What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social because it brings all my social channels into one clean, easy-to-use platform. The reporting is clear and actionable, and it makes collaboration and scheduling feel simple instead of chaotic.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprout Social is a powerful tool, there are a few drawbacks. The pricing can be steep, especially as teams grow and additional users are added. Some reporting features feel a bit rigid and could offer more customization, and it can take time to fully learn all the platform’s capabilities. For smaller or quick tasks, the tool can sometimes feel heavier than necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the problem of managing multiple social media channels and large volumes of content in one place. It streamlines scheduling, engagement, and reporting, which saves time and reduces manual work. Having centralized analytics and collaboration tools helps me make more informed decisions, stay organized, and focus on creating better content rather than juggling platforms.
Effortless Scheduling and User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Sprout Social's ease of use. The scheduling feature works great for me because it allows us to schedule posts in advance and then just set them and forget it. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the listening tool worked for LinkedIn as well.

Sprout Social allows me to interact with my audience and schedule posts easily. The scheduling feature is great because we can set posts in advance and forget about them.
Seamlessly Manages Social Media with User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Sprout Social is, making it easy for team members to manage social media inquiries with a third-party company. The chat feature is always very helpful if we forget how to do something. We switched from Sprinklr because Sprout Social has a better user interface. The setup was relatively easy, and their team even did a call with us to see what we needed specifically.
What do you dislike about the product?
It wasn’t as intuitive at first because there were many pathways to move a case, which required us to get used to how everyone was doing it differently.

Sprout Social allows different team members to collaborate seamlessly with a third-party company to manage social media inquiries.
All My Social Channels and Data in One Place—Perfect for Managing 25 Brands
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout allows me to schedule and manage multiple channels and accounts at once. I manage 25 brands under my role. It is nice to see all my data in one place and be able to multi-task. I also enjoy the approval set up. I like being able to manage the flow as I oversee agency work as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the chat function does not showcase the content we are discussing. As I manage 25 brands, I need to see a reference of what I am reacting to. I have to exit out of the dashboard side pop-up and navigate to the approval page to find the comment. It would be nice to see a preview and not have to do this from my email notification link. I also have to get a code sent to my email every day when I log in. This can take up to 5 minutes sometimes and I likely move on because of the hassle onto other tasks. Then my email code has expired and I have to start over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solves putting all of my accounts in one place for me to manage and monitor. I only need to connect everything once. Then I can manage all of my brands and channels in one place. I can also create workflows, schedules, and approval processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way analytics are presented as well as the ease of using approval workflows for multiple levels of approvals. It's much easier to add comments to posts or push them through without having to go back and forth. I also really enjoy the analytic capabilities and ability to switch between client profiles with ease within the platform. The social listening tool is great for picking up any social/news mentions and getting a full picture of stakeholder sentiment. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be glitches at times with video/photo, including occasional errors with CC. I think they could make their CC feature easier to use. It just doesn't seem as intuitive as it could be and sometimes displays in a strange way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps with executive reporting, campaign reports, and provides a full picture of stakeholder sentiment through social listening. It simplifies multi-level approval workflows, reducing back and forth, and offers user-friendly analytics presentation.

That Threads is not available in tag reporting.

Sprout Makes Scheduling Content in Advance Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Once all channels are activated, Sprout is very easy to use for scheduling content in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few platforms I naturally prefer to use and post on natively, like Instagram and TikTok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how easy it is to have all our social media analytics in one place. Its better than any other platform I've used.
My Go-To Social Media Tool: Scheduling, Reporting & Listening Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been my go-to social media management tool for the past 4+ years, and I honestly can’t imagine being a social media professional without it. Its scheduling, reporting, and listening capabilities make day-to-day work much easier and help social media managers stay organized and on top of their tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is a great tool, but it’s expensive. It’s frustrating that features like premium analytics aren’t available to customers who don’t have the budget for them. More recently, the customer support team also hasn’t been as strong as it used to be, which has been disappointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social’s amazing scheduling capabilities allow us to stay proactive and organized with our content calendar. Rather than having to use various spreadsheets and files, we have everything in one place. It is also great not having to manually schedule posts on native platforms.
Staying Organized Made Easy with Folder Grouping
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to stay organized by grouping things into folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are bugs that occur in reviews.

When I use the customer service, it helps me to recover what I am doing.
Effortless Social Media Management, Huge Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Sprout Social is to use. I love that I can tag and see everything in one spot. Plus, having multiple accounts all right there is great because we can toggle back and forth. I can see what I posted, and I like that I can remove posts. The ease of scheduling is fantastic; it's very easy to use. It's a huge time saver because I can schedule the whole month if I want to, and approvals are done easily. The initial setup was very easy, even with a lot of clients to add. It's super easy all around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging on Instagram can be a bit annoying because it doesn't let you find Instagram handles directly in Sprout Social. You have to go to Instagram, find the handle, and then come back to input it. It doesn't automatically populate options, which isn't great. Also, it'd be nice to be able to edit Instagram posts after they've been published.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes scheduling a million times easier, saving huge time by centralizing everything. It's an easy platform where I can access hashtags, calendars, and manage multiple accounts effortlessly, avoiding the tedious manual posting process.
