What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of scheduling multiple events simultaneously. Each post is published individually but simultaneously on six channels, and I could bulk-upload the blog entries using a CSV file that I could upload. Complex social media campaigns are simple to organize. I also value the reporting and insights features. It allows me to segment our current audience and gain valuable insights and tailor our content to their specific interests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The perspective of calendar publishing is not one I particularly enjoy. It would be convenient if users could schedule a post for all platforms, upload different image sizes, and edit the caption from a single window. In addition, I wouldn't say I like that access to features like optimal posting times, accessible in competing apps, costs money. However, the software is worth every penny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Publish to multiple platforms simultaneously and push content in bulk using Sprout Social. My team manages social media accounts, and we have a lot of content that needs to be scheduled - it saves our time and resources, which is very beneficial for our business.
User-friendly program with the tools needed for social success
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is straightforward to learn and easy to use. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, laying things out visually in a way that is easy to comprehend and understand. You don't have to click around multiple places to get to where you want to go, and the scheduling tool is excellent. You can create a post for various channels at a time or tailor individual messages to each channel. This makes things easier for me in my role by not having to create a duplicate post if the messaging isn't going to be changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the only downside I've experienced is the inability not to post directly to Instagram. When you have the post scheduled, you get a mobile notification and must go in, copy the text, and manually post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves me time when it comes to creating and scheduling social posts. I have one central spot where I can draft the posts, wait for them to be approved, and then schedule them directly from the same spot.
User friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is very easy to navigate, you can build costumates reports which helps a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when looking into the history of social media comments or replies, I cannot see the message I select but the whole history of comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to verify the progress of replies on social media channels and allows me to filter which is beneficial.
A helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting and ability to schedule for all channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tedious at times and a little cumbersome to use. It's also very expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me manage social for a client that likes the ability to review and check in on content.
Great User-friendly Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very user-friendly and intuitive. It is pretty straightforward to use while offering helpful tools and insights that make scheduling and planning social media posts a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside that I have experienced with Sprout Social is that you cannot directly publish to Instagram. You get a reminder from Sprout on your phone, where you have to copy and paste everything to your Instagram account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes away the time needed to schedule posts on each channel manually. Additionally, it allows us to create base posts for all media, then tweak each one individually based on where it is posted.
Good platform for Scheduling

good layout for calendar view of post scheduling. easy to populate with optimized time.

Unable to schedule Stories - would be nice to have

Having to post manually each day - saves me time
A sophisticated and advanced social analytics dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
I love the robust insights and how comprehensive our dashboard is built out to be (and we're on regular subscription without the additional features!) I like that it has the outbound hashtag feature which a lot of competitors don't have.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be initially overwhelming to look at and there's a lot of side features. But that's more to love right? The post scheduler is also janky, I haven't really used it for that reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the grey area between what content is actually performing well and what we should do more of.
Works well for planning and data!
What do you like best about the product?
The historical data is really helpful in Sprout. It makes weekly reporting very easy. The calendar for posting is also super helpful too. It makes keeping everything organized very easy, and lets you get ahead and not be rushing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the connected integrations could be better, like TikTok for example. It's not easy to schedule TikToks with sounds within the app or linking abilities, so we aren't able to fully utilize Sprout for TikTok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reels is a good example of problems solved. Being able to schedule things to post when the team isn't working is also really helpful. It really makes being organized a lot easier.
Favorite platform I've used, but still needs work
What do you like best about the product?
THe reporting tool. I think it's a huge benefit to track previous successes and failures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support. I've been waiting a few weeks for problems to be solved and I can barely get an email back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content scheduling and it is keeping me from doing it by hand. Competitor reports is also saving me time from doing these reports manually. Listening tools we also find useful for competitor reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many features! It has everything you could think of in terms of social media. A particular highlight is the reporting features. I've never seen as many options for reporting/analytics as Sprout Social has so it's really great.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I am scheduling posts on multiple social media platforms, it would be useful to be able to edit the text on each individual post while still scheduling all. For example, I can create my post for LinkedIn and Facebook, but for Twitter it is too long. So an option to edit the text just for Twitter, instead of having to schedule it separately would be great. HubSpot has this feature. This would also allow me to tag pages on each separate post on the respective platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to schedule ahead of time, which is saving me lots of time. It's also giving me reports of how our pages are performing, which since our company rebrand, is very important to upper management and the board members to see.
