LOVE, LOVE, LOVE My Marketing Social Life with SproutSocial!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything! Seriously, it's so easy to use, set up and manage multiple accounts for a variety of customers (I'm an agency). And the reporting is amazing!!!!!! You can also designate approval processes for those clients that want to see things before they post.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit high for a small business, but the customer service and tools you get make it easy to understand the price points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to manage social postings and reporting for a large number of clients all in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For any small business looking for an all-in-one, reliable social media platform, THIS is the one! Tools and features are amazing, it's incredibly reliable (I set everything up once a week and it runs like a champ), you can have multiple team members/accounts/approval paths, and their customer support is extremely impressive!
The Best Platform around
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and always coming up with new features. Plus, their customer support is fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional bugs, but these are OCCASIONAL, and they get fixed pretty quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprout for all of our social media accounts, customer support via social, and social scheduling. We also use it for social analytics.

You cannot go wrong using this platform, especially if you have a small, agile team. Everything you could possibly need in a platform, sprout has.
Simple and Powerful Service
What do you like best about the product?
Easy scheduling for planning social media in advance. It's also very easy to monitor our social media platforms and engage when appropriate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bugs when they appear every now and then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to quickly and carefully plan out social media for the week rather than having to plan every platform separately. It's easy to stay organised and it's a fun interface to work with.

The amount of time saved by using Sprout is an enormous boost to productivity.
Why I love Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes creating and posting my social media messages, links and photos easy. I can track how my posts are doing and look at daily reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about Sprout Social I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to reach a variety of audiences with social media and have issues reaching out to people beyond our location, so social media allows us to do that and solve that issue. The benefits are engaging people and hopefully obtaining new donors to provide funds to the children and families we serve.

I highly recommend this product. Makes my life so much easier and allows me to post quality messages with total visibility.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a seamless software which allows us to manage large numbers of incoming social interactions on multiple platforms across different clients and pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the fact they work with social media API's there are intermittent lapses in the service, but the support is really good and they usually have it fixed quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to manage large numbers of incoming social messages on behalf of our clients. It allows us to monitor these where we can respond to every message if necessary and the way we are set up the task feature makes escalating to a team leader a lot easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it to it's full capability - take advantage of the in depth reporting metrics and the other benefits it offers.
Super Easy to Use // Great for Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to see what content is working and what content isn't working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a big fan of navigating and editing the content calendar. Additionally, I wish Instagram was integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Sprout to help A/B test what's working and what isn't via their' reporting and analytics tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout is an investment, this being the case you are going to get a full suite of reporting and analytics tools as well as the ability to linky many MANY social media accounts. it's a lot, but if your company is focusing on social, Sprout is the way to go.
One-stop shop for everything social media related!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprout is a one-stop shop for anything and everything social media related. I can schedule all my accounts, check notifications and discover new people via the discovery tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike is how they changed the calendar format when viewing what has been scheduled. I liked seeing everything in one calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are so many problems that are being solved, the first being managing social media accounts. It's so easy to have all the notifications for all platforms to pop up in one platform instead of manually searching Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

I wish it were possible to easily change time zones when scheduling

The best social media management tool with room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Out of the social media tools out there, Sprout Social is definitely the best one. I like that you can easily schedule AND queue posts over a variety of channels. I also really like the integrating analytics function. My favorite aspect about Sprout Social, however, is the friendly user interface, which trumps the other social media tools like Hootsuite for ages.
I also love the ability to find posts to repost. This saves me a ton of time too. Oh, and of course the ability to get notified when sometone hashtags something (social monitoring) is AWESOME. Did I mention that I love seeing all the notifications in one page too?

What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics part of the program could be a little better, more precise and easier to use. I would love to get a consolidated report and some more explanations of what things mean. Maybe the capability is there and I just don't know how to use it, but for some reason, I feel like there is some room for improvement here.
Also, the Instagram integration is not good and I use Later.com for that. It would be great if Sprout had a similar service to Later.com

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We save a ton of time by scheduling out posts and having them being posted automatically. It allows us to be precise and consistent in our social media. We also use it to find new posts which is a great tool.
