Hands down best way to monitor and grow your social media!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity with which I can sort, scan, support my audiences with the click of a button or generation of a report... easy peasy, all so dreamy! But best of all, I love the 'messages' feed which amalgamates all my social channels into a singular feed which I can see everything as it comes in.
What do you dislike about the product?
So many great features which are fantastic! (However, I feel like learning to maximize all of them is challenging... too many to choose from! Is this a negative?)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main problems I've been able to solve is ensuring that no-one falls through the cracks. All engagements are monitored and replied/ear-marked for a reply... I'm a customer service machine thanks to Sprout social.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't wait... try the free trial and be wowed! That's what I did and now have been a loyal customer for over 3 years... and I don't regret a single day!

Easy To Use And Explain

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Sprout Social is the overall ease of use. It's easy for my team and for my clients. I can explain all of the basic features and attributes quickly. Compared to other social media management tools, Sprout Social is by far the easiest to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets glitchy. I've had issues transferring my Sprout history to my client once they take it over. I think the process to get a client into Sprout is a bit cumbersome. Not the worst thing just needs some updating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling is super easy. Reporting is great. I love how it tells me the best time to post and I can edit photos based on platform while writing content.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the different things that Sprout offers. My biggest thing I enjoy best is Reporting! To see such in-depth reporting in one spot is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far my biggest annoyance is gifs not being allowed through Facebook, which I know is a Facebook issue. The other thing I would love to see is Reddit ads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has been great for reporting and building what we are seeing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its one of the best softwares to use for Social Media management. With some of the best Customer Service.

Sprout Social has turned our social media around

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything we need falls into one dashboard. I can upload to a media library, schedule across all our platforms, track analytics, create bots, listen to conversations and much more. Something else we use is the ability to target organic audiences on Facebook and LinkedIn as well as boosting posts through Facebook. Sprout has changed how ENA conducts social media for the better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how you navigate around the Listening tab. It's a little confusing when trying to filter through words and switching back and forth between messages, analytics, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the problems we've solved is a lack of engagement. Because Sprout suggests the best time to post each day, we know when our followers are most active on each of our profiles so we know when to post to get the most impressions, reach and engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure you work with a Sprout Social representative to ensure you know how to use every tool at your disposal. We're still learning a lot as we go and work with Sprout Social to ensure we're using the entire dashboard to the best of our abilities. Our social media has made significant progress that wouldn't be possible without their help.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a fraction of the price of Sprinklr, but proves more powerful in many ways generating social analytics for our executives effectively and quickly while allowing the care team to provide near-time responses to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
One, long stream of DMs and Comments with no real way to categorize them or segment them into columns or assign a Sentiment, Case number or Customer number
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are on boarding with Sprinklr currently, because there was no way to categorize or assign our inbound volume. We love Sprout, though.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Flag, categorize and assign inbound volume to other users in the environment. That’s it!

Simple tool with baller returns

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout's algorithm tool is magic. Not only have we seen an overall increase in traffic, we have also seen distinct differences in our types of posts. This helps us easily interpret what our audience wants (and doesn't want). The features are also intuitive. We had a month-long transition period between Sprout and another tool. I didn't need it. After using Sprout on the first day, I was hooked. We switched for good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to do a bulk upload for the queue. I'd like to be able to upload lots of content at once, such as a group of photos that I can queue out over days or weeks. One specific example is sharing our publications on Pinterest. I know we can't bulk upload to Pinterest, but I would love to bulk upload to Sprout and then queue it up. (Or maybe this totally already exists and I just don't know how. haha)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our traffic has doubled at least. That's just crazytown. It has also reduced the time it takes to manage individual platforms, allowing us to use more platform and reach different audiences in the same amount of time. That's seriously legit.

Try it. You'll know right away if you like it or not.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface of Sprout and how user-friendly it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is when it comes to bulk uploading. There is yet to be an efficient way that allows the user to customize a post. Changing the link preview image, for example, is unable to be done when bulk scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has made reporting on my clients as easy as it can be. The list of benefits is endless. It's a must-have for anyone who works with social media.

Sprout has been amazing in getting reporting to my clients without taking much time away from my day.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling assistance is amazing! I love that it takes the guessing out of popular posting times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really sticks out that is a pain. A lot of features that I used to wish for have been introduced over the years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can go about my day without worrying if I posted too little. I can spend a few hours each week planning it out and then I only have to monitor briefly each day.

Powerful, Efficient and Easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the calming feel of the whole platform. It is clean and easy to look at. I also love the ViralPost feature which takes the guesswork out of when to post to social accounts. It has cut down on the time I spend getting drafts to the client for approval and for our internal approval process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to schedule a post to multiple platforms, then have them show separately on the calendar so I can tweak the wording slightly for each platform without duplicating a post 3 times. Would also be handy to be able to drag the tile on the weekly view to another day slot if needed. I don't like that listening isn't included in the highest plan, this would be a great feature if we didn have to pay so much extra for it. We are a small agency so it is out of our price range at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to screenshot each post, then send to our client for review. Since we started using sprout, we can just export a summary of their posts in less than 5 minutes. We have become more efficient with sprout and with more and more clients signing on, this is really important for us. Also, scalability was a key factor that Sprout addresses with ease by allowing us to add on prifle one by one as we need them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout Social is your all-in-one tool to coordinate social media with ease and without the headache that other tools tend to give you. With prompt and efficient customer service, they are there anytime and always helpful.

Time Saver

What do you like best about the product?
Time is money at our agency - literally! Sprout Social saves me so much time in my day-to-day so I'm able to focus on what really matters for my clients. The automated scheduler with the recommended times may be my favorite invention ever. Love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of Instagram's API there are a few restrictions on publishing Instagram posts that I wish were still automated (for example: when posting a carousel post, you must pick a publisher instead of Sprout automatically publishing it).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better scheduling tools to have all the platforms scheduled in one place; comprehensive reporting; workflows for internal and external approvals.
