Makes editing, publishing and reporting easy
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social gives us more control in content creation and cuts our reporting time significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't replace an image without recreating the entire post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We see fewer mistakes and greater accountability; astronomical time savings in posting, approval and reporting.

The feeds are not true to the algorithms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were missing tons of social media notifications when we were using HootSuite to monitor our accounts. Sprout has helped get every single notification, reply in a timely and efficient manner, and stay connected to our guests. We also use the reports to put together weekly and monthly reports for our social media team to monitor the success of our campaigns and identify trends for what's working and what's not

What do you like best about the product?
The smart inbox combines feeds from Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram into one place, allowing us to easily keep on top of new content from our followers and social community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately Sprout does not yet do any wider media monitoring (websites, blogs, forums etc) so we have to purchase additional software for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sprout Social, a small social media team is able to easily manage the social accounts of two of our brands and collaborate on tasks. The real-time indicators show who is working on what item at any time.

Take it for a trial and see if it meets your needs. The platform is scalable and flexible.
The Best SM Tool Available
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is easy to use, adaptable to multiple styles of management, and easy to train newbies in. Not a day goes by when I don't use this tool for scheduling, publishing, reporting, or even useful procrastination (aka. inspiration).
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding a single user a Premium account - which we use - ups the cost significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time efficiency is better, and the reporting modules allow for deeper insights into timeframes that the actual platforms don't usually provide. In addition, Instagram scheduling and LinkedIn reporting are always a problem to master, but not with Sprout.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for an all-in-one monitoring, scheduling, and publishing Social Media Management Tool Sprout Social is the best one on the market. You get great customer service, deal with accommodating individuals, and get to use a tool that gives you the best bang for your buck as far as I'm concerned.
Amazing Management and Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social provides fast, accurate analytics that can be exported and delivered directly to my clients' hands, saving me hours of time on compiling reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprout has "everything but the kitchen sink," there are no features that are specifically unique to the platform itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a social media marketing company, it is important to us to tell our clients' stories in a straightforward, wide-reaching, and cost-effective manner. Sprout Social helps us manage these priorities through publishing tools, analytics, and more.
A great platform that can do most of what I need to do
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to schedule publishing easily. I like the inbox, it really lets me know about most of the social traffic coming my way. I like the Group Report.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I can't see scheduled posts after they were scheduled and sent out. I'd like to see what I did, have a history of Sprout use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to find out when we are mentioned and interacting with people who don't know we are on social. We have definitely improved our private messaging and personal communications through Sprout.

This is a great platform if you need to do mass social scheduling, monitor all your mentions and answer messages all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and an organized interface. My business would run as smooth without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search feature could be more specific. I would like to search by topic and location under people. Unfortunately this is not a current option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect with everyone in one space with the history of each person. Sprout takes care of everything from publishing to CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Smart inbox and ability to choose and combine specific things like direct messages, mentions, retweets, new followers, etc from Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I cannot tag photos for Twitter in Sprout Social- but I realize that it might be a Twitter limitation instead of a Sprout limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to better stay on top of mentions and comments from multiple social media networks by going to a single place. Also, Facebook doesn't always notify me of new Page messages, so those could potentially be missed-- but they always show up in my Smart Inbox.

Take advantage of the free trial to play with all the features.
Sprout Social is a God send to Social Media Managers
What do you like best about the product?
I can manage several clients notifications and messages, post scheduling, and pull beautiful designed analytics reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the images would resize based off the platform they're being posted to like they do when you post organically. A photo I share to facebook might be too big to post through Sprout on Twitter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
reporting has never been so beautiful when it comes to making my presentations for clients. I can fully print reports or take screen shots of great highlights for my clients to see, and the are visually appealing.
Intuitive interface
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is so much more intuitive to the user than any other social media management system I've used. It is easy to navigate between creating content, and all the other tasks that go into a good social program - following live conversations, finding likeminded users, replying to messages, and the like.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a company focused on video, I wish the direct upload capabilities of Sprout were more robust - allowing for adding tags and transcripts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are growing our audiences across our film projects and better able to capture data about those audiences.
