A great way to grow and maintain your social media presence

What do you like best about the product?
When you log into the application for the first time, you will immediately understand what is located and where, and you can get started. All tabs are designed to look as unambiguously as possible, which greatly simplifies life. In general, the interface here is simply wonderful, convenient, and accessible for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope they add the Instagram story scheduling feature soon. I sometimes have difficulties reaching customer support from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social monitoring of the brand and competition has boosted our sales, centralized analytics and reporting made sure that we are always sure what the best way is to engage our audience.

Easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure and use. You can manage different Social profiles (Twitter, FB, YT, Pinterest) and you can do a benchmark adding the competitors' SN profile
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting: not all the FB's KPIs are available and if you need to customise the report you have to pay

Sprout for scheduling & reporting

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling works well! We've used other scheduling tools in the past, and they've left much to be desired. These work as they should, post on time, and are easy to navigate.
Reporting is easy to understand. We send our reporting along to our clients, and many of them are not as versed in social as we are. Reports are straightforward, and the graphs and images are easy for everyone to understand.
The social listening tools are fantastic too! It's easy to search for hashtags and specific terms around our campaigns to see how users are interacting with our content across all social channels. Definitely a good benefit to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process to edit and duplicate posts is a bit clunky. In other programs I've been able to mark each post to go to multiple channels. On Sprout, I can only do that in the creation - I can't edit to add another channel to a specific post.
The approvals process is a bit odd as well. We can only have internal approvals within the company. Our clients aren't able to approve unless they are also Sprout members (they're not and have no other reason to be), which makes it a bit clunky to get our approvals for comms plans through each week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have more information in the reporting than we've had before! Clean reports to show clients, and to find different angles to tell the stories we need to be telling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Schedule time with a Sprout rep to walk through all of the tools. We all benefitted from these walk-throughs, and so glad we did them!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reports tool because I can quickly export analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the reports for multiple platforms exports - I'd love to have all the same info for each platform in the same column. As it is, I have to copy and paste information together, and that takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve problems by using scheduling, so we can pre-schedule content. The benefit we've realized has been using the analytics tool, especially for third party deals with have.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling tool, and also, the ability to be able to assign tasks to team members. I like being able to view what the post will look like, and be able to see the whole week laid out. I also like having access to additional analytics besides what is available on the platforms themselves. Being able to review posts in drafts before they go live and then to schedule are our most used functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could see any changes or edits team members make on posts rather than having to comment. The platform could integrate with Pinterest a little better so that I felt that platform was being optimized better. Also, it would be nice if Sprout Social had some additional content creation capabilities. Tailwind now has the ability to use templates to create optimized pins on the platform. There is not anything else that I feel I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform helps us be able to post at different times across platforms which saves time. It also helps collaborate when our team is having to work remotely. It is nice to be able to schedule posts at times that would be after working hours. It is also nice to be able to post to the four platforms we currently use so that we don't have to login individually and post directly on each platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I feel like Sprout Social not only helps improve your social presence, but it helps your team to be efficient in reaching your KPI goals. It will also help you highlight your success through extensive analytic reports to share with your leadership team.

Time Saver

What do you like best about the product?
We manage 9 different properties and the ease of being able to write one post and have it go out to all 9 Facebook pages at one time is such a time saver for us. Having the analytics a click away is also a feature about Sprout Social that helps us narrow down our audience and who to target.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had an issue or come across any problems at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I would recommend Social Sprout to anyone that has multiple sites that they manage. To have everything you need at your finger tips saves so much time.

A social tool I didn't know I needed

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can easily schedule social content across platforms and it's easy to duplicate posts, so I don't have to start from scratch. Reports are great to quickly show the progress our accounts are making visually, or to pull a quick "win" before a board meeting. I also love that Sprout suggests when to post content for maximum engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only a few minor things - many teams in my organization use Sprout, so I can always see their Notes and I don't want to confuse them with mine, which has led me to plan my content in an alternate tool. Sometimes, tagging other business pages lags or takes a while, but that is a really minor complaint and not that bad once you get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily see what improvements I'm making across social networks and can check out the kinds of posts that are resonating with my audience. I also like that I can plan posts a few days a week and know that they will go live without any additional manual steps needed. It's a really straightforward tool to learn, but it does a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Sprout's tools that literally handles my social platforms for my company. We can't post to each platform manually so Sprout takes the lead 100%. We schedule the posts and Sprout works magic. Their chat feature is also great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't integrate w/ bitly and the IG carousel is weird.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting messages across on all platforms! Benefits - seeing reports on what's good and what's not.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, the most important is that I can manage all my clients in one place. That I can schedule posts for all social media accounts. Second, I really like your reports. They are very useful, UX-friendly and I like it more than the Facebook Insights tool. I'm also using Sprout Social for customer service. We have a lot of clients mostly restaurants and bars so we need to answer questions from customers very fast and manage all reviews.
Sometimes I moderate ad comments in the Smart Inbox and it's really useful for me. I like also that I can work with all my team. We can review our ideas using the draft feature. I saw also the new feature: Google My Business Publishing. I'm using Google My Bussines every day for publishing posts and I would love to use it in Sprout Social.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know why, but you removed the Optimal Send Times feature. It was really helpful with scheduling posts. It will be also good if you can provide more features for Instagram including Stories and also IGTV. It will be great if I can tag products from Social Sprout on my Instagram posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important is that I can react to statistics really fast and I can answer questions from our customers in one place so I don't spend a lot of time on that. I also using Sprout Social to navigate hashtags for the restaurant industry and check potential influencers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to use all of the futures and you will see that Sprout Social is so helpful with your daily work routine.
