Making Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes our everyday social monitoring so much easier. Between capturing content we aren't even tagged in with keywords, and workflows for approvals, it keeps everything streamlined. Also, the Sprout team listens to requests! I've submitted a number of requests, such as adding custom text per platform, the ability to include alt text on Instagram, and adding Bluesky, and they were all addressed in a timely fashion! It shows that they're actually listening and want to do make changes that will help with everyday user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working for a nonprofit, the cost is pricey. I wish we had a bigger budget so we could afford to unlock more of the tools, but we are working with a limited budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly answering people's questions and confusions when they pop up, whether they have tagged us or they have been discovered through our messaging

What do you like best about the product?
This product has made my life as a social media manager for a major brand so much more efficient. Publishing, social listening and pulling analytics reports are all simple. Our business was an early adopter and have never looked back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout has done some great work making continual improvements. If there was any criticisms I have, it would be that it remains difficult to tag other brands when scheduling posts on G+, FB and Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Producing easy to understand graphs of analytics for upper management, social listening on a budget. I have recommended this product to colleagues because at this price point, Sprout is the best product on the market.

I do not like that I am not able to post to Instagram directly

This is extremely helpful in helping me schedule out posts and to see how those posts are successful through analytics
Couldn't work without it
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and robust. If I'm looking for something I can typically find it within a matter of seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish adding users wasn't so expensive. I'd have my whole team on it with me!

Sprout plays an integral part of our overall content strategy. It allows us to quickly measure and report on what's working and what's not. We can also connect deeper with our audience.

What do you like best about the product?
The clean look of the site and ease of use in scheduling and checking messages. Love having all messages in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could block more keywords to keep spam out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves time on social media scheduling and the benefits of having all messages in one place let's me stay on top of engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Personalization and friendly, fast customer service. We love working with our rep, Kelsey!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have more capabilities with IG and LinkedIn. They are on their way, and have made so many great updates, but I'm waiting for the day we can post directly to IG from the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the problem of multi-tasking, time managing and organizing the 'chatter' online around our institution. The benefits are endless. We have hands-on help from the staff, a mobile App to use when we're on the go, and the ability to respond (like, comment, RT etc) right from the program.

The best SM management tool out there, with the coolest staff and friendliest customer experience!
Great Platform to Organize Posts and See
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can post and schedule posts on our social media platforms as well as find different curated posts that others are posting out on social networks - with the keywords that we are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Instagram scheduling can be difficult and confusing to new users. It is nice that they feature is on Sprout Social - but the scheduling portion is different that the Twitter/Facebook/Google + scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling has become easier because you can do it in one place. Because of this it is allowing us to free up time for other tasks in the office. You don't have to jump around from one network to another to get your word across to your customers.

It's the nerve center of my business. I couldn't get by without it.

What do you like best about the product?
The inbox for messages, ability to task, ability to save and email messages, ability to schedule and review schedule, analytics, posting options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Facebook targeting tool reset after each use. It also used to be easier to navigate through the calendar.

We are able to keep track of our social media profiles in one easy-to-use, reliable interface. It has allowed us to prioritize and assign social media tasks efficiently throughout the ministry.
