Powerful robust SMMM tool
What do you like best about the product?
The optimal send time capabilities within the social publishing tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is very limited and can not pull in generic data seen within native platforms.

Having a unified scheduling platform for SMM.
"Planning Game Changer"
What do you like best about the product?
It used to take me days to plan the majority of the social substance for the 3 brands I oversee, yet having the option to put it across the board spot (and set up repeating posts) has been a colossal help for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an approach to have individuals without real records go into the product to survey. The blessing is extraordinary, however the general population who endorse my work needn't bother with full access to everything inside the product. My workaround has been to placed it in broadened List configuration and fare a PDF, yet even that is somewhat inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It spares time by not hauling and drop my social substance into each unique stage from an exceed expectations sheet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Their introduction procedure is extraordinary. Like week by week trainings that are an hour long. It's a major ordeal. Which is fine, yet I simply didn't feel like I required that. appeared somewhat inefficient of time. It's natural enough to not require the preparation.
Best social media management software on the market!
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how user friendly/intuitive it is. From the way it's structured, to the way you can collaborate, assign tasks, monitor all social messages/engagements, and analyze reports--it's the best one I've used--and I've used a handful! I love how you can run competitor reports, cross platform reports, and even team reports. I love how the publishing has three different views: month, week, and list. The list view allows me to export the month into a PDF and allows the client to see the visual and written content for each post so I can get it easily approved.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature I wish it had, was the ability to edit what the "compared to" section of time is in reporting. It automatically does the most recent time period based on the selected amount of time (for example: If I wanted to know what Q2 numbers were, I would select those three months, and it would compare those numbers to Q1--the most recent 3 months before that). However, there are times it would be more beneficial for me to compare it to YOY numbers (year-over-year).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy exporting of content calendars for client approval--saves a ton of time and looks professional--all in two clicks! It also has allowed me to keep close track of everything coming into the 26 different social accounts I manage. I wouldn't be able to do it without Sprout!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't waste your time with any other social media management softwares. This one is the real deal and worth every penny.

The cost would be my main negative, but it's worth it for me personally.

The ease of scheduling saves so much time. Same with the automated reporting. Diving more into analytics than I ever have.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is so easy to use- gone are the days of excel spreadsheets! Love that we can create and schedule posts in a calendar view- makes life a ton easier. Getting client approval in Sprout is easy, too. They can view posts on their phone or computer and all they have to do is click "approve". If they don't approve, we can chat and make edits directly in Sprout. No more excel spreadsheets doing back and forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that when tagging, sometimes Sprout won't let me tag people pages in Facebook or LinkedIn content. So it is annoying to post, then have to go edit the posts to include tags. Works just fine for business pages though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its definitely a time saver. Can post to all platforms at once and get client approval/edits directly in the system. If you do anything on social media, you need sprout to save you time/headaches. Plus, the reports are great for their charts. Can probably get the data directly from the social platforms, but this is fast and all in one place.
More than happy with Sprout Social - would recommend!
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling Social Media posts is easier than ever before. Once everything is scheduled, I have a clear overview what goes live where and when through the calendar. It's nicely structured and very clean.
The reports on performance of certain accounts and posts are great and proofed to be very helpful in the past.
When you have questions, Sprout Social is easy to contact and you have a response within 24 hours!

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there's not much we came across what we dislike so far. Nothing worth mentioning here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made my life as a Social Media Coordinator a lot easier. I can collect data for our internal monthly report really quick and if statistics are required ad hoc, I can easily log in and collect everything I need without going through each individual Social Media platform. Scheduling posts across all platforms is so much easier now and Sprout Social shows all notifications of messages & comments coming from the different platforms.
It's part of my daily job and I wouldn't want to miss a tool like Sprout!

Start with the free trial and take it from there! Out of all platforms we tested (and we tested a few before committing), Sprout Social was the one working best for us!

I like the "one inbox" system best and also like the structure of the interface.

The only downsides are post options etc. that are not supported by the connected networks.

I love the ability to do live chats and communicate with our customer success representative. Having met our rep personally, I feel much better going to her with questions or concerns and knowing they are being taken care of!

There have been times where there isn't a real answer for why something isn't working or why profiles are disconnected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of the benefits far outweigh the problems. Although profiles disconnecting can be annoying, Sprout is an amazing partner and has helped us grow our business in ways we could not have imagined.
