Reliable, Easy-to-Use Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Sprout Social for its ease of use, which is the primary reason I have been a loyal user for over twelve years. The platform's user-friendly design makes managing community interactions and scheduling posts straightforward and efficient. I also find the analytics feature invaluable for assessing our social media performance. Sprout Social consolidates all of my social media marketing efforts into one platform, allowing me to manage several accounts simultaneously with ease. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, and this overall user-friendliness is a significant factor that encouraged me to switch from Hootsuite. The platform's ability to simplify complex tasks and provide an intuitive experience continues to drive my long-term satisfaction with Sprout Social.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main areas of improvement for Sprout Social are limited by the APIs from the specific social media platforms, which restrict certain capabilities that Sprout Social cannot implement in their programs.

I use Sprout Social to consolidate my social media efforts, manage multiple accounts easily, and for community management, scheduling posts, and analytics.

Super easy posting to multiple accounts and platforms all at one time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot to dislike, we have really been pretty happy with the software all around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had team members posting things that weren't fully approved and didn't represent our business well so we got this software so that we could have a bit more control over posts and what went out. I love that it allows us to have multiple people authorize posts and verify that content is correct.

I love that Sprout Social allows me to post simultaneously on multiple accounts, which really optimizes my time and effort in social media management. I also greatly appreciate the data analysis feature it offers, as it identifies the posts that have the most reach and engagement across all my accounts. The ability to indicate the most favorable posting times is another standout feature I like, as it maximizes the reach of my posts, improves their performance, and allows me to compare data effectively. Additionally, I value how Sprout Social complements other tools I use by providing valuable data on content relevance. I highlight the ease of initial setup and the assignment of permissions to other users, which makes the tool accessible and easy to use for my entire team. Finally, the fact that the service offers short links when I need them is an additional practical help for my daily management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Sprout Social to have the tool to post and schedule on WhatsApp Channels, as well as on Instagram Broadcast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to simultaneously post on multiple accounts and organize the publishing schedule. It provides me with short links when I need them and indicates the best times to post, increasing reach and improving performance.

The platform's capability to facilitate scheduling across various brand accounts and channels, and to engage with comments directly, makes my social media management tasks considerably streamlined. The fact that everything I need is consolidated in a single platform contributes significantly to this efficiency. Additionally, setting up Sprout Social was super easy, which greatly facilitated our transition as we previously did not use any dedicated social media management tool. The ease of integration with other tools, such as our DAM Bynder, further enhances the value Sprout Social brings to our operations.

I find the aspect of paying influencers challenging when using Sprout Social.

The ease of posts and scheduling visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting can be a little bit more robust. We reply on the reporting too for metrics on social for a governance view, so it'd be good to build that out more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Sprouts Social solved is being able to see metrics accurately. From the reports, we are able to have meaningful discussions on strategy and improve on our social presence.

I love how Sprout Social allows me to schedule and monitor social media activities all in one place, which immensely streamlines my work process. The platform’s capability to handle comments and manage spam effectively stands out to me as a significant advantage, making the process of engaging with the audience much smoother and more efficient. Switching from Hootsuite, Sprout Social provides a much more advanced and robust solution for social media monitoring, which was lacking before. Moreover, its very easy initial setup made the transition smooth and hassle-free, which is a huge plus. Overall, my experience with Sprout Social has been fantastic, as reflected in my likelihood of recommending it with a high rating of 10 out of 10.

I would appreciate if Sprout Social could automatically hide spam and bot comments/messages. This feature would enhance the platform's efficiency in handling unwanted content, allowing for a more streamlined user experience.

Outstanding Support and Powerful Social Media Tools
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is fantastic. They are extremely helpful and always willing to lend a hand. Their social media management system is great and their influencer software is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features when it comes to setting up automated rules that I would like to see incorporated and there are some other things that are not entirely Sprout's fault, but the social platforms themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a social team of one is a nightmare, but Sprout allows me to accomplish a lot as one person.

The interface is very easy to use in my day-to-day work. I use Sprout every day to post content to a variety of social media platforms. It's also been a simple tool to integrate and implement among my team of social media producers.

There are so many features it sometimes becomes hard to sift through. However, that's just me speaking personally!

Time management is the biggest problem-solver of Sprout. We have large amounts of content to post on social media each day, so Sprout makes that process much easier -- especially in a crunch!

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other systems I have used, I find Sprout to be really easy to use with robust features that are easy to understand. I particularly like the AI assistance and the ability schedule in advance.

Expense compared to other solutions. But features and ease of use are superior.

Resource and time management with its robust scheduling. Assistance with generating ideas from links and previous top posts is also a big help.
