An Easy Social Media Management Tool for Social Media Managers!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is an easy platform to use once trained in it. It provides excellent social metrics that social media managers can use to report.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the platform is easy to use after training, some of the jargon can confuse users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a social media manager, I solve the metrics issue where clients are looking to see how each social platform is performing every month. The benefit that I am realizing is the efficiency in reading the metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social offers in-depth social media analytics not only for your own channels but your competitor's as well! Their social listening tool is excellent as well, offering the latest keywords and phrases related to your industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social listening add-on is quite expensive but worth it if you have a good marketing budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media analytics, competition analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
Its reporting capabilities are fantastic, especially when you hook up multiple platforms and examine performance across platforms. The competitive intelligence provided through the extra-cost listening function is also a real difference-maker when it comes to client satisfaction. Sprout helps me do for my clients what my clients can't do for themselves ... and that's huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many functions are extra-cost add-ons. I understand the "why" of the model from their standpoint, but it's imperfect from my side of the table.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sprout, it's easier for some of my clients to manage their social media accounts. For others, they can see (through me) what their competitors are doing socially. That's helped my clients' social programs operate more efficiently, and it's improved my stickiness with them.

What do you like best about the product?
I learnt to use Sprouts social major controls and functionality in just my first week of use. Beyond this, I love its set of engagement features. Features such as its smart inbox, message tagging and help desk integration makes cross social -media platform engagement with our audience quick and efficient , thereby allowing us better address the needs of our customers and building beautiful relationships with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asides not providing us with the ability to customize reports generated, Sprout hasnt got any other major weakness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are navigating the problem of effectively managing our presence on multiple social media platforms, all at once. Sprout social is enabling us make better strategic business decisions, using data metrics generated by Sprout.

What do you like best about the product?
I love this tool, I have used many tools to schedule posts on different social media platforms, but this one is different; its user interface is quite simple, it is easy to link accounts, and the procedure for scheduling posts is short, simple, and above all effective, everything is published as scheduled, on the social network arranged without any delay.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is instrumental, but at the same time-limited, it cannot be used by more than one user at a time; I would love it to have that capability; it would be perfect for collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a wide variety of social networks for my organization. Through this tool, I schedule weekly content publishing, which helps me get organized and keep the social networks up to date. It generates good reports, helping me understand the impact of posts on our audience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Extremely easy to use and excellent in helping you keep social networks updated at all times, the process is relatively short and everything scheduled is posted smoothly. Indeed, it is a tool I highly recommend.

What do you like best about the product?
We appreciated the thorough 1:1 onboarding sessions as they were personalized and helpful to get our teams up and running in the platform. Beyond the basic "how-tos," Ian tailored the trainings to our specific needs and use cases, which allowed us to walk away with greater insight on how to best use the platform for our business. Ian followed up after each call with a recording of the training and links to additional resources. With all this information on hand, our team has been able to get started with SproutSocial quickly and effectively.

Sprout's platform is easy to use from adding users, setting permissions, publishing, monitoring feeds, and more. We especially find value in the reporting available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our Instagram feeds need to be reconnected on occasion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has helped us consolidate our social media management so that all users and agencies are working in and reporting from one consistent place.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very nice and they offer many of the capabilities I'm looking for when it comes to listening and responding to engagement. They also have quick and efficient customer service who truly go out of their way to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on how an ad is set up, it won't pull into Sprout. This doesn't happen often but every now and again we'll notice an ad that has 0 responses to comments and go into Sprout only to find it doesn't exist there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to tag comments which makes it easier to put together and find important feedback.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it! It works great and runs smoothly!

What do you like best about the product?
Posting to multiple channels, tagging posts and writing notes onto the social calendar are my favorite parts of Sprout Social.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like some of the analytics and messaging sections of the design could be better explained. I would like to know how to filter my posts by performance and take actions based on them. The messaging section seemed irrelevant to the B2B stuff we do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us organize our social calendar and streamline the posting process. The main benefit is to easily have weeks scheduled so we don't have to worry about it.

What do you like best about the product?
Our representative was extremely helpful in going over all of our questions with the different capabilities. We will be using the tag feature with a lot of comments and love that we can run reports!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that you cannot pull tag data for two tags together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tagging will be our most beneficial tool!
