Great platform and great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use if you want a simple social scheduling system!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features aren’t yet integrated, such as ability to tag LinkedIn or Facebook users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule social content in advance and easily view by list, week or month

Great tool, once they figure out a few missing features it will be perfect
Best social media reporting software out there.
What do you like best about the product?
I haven't seen a better reporting software for social media, especially for this price point. It also allows you to schedule out content and create a more strategic social campaign. If you manage multiple business accounts, then this software is for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not an option to have multiple logins and if multiple people try to log in it will kick the other one off the website. So only one person can be logged into an account at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Sprout greatly enhances our social media reporting for clients. Internally, it helps us create a more strategic approach and better track our KPIs.

Easy to use. Easy to choose which social channels I want to schedule.

Analytics sometimes inaccurate. Also the export options could be more detailed

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is the perfect tool to manage social media for multiple accounts. It has great analytics and easy-to-use scheduling capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is slow to roll out features for every social platform. For example: LinkedIn now allows you to tag people/companies in posts, but that feature isn't available in Sprout yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to easily keep track of all 20 of our clients' social media accounts from one platform saving us tons of time!

What do you like best about the product?
Definitely like the community management queues and the ability to assign responses to team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wasn't crazy about having to pay for Sprout per unique user. For a smaller budget, this can be prohibitive to using all the team functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allowed me to keep up with real-time community management across multiple social platforms. Additionally, being able to schedule posts was invaluable for an always-on strategy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider use cases when determining the tier of service you're choosing. Keep in mind that fees apply per unique user.
Easy yet powerful
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of the platform is how the messages can lead you to discover new people worth observing. You can check profiles of people commenting on a certain post... and then just come back to a thread without losing it among the sea of others. Also, you can export whole threads (i.e. send them to your inbox) for later analysis. It's very simple yet effective for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs some memory if you have a large number of new posts - sometimes just slow down your browser. But it's a minor thing if you keep updating the messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We gained a new understanding of how our visitors interact with what we publish and now we can track how it spreads on the internet. We gained a lot of recognition by promoting our posts wisely with Sprout.

Be prepared for a large amount of information that needs your careful sorting at first.
Sprout Social Makes Social Media a Mindless Task
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social is so easy to use and provides you everything you need to manage your social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social becomes a pain because it often disconnects from the social media accounts. When your account is disconnected you often don't realize and your schedule posts fail to post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to spend hours and hours on social media scheduling posts and creating engagement. Sprout social has helped increase my engagement by allowing me to respond and interact with my followers on all social media channels from one place.

Don't just schedule your posts and forget about them. Check and make sure you are actually still connected to your social media accounts.

It manages all my social accounts under one roof. It lets you manage all social media channels efficiently from one place.

It can use some updates to keep up with the latest features and technology. Also, the cost for the advanced version is way too expensive.

Great organization dashboard and love the discovery feature.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that all of our organizations platforms are in one space. I like that the system can discover tweets, posts, etc., with our name, even if it isn't tagged or hashtagged.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to go straight to our pages (like get a quick preview of what our page looks like without having to log in to the different platforms). I also wish there was a way to complete large amounts of items, without having to review and complete them individually. I
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy social media management. Easy to learn, easy to navigate. No need to move between platforms. Scheduling posts in advance is super helpful - because you never know when you will get swamped with something else!
