Social media platform suited for education and businesses professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of focusing on content relevant to my matter of interest and possibility to share knowledge with my professional network. Flexibility in identifying followers on social and track progress in the quality and demographics of target audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit complex to navigate around the various social streams and come up with smart analytics dashboards to reflect results of media efforts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connect with opinion makers in my field of interest . Reach new audiences by grasping current data on social media demographics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invest some time in the tutorials offered by the software vendor to map-out the optimal approach to data discovery and analysis

What do you like best about the product?
It's clearly laid out and I like the use of the timed post.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall platform looks a bit dated and could have a cleaner look to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to reach out and find people who talk about the company and it's events. Whether these are good or bad, it's great to hear feedback and how to improve things, even when they haven't directly contacted us.

What do you like best about the product?
I think one of my favorite Sprout Social features is landscape - the photo editor that will appropriately size your photos depending on which social platform it will be going on. In addition, I love Sprouts comprehensive guide to all photo and videos specs. This has been extremely helpful in ensuring consistency across all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have too many negative opinions about Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency across all platforms. Analytics for social are great! Managing multiple platforms and accounts through one manager.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a platform that makes it easy to manages multiple accounts in one system then this is it!
Sprout Social puts the power of social in your hands
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike some other social scheduling tools Sprout gives you the ability to really plan posts into the future whether it be for a specific event or reoccurring messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
After having worked with Hootsuite for a big I transitioned to Sprout for better analytics and easier reporting but I wish Sprout had a friendlier and easier to use interface like Hootsuite
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to be a social media manager where I would run various social media accounts on behalf of clients, so the software allowed me to keep everything organized as well as easily prove out ROI with reporting and analytics
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take a few minutes to get used to the user interface which can be confusing at times. I really like the reporting but have never gotten use to the pre-built reports although for beginners this may be a great place to start!
Easy to Use Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social helps manage our social channels in an easy-to-navigate platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many moving parts within the platform and changing from brand to brand can sometimes be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without some kind of tool, managing five or more social channels can be really complex. Sprout takes this already complicated system and makes it easy for a variety of team members to use, regardless of experience and history.
Love Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to report on social media metrics. The premium analytics features give data that we can action on. Additionally, I LOVE being able to do everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly some of the competitors like Spinklr have an even more robust tool. Their paid reporting features ai image and creative review.
And the price is on the higher end.

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting. The graphs they include make the content easily digestible and are great to share with the company leaders.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, my accounts disconnect - but they do alert you when this happens so you can update in the system.

Reporting.
Robust/Efficient Content Management System
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite things about Sprout Social is that it is a one-stop shop for all our social media needs. I can see all of our accounts, our inbox, our analytics in one place, which makes our marketing efforts stronger.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that it's so expensive to bring other team members into the fold. For a non-profit, it's cost-prohibitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency was one biggest issues we had before switching to Sprout Social. Having everything in one place, makes scheduling content easier therefore we are more efficient and able to dedicate time to more projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a worthwhile investment if you are serious about taking your social media marketing to the next level. I have worked with other products and done lots of research and Sprout is the best on the market.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is really easy to use and understand. I love that your dashboard shows you account summary and audience demographics as soon as you log in. In-depth reporting is also available a click away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there can be some improvement to the messages tab. I've noticed that sometimes, comments on paid social ads are not included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprout Social for posting and monitoring. It saves us a lot of time with its ease of use.
Great app for social media
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to see all of my messages (comments and direct messages) in one place and have the ability to respond directly from the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout and location of different options is slightly hard to understand at first. It took some playing around with it to be able to utilize it to its best ability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me be able to manage multiple accounts at one time and have ease of posting on all the accounts for my business.

Definitely give this app a try if you are interested in easing your experience in managing multiple social media sites!
