An easy tool for a beginner to use

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that SproutSocial is easy to use, I was able to catch on quickly. It shares great insights about post performance, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't really say there's anything I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am gaining more insights into our social audience than I ever did before. It's really streamlined our communications process.

A solid mid-tier choice

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a compact social media management tool, covering all of the essentials with confidence and ease of use. I appreciate its no-nonsense approach to delivering quality service: they focus on what they do well, and they keep optimising those areas.
I work in an agency environment where I test and use a large amount of tools. I always appreciate projects that use Sprout Social because I know it will do what I need it to do, and do it well.
The layout is clean and easy to use, and the filtering options do the trick. They have all the functions you would expect from a social media management tool, with some great UI perks and smooth workflows. Admin settings are basic but easy to maintain.
If you're looking for an easy and straightforward tool that gets the job done, I would happily recommend Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is less of a dislike, and more about knowing its limitations. Sprout Social is a mid-tier tool, and therefore doesn't offer all of the bells and whistles that mega tools (with mega price tags) like Sprinklr offer. For most people and brands who don't operate complex global workflows, they won't notice those limitations 90% of the time.
The reporting is organised in pre-built report templates, that can be very exhaustive. However, there is no way to customise your own report, so if you want to build a reporting narrative that covers multiple reports you will have to juggle between all 21 templates and assemble it in another tool.
Pay attention to the tier that you subscribe to: in my opinion this tool's best value is the mid tier pricing offering, since the lowest tier lacks some of the functionality I would consider basic necessities to good workflows (such as tagging).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage some of our clients' social media presence via Sprout Social. This covers anything from moderation, engagement, listening, reporting, and proactive engagement. Sprout Social gives us an easy way to navigate their pages and deliver reporting, while keeping track of our team's performance and opportunities to optimise.
I appreciate Sprout Social because, thanks to its relatively low cost, it's an easy tool for clients to consider that won't hurt their wallet and will still deliver great performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Having one interface for for managing DM's, post responses, and content approval. The workflows make sharing responsibilities between team members so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to pay extra to get more detailed, and year over year reporting. Listening tool isn't great and provides too many
false positives/ negatives for sentiments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration between customer service and social team through a unified inbox/workflow across multiple social platforms. Planning, approval, and scheduling features for content.

What do you like best about the product?
As a longtime user of Sprout, I really appreciate the platform's ability to multitask. Customer support is always very helpful and quick to respond as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The listening feature is fairly limited, and the Instagram publishing workflow is a bit clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media reporting, publishing and community management can be very fragmented with working across multiple platforms, Sprout helps me to streamline the process and saves me time.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and visibility it offers users across our organization. It reduces the time spent logging into various platforms and in trying to get approvals for social posts. Statistics. Image mgmt across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fee structure associated with adding users. Alternatives do exist with lower add-on costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time savings through use of workflow and in post creation/modification across platforms. Also, decent listening tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I love it because you can integrate almost all your social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once your promo or your subscription expired on that certain day, it will automatically unpost your scheduled post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Schedule my social media post and its very helpful especially if you have a specific time to post your content 1
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good tool for your social media management especially if you don't have enough time to post your content, why not use this tool, it's easy what you only need to do is to schedule your post, and your good.. Sprout social will do the rest.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has everything a growing social media team could need! Scheduling tools, statistics analysis, options for different team members to join in and collaborate on a calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that didn't seem to be named things that were very intuitive but it was just a matter of learning what they call things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has helped our growing team collaborate effectively on content calendars for each month in one place so we're all on the same page!
