Great social media management solution

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social can support a variety of platforms and even allows customizable elements for certain posts/networks (changing thumbnails for videos on FB and Instagram).
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't manually post things like Instagram carousels, Reels, or longer videos on IGTV. The platform lacks certain customizable features for platforms like Linkedin, so even with the software I still find myself posting manually 30% of the time. I like it, but it's not perfect. The software glitches out a lot too and makes certain posts fail or disappear. Lack of full post-editing features with certain platforms, timestamps are inaccurate and change based on the mode I use (mobile vs computer). I still have to rely on external planning like Google Sheets to make up for the lack of posts that can "show up" in the platform (Reels, Tik Tok, etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of full post-editing features with certain platforms, timestamps are inaccurate and change based on the mode I use (mobile vs computer). The app doesn't allow me to simplify my posts in a one-stop-shop necessarily, but it helps me make the majority of posts. The platform is especially useful for our customer content managers, as they can access Facebook DMs and other customer inquiries without full access to all our social profiles.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider using this as an aid, not a one-stop fix.

What do you like best about the product?
Report gathering and reliability. It's quite easy to understand, and we use it consistently to communicate with our customers. It's easy to use, has filtering options and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Threading, particularly the way messages from incoming customers are described as a separate notification but this is purely a personal preference. Other than that it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with our customers via Social Media is much easier, It's fast and has all the data we might have a use for. Making the transition to it was a good choice.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's easy, quite good compared to the previous option we had; It's a solid choice. The mobile app is quite good as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I am happy to keep old marketing projects on this platform and then edit them to update clients. The support is a positive element, in addition to its price to the public.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is noticeable that there is a deficiency with automation; sometimes, these processes give errors and must be done traditionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has encouraged our marketing model in all aspects; every day, we are more critical for the industrialization of the virtual world; it is extremely incredible to find the guidelines of the brands and increase sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it because it involves a great marketing process. The marketing process is excellent to achieve the expected results in monitoring and control of customers.

King of the social media management tool

What do you like best about the product?
This is the perfect social media management tool that everyone is looking for to manage their Twitter or Facebook or Linkedin or Instagram accounts in a single place. It is also one of the easiest social tools to use among the peers in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram doesn't work flawlessly with Sprout social. Also, pricing is a bit on higher-end and advanced analytics are definitely adding a hole in your pocket. Also, we would like to have more integrations at the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprout social to schedule posts, analyze analytics reports, and monitor mentions. Everything from across platforms now work at a single dashboard, thus better analytics and increase in efficiency.

Great for larger social teams

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easy for orgs with larger social teams to work together on scheduling. Different users can have different permissions and publishing settings, which makes it easier to set up multiple workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it is difficult to schedule retweets through Sprout. We do a lot of retweeting from our account, so I need to use Twitter natively for that task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great way to set up workflows so that I can publish from an account I don't normally use without having to log in natively. It's also great for sharing draft posts that are easy to approve and publish right away.

One of the best parts of Sprout Social is the reporting tool

with more users the tool increases its price which makes it impossible to pay

Scheduling upcoming events
Timely message spike alerts when there is an increased message activity
You can create custom workflows for two or more approvers and steps

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it incredibly easy to see your content calendar for the month, day, or week at a glance and schedule content based on best posting times. It's UI is intuitive and easy to use and requires little learning to get up to speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The last time I used it, they didn't have an option to create or schedule social media campaigns, which is something that other platforms like Hootsuite offer even in their lower pricing packages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helped us streamline our social media content schedule and reporting on key findings and insights related to our organization. It saved us countless hours of manually reporting numbers and was a huge help in taking our social media game to the next level.

Best all in one intuitive SMM platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like being in complete control of what makes it into my one unified feed. I like that it takes care of publishing, reporting, tagging and allows you to plugin your paid too.
It's really the best all-round platform that does everything. Even their social listening module is pretty good!
What do you dislike about the product?
As time has gone on it's become less cost effective. It does loads, but pricing per user gets really expensive really quickly if you've got a larger team or you're recommending it to enterprise-level clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a real time-saver, you can automate loads. I love that you can share the calendar with clients for sign off in platform for approval, takes so much annoyance out of spreadsheets/PDFs.
Likewise being able to create reports super easily and then have them automatically sent to the client is great!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is an amazing platform to manage business accounts on social media. The post scheduling works great and allows us to effectively connect with customers. The best thing I liked about this platform is its informative and accurate reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its user interface is a little less friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us to effectively and smartly interact with customers on social media. It also helps to schedule our posts and provides detailed user engagement reports to target the right groups.

Convenient and Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
The smart inbox makes life so much easier. Having all the major networks in one spot to respond to makes engagement a huge time saver. Of the social media management tools on the market, Sprout has the better options to schedule video content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bugs with Instagram. I know it's not Sprout's fault but it's been a huge pain factor, especially not knowing something hasn't posted until much later bc you didn't see the notifications in time. Although Sprout has video content scheduling capabilities, I would love to see it move along the trend of being able to schedule Instagram Reels and stories. Also as a consultant, I'd love to be able to give my clients review and edit capabilities without having to pay for an additional user license as they are not users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saver. Managing multiple accounts, it makes it so much easier for me to schedule ahead of time and the reporting tool is great as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout is a little on the pricier side, but the tools are by far one of the bests I've worked with. Being able to manage everything in one spot and also on the go with their mobile app, just makes it just a time saver.
