Great reports, but spoty service
What do you like best about the product?
I loved getting to dive into the reports portion of Sprout. All the data is great for being able to compare across different social media channels and for different date ranges. I also loved being able to compare against multiple sources. I also enjoy that I am able to give tasks to different teammates according and search for previously used content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The listening portion of Sprout is great but the set up can be a tad confusing. When wanting to learn more about our brand I got results unrelated. I think that more training can be done to teach people of the features of social listening and how to correctly attribute terms to your brand. Also having limited terms make It impossible to listen for everything across all channels according. If there was more training to help set these topics up it would be so helpful to dive more into what my customers are taking about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule all social posts across multiple channels. Having an asset library that is readily available is awesome! Also being able to see the scheduled posts used as a whole is perfect for deciding what to post next and what has had the highest engagement.
Efficient for scheduling and reporting without bloat.
What do you like best about the product?
Easily schedule social posts and keep up with engagement, as well as thorough analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more interesting features are under higher pay tiers which also include mostly features not applicable to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily allows for scheduling posts for off-work hours and keep track of results.

What do you like best about the product?
We love that Sprout allows us to schedule posts well in advance as well as the "best time of day to post" suggestions- it makes it so easy to populate our social calendar! We also appreciate the ability to add "notes" to our calendar as reminders about upcoming dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing we would like to see Sprout implement is the ability to schedule Instagram stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is great for tracking our analytics. We use these insights weekly.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of mind of scheduling a campaign, post or any type of content and knowing what it will look like and post as expected. The ability to engage with users from around the world with multiple accounts in an instant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes with Sprout, once you complete a message you can't go back and view it without looking back through all the messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us save a lot of time, helps us engage with each platform and review our stats as well. It is great to connect accounts and engage with them.

Sprout Social is very useful when it comes to engaging, monitoring, and posting content. Easy access and interface to do all of these functions that are necessary.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Sprout is the ability to save automated responses and creative assets in the asset library.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love the ability to publish multiple Instagram photos without having to designate a publisher and utilize my mobile device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has streamlined our process for managing customer service issues received via social media.
Social made easy
What do you like best about the product?
So many things: all our accounts (100+) in one place, excellent customer service, simple and intuitive UI, new features being added by user request, and a very usable mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few things I dislike. I've used competitor products, and Sprout beats them all. Minor issues we have with Sprout include: an inability to schedule multiple images (carousel) to one post, can't tag people in images for posts, can only schedule automated reports for Mondays or end of the month (let me pick my day!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us reduce our time spent managing 100+ social accounts for our franchises across the country. It allows us to track their social efforts, provide advice to improve output, monitor inbound messages and resulting correspondence, and ensure all messages are replied to. Also the ability to schedule corporate messaging and posts to all franchise accounts is a massive timesaver.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look into the top competitors, do 1-3 product demo calls to flush out answers to questions you didn't know in advance, and do the trial (and dedicate time to using the platform during this trial period).
A central hub for social media engagement and influence
What do you like best about the product?
I've been a customer of Sprout Social for many years and use it extensively. Instead of monitoring each social media feed, I can use the dashboard of Sprout Social to gauge my KPIs and post on all platforms from the same channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I don't have enough time to harness the many other benefits of Sprout Social

Posting, measuring KPIs of influence and engagement, increase in followers.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social gives me the ability to manage multiple accounts seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some trouble with account management. I wanted to add more profiles and felt last upselling me was more important than helping me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cross-channel posting, tracking engagement, and scheduling efficiently.
Very good, solved my SM issues.

I love that you can schedule ahead of time. I like being able to tag as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tagging does not alway work and I find that frustrating. I also use onlypult for IG and wish you could integrate something like that.
