Sprout Social Makes Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule posts to all of our my school's social media platforms and have it send (mostly) automatically. It allows me to be able to be off work when I'm off. I also think the social media reports are stellar. They provide everything that our headmaster wants to see in a visually-appealing manner. Additionally, the photo editing ability is terrific and makes my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could post multiple photos and also stories to Instagram automatically. I understand that is an Instagram issue that is out of Sprout Social's control but it is still something I wish was available. Also, I do wish the cost was a little less. As a non-profit organization, our budget is extremely limited. We do struggle at times to justify the cost of Sprout Social. I wish that I could click and drag photos when attaching multiple photos to a scheduled post to rearrange them rather than having to delete and start over. I've also been experiencing a couple of issues: 1) If I create a Facebook post and then try to duplicate it for other platforms, it doesn't work. I have to create the post for Instagram or Twitter to be able to duplicate it for other platforms. 2) At times, when I'm creating a social media post, after I schedule the post, the black menu that shows what other posts are scheduled for that day remains up until I schedule the post. That makes it almost impossible to edit photos which then makes it so I can't schedule some posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my position, I am trying to fill multiple roles while still working 40 hours a week. Without Sprout Social, I would not be able to get as much accomplished. Before Sprout Social, we were not doing any social media reporting. Now, I can run reports and send them to our headmaster in under 5 minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout Social is the best social media solution that I have used. I am still learning to use all of the features (because there are so many) even after two years. It definitely meets my needs as a one-woman-show in my role with my employer.
Huge Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social allows us to manage multiple clients and social media accounts from an easy to use platform - saving us valuable time from having to go to each platform natively. The reporting features also save time and provides our clients with valuable insights on their account performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some connectivity issues with channels and we have experienced some difficulty using the tool to find Twitter posts dated back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time with easy reporting, allowing our team to work on other projects. We are also able to find relevant content to share on our profiles with hashtag monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
The top reason that I love Sprout is the ability to have all of my feeds condensed into a single easy to read message feed. I manage social media accounts for 4 different brands and I would go crazy without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that I am not the happiest about. The first one is I miss the old way where you could easily type the time into the scheduled posts. The drop down menus take a little longer to navigate. Secondly I would love to see the ability to use the sprout queue on specific days. For instance being able to drop something today, but also being able to make a post 2 days from now and drop it into that day's queue. Finally I would love to see you guys open up more accounts to be able to be added on your base account. While Sprout is a great value I manage so many brands and have to pick and choose what accounts live on Sprout which is a super bummer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing 4 brands is pretty hard for one person. Being able to see everything on one page is simply amazing.
Sprout makes life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule in advance, monitor all things in one place, and share insights across the team is a great timing savings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to share posts on Bambu only after posted on Sprout can make things cumbersome from an internal social sharing perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management through scheduled posting and monitoring of multiple social channels in one place makes life much easier
Efficient Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to schedule via the mobile app, repost with Instagram. Analytics and reporting are all very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see analytics by hashtag to better measure social impact from events. Would like the ability to choose the period to measure against for social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling social posts helps cut down time spent on my phone. Viral Post helps me post when my followers are online.

Take a look at the different tiers and decide which one fits your budget. Enterprise works for us.
Intuitive, constantly-improving, tool great for small (or larger!) teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to assign and manage tasks between users, and the way it seamlessly connects community management, posting, and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding extra seats is prohibitively expensive -- wish I could add seats JUST for things like post response, escalating to customer service teams, etc. who don't need access to reporting, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to streamline community management across our channels -- it's enabled our team to divide and conquer comments + tasks, drastically growing our capacity and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting is very good. Ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social listening is expensive. Nothing else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, creating good competitor analysis summaries. Saves time and allows us to charge more for analysis.
Major time saver, responsive support!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm massively more productive using Sprout, since I can schedule out a full week (or more) of posts at one time, instead of needing to stop during my day to constantly publish posts. Analytics are solid. When I've had questions or concerns, their support team has been responsive, and they've ACTUALLY enacted some of the suggestions I had about improving functionality. It feels great to be heard!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Instagram Grid Preview was available when using Sprout Queue.

Improved productivity, less stress in general regarding managing our social media accounts!
Streamlined Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout enables me to view all comments and inquiries made by our clients for all 5 of our locations. Each of our locations has a separate Face Book page so answering requests previous to using sprout was a little daunting. You can also easily filter what has been answered and what has not been addressed on one screen. I really believe this has helped make sure all our clients receive the information or assistance they are looking for without getting "lost in the shuffle".
What do you dislike about the product?
When I have required IT assistance to attach new Face Book accounts to our sprout account it was a little harder to receive the help I needed then I had anticipated. Support does not really address and issue step by step and walks you through things using social media vernacular that I was not completely familiar with. The IT personnel are as helpful as possible when not using this jargon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us streamline our presence on social media. it is making sure that we are answering all inquiries for our multiple pages while taking less time to address issues.

Easily understood reporting that allows immediate response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Twitter changes the ground rules from time to time. THis makes it more difficult for everyone to use Twitter as a serous communications tool.

Really it's all to do with engagement. I stay close to y members by sing Sprout to maintain and increase engagement.
