month, week, and list. The list view allows me to export the month into a PDF and allows the client to see the visual and written content for each post so I can get it easily approved.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature I wish it had, was the ability to edit what the "compared to" section of time is in reporting. It automatically does the most recent time period based on the selected amount of time (for example: If I wanted to know what Q2 numbers were, I would select those three months, and it would compare those numbers to Q1--the most recent 3 months before that). However, there are times it would be more beneficial for me to compare it to YOY numbers (year-over-year).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy exporting of content calendars for client approval--saves a ton of time and looks professional--all in two clicks! It also has allowed me to keep close track of everything coming into the 26 different social accounts I manage. I wouldn't be able to do it without Sprout!

Don't waste your time with any other social media management softwares. This one is the real deal and worth every penny.

The cost would be my main negative, but it's worth it for me personally.

The ease of scheduling saves so much time. Same with the automated reporting. Diving more into analytics than I ever have.
