What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and streamlined scheduling, hands down. I love having the calendar with all of my channels right in my front view, as well as having the ability to reschedule and duplicate things with the click of a button. I really enjoy that I can also utilize social listening tools and keep tabs on my brand in the same dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest difficulties I have found are the following:
-- Carousel post for Instagram need to be pushed out manually via a mobile publisher, which is clunky and not ideal if you're trying to implement any semblance of work/life balance
-- No ability to link tweets ("tweetstorm") which leads to being very constrained by characters on Twitter
-- Repeated issues linking our FB paid accounts to view our paid data

I oversee multiple different channels for a college, including the main channel as well as offshoot, departmental accounts. I like that Sprout allows me to utilize a simple management system and see what is going on with one calendar, rather than being tied to multiple native channels.
The benefits that I realized are also definitely tied to being able to post and publish simply while being remote. Often while managing social, you are out and about in the field, this allows for a robust post-approval workflow while also maintaining timeliness.

Use if for my social media business
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can easily share your calendar with clients without having to give them individual logins. I also like how user friendly it is
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was so expensive to add users its hard to expand a business when you have to pay the extra 150 per employee to add to the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really nice to be able to create all the content I need for clients and once its finished I know that its going to go out when scheduled.

Consider doing larger options for pricing

Good All-Around scheduling & Reporting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to schedule and review content in Sprout. It's super intuitive and none of our clients have had issues learning to use it. Their reports are clean and easy to export.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are missing some capabilities/platforms. But some of that is due to the actual platform's API-example, LinkedIn. You are unable to schedule LI posts with users or businesses tagged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We save time by scheudling almost all our client's content in Sprout. We also handle community management in the same space, making it a kind of one-stop shop.
Great Tool for Social Media Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is an excellent way to schedule content and is intuitive to use. The reports are helpful as well. The ability to get relevant suggestions for additional content prevents lags in posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to be able to simply show performance for a time period versus only being able to create reports that compare to the previous time period. Customer service is sometimes slow but they are professional and get it done.

Provide relevant content to organizational members and add value to their membership. It's an excellent way to monitor productivity and business performance for client's.

Sprout Social Makes A SMM's Job Much Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is intuitive and easy to set up and use. It makes collaboration simple, we can connect all of our social media accounts in one place. It helps us know when is best to post. I love the included analytics and being able to set up workflows among my team as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could post Instagram Stories and Reels from Sprout but they're adding new features and improving all the time, so I believe it's only a matter of time before that functionality does exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with a team of 3-5 other social media content creators and we're all able to generate, review, schedule, and approve content more seamlessly than we ever could have before using Sprout Social.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout is great for our small team; it would be even more helpful if we could upgrade our plan.
I mostly am satisfied, but I have concerns that posting through sprout hurts our engagement.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to schedule posts, and the reporting is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm concerned that posting through Sprout hurts our engagement. I also wish that the reports would compare us to the average in our category (i.e. restaurant engagement) instead of to our previous month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wish Sprout could report analytics on stories and videos/reels in addition to just the grid posts. We're having to pull analytics directly from Instagram for stories and videos, which takes extra time.
