Sprout Social for SM Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout puts everything in one place, and makes it's super accessible. It's easy to use, and the customer support is amazing! Additionally, they not only have resource materials, but their webinars are extremely helpful for understanding the landscape of social media marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only think I wish was available was tagging ability for people via LinkedIn publishing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to gain in-depth reports via Sprout allows me to see exactly what's going on with our follower base across channels.
Easiest, Most Intuitive Scheduler
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives you the option to crop photos to fit each of the social platforms within the tool and lets you know when you've done something incorrectly per channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am pretty happy with the tool. When comparing channels side-by-side, the analytics could be a little easier to read (comparing channel to channel, right now it's set up to show a cumulative effort)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use to get great analytics on social without pulling it from each channel. Saves a ton of time by doing a mass schedule of content rather than scheduling live. Social listening is nice too.
Saves lots of time and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how through SproutSocial you can schedule multiple posts at once and all in advanced. In one sitting, it allows you to plan a week, month, or years of social media posts. It is so easy to use and it links Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and other platforms together so that you can choose to post all at one and have them all consistent! It so easy to use and allows organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I do not like is the cost, it is a bit pricey especially when you want to add more users. It is worth it because of how great the software is and beneficial it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sprout Social, our magazine is able to efficiently organize and schedule all our social media posts on all various platforms.

Try it out! its so easy and helpful in saving time and organizing
Sophisticated and a time-saver
What do you like best about the product?
It is a one-stop-shop. I don't have to go to multiple social profiles and/or multiple social media management tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The publishing tool can feel clunky at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our online presence is more robust without the need of hiring more staff. It also provides very rich and appropriate content suggestions which have improved our engagement tremendously.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my opinion, Sprout Social is the best available social media management tool that integrates with Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. If you are looking for a tool that specializes in any of those three, though, there are specific tools for individual platforms that have more platform-specific features.

When i used Sprout at an agency it made it really easy to jump from client to client saving time on social management.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how you can schedule for multiple platforms and choose the time, date and which ones you would like to post to. It is very say to use, edit and organize. It helps in scheduling a head of time to get it out of the way for the rest of the week or month. It also helps when managing multiple businesses in marketing platforms. It also uses hashtags and URL shortcuts
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more options and when adding more users you have to pay more. It is still a great tool and great app.

Organization and managing multiple accounts on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more.

Social Media with Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using sprout social is the ability to post to all social media from a singular site. Also the ability to see the analytics of the social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout social feels a bit slow and hard to use at first. It definitely takes time to get use to and really know the different areas of sprout social and use them to your advantage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our social media issues with sprout social. The benefits we have realized are the ability to see real time analytics our and cater our social media posts to specific people.

It is a one stop shop for all social media needs.
Incredibly useful - and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE that they recently updated so that you can post videos directly from Sprout rather than having to have a Publisher manually receive a notification when it's time to be pushed out. This helps immensely. It's also just an incredible scheduler and resource for metrics and analytics on how posts are doing on social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drafts just disappear if they don't get scheduled out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients LOVE using Sprout, and it's so easy to get the hang of. They like to see the reports on how their efforts are doing across social channels, and they like that they can edit things or be listed as the person to approve all outgoing posts. The only thing that is difficult is if a client is the approver, and they don't approve on time, the post doesn't go out. So you have to have a great client relations team reminding them!

What do you like best about the product?
The overall ease of use. The new preview feature. The calendar viewing options. The frequent updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is honestly nothing I dislike about the platform. We've been using it for nearly three years now and have really enjoyed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many including best time to post, if my post reads well and the image looks good, easily engaging with guest comments, etc.
