Intuitive UI, Excellent Support, Minor Bugs
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Sprout Social's user interface which is very easy to navigate. This ease of use significantly enhances my experience, allowing me to manage social media tasks with efficiency and minimal hassle. Additionally, the customer service provided is exceptional, offering supportive and helpful responses whenever needed. I also value how Sprout Social consolidates everything into one platform, which was a major factor in our decision to choose it over Brandwatch. This integration facilitates seamless handling of different social media management aspects within a single ecosystem. The initial setup of Sprout Social was straightforward and easy, which contributed to its quick adoption by our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are random bugs at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for social media management, social listening, and employee advocacy, helping with posting, analytics, and amplifying employee voices. The UI is easy to use, the customer service is great, and everything is housed in one platform, making management efficient.
User-Friendly UI with Powerful Scheduling and Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Sprout Social's user interface. In my experience, it is the easiest to use among all the platforms I've explored, including HubSpot and Dash Hudson, among others. I love how Sprout Social provides a breakdown of profile performance and allows comparisons between profiles to determine which one is performing the best, enabling me to allocate my resources more efficiently. This feature is incredibly useful for gaining clear insights and directing our content strategy effectively. The initial setup of Sprout Social was also very easy for my team and me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to differentiate between paid and organic content and their respective results in Sprout Social. Additionally, I believe the scheduling time feature needs improvement. It's easy to mistakenly schedule posts for odd hours, like two in the morning, because the AM/PM toggle isn’t prominent. It would be beneficial to have a feature that restricts posting to more conventional hours to prevent such errors, which could be especially helpful for larger teams to minimize mistakes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to handle scheduling and gain clearer insights, reducing delayed posts and guiding content to better engage our audience.
Effortless Post Scheduling and Timely Reminders
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling posts ahead and being reminded of them at the posting time
What do you dislike about the product?
The way our company’s security is setup it puts me in a loading loop when I go to sign in to make a post from my phones.Sometimes i have to force close the app and reopen to login.

Effortless Multi-Platform Scheduling Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule posts on multiple social platforms at once. I use it every day as a Digital Content Producer at my news station. Once I learned the process, it was simple to use and integrate with our coverage. I've never had any instances where I needed customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how, for YouTube, I can't monetize my videos via the Sprout uploader. The listening tool is great in theory, but in practice, the information we see is outdated most of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves the team time and effort when is comes to getting photos/videos up on all of our social media platforms.
Streamlined Social Advocacy with Minor Tagging Tweaks Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Advocacy platform on Sprout Social. It's easy to use for our employees and simple to manage on the backend. This platform significantly improves our corporate posting, being one of the best we've utilized. We're able to broaden our reach by providing messages for employees to reshare. It allows them to customize content, encourages participation through leaderboards, and provides an estimated dollar amount of what those impressions are worth, with customization options based on our audience. Such features make it invaluable for increasing our social presence through automation and employee advocacy. Additionally, I appreciate the ease of onboarding with Sprout Social, with great support that made the setup seamless. Compared to previous tools we've used like HootSuite and Buffer, Sprout Social is my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of how LinkedIn operates, I cannot tag anyone on Advocacy. I also find the ability to find and tag someone on LinkedIn and Facebook challenging. Even when entering someone’s name exactly, they might not appear even though they are connected to me. Additionally, I'd love to see more social media integrations available, specifically Mastodon.

I use Sprout Social to increase social presence through automation and employee advocacy, allowing us to broaden our reach effectively and increase brand awareness.

The platform's capability to assist with monthly reporting through the use of tags and understanding our KPIs is invaluable. Additionally, Sprout Social's 'social-first' analytics provide more relevant insights, which was a significant factor in switching from HubSpot. I enjoy the ease of communication with their team, as they facilitate monthly meetings to discuss any platform-related questions, enhancing our overall user experience. The process of syncing our multiple accounts and affiliates with Sprout is commendably straightforward, further promoting seamless integration. My positive experiences with Sprout Social have led me to recommend it to peers in the marketing industry, proudly rating it a perfect 10.

I dislike the color scheme in Sprout Social. It would be better if the colors were brighter.

Our organization oversees social media for multiple different channels, each with their own social media platforms to best reach their respective audiences. By using Sprout Social, we are able to have one convenient location to access and manage each platform and each channel. It also provides us with the analytics tailored for each channel to make sure we are doing our best to reach our audiences.
Intuitive Social Management with Great Customer Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social for its ease of use and intuitive layout. The pleasing dashboard makes it effortless to view and organize information without feeling overwhelmed, which was a problem with our previous platform, Sprinklr. I appreciate how the tool allows me to manage our social platforms effectively, engage with customers, and track sentiment efficiently. Responding to customers quickly and efficiently is a breeze, which helps in turning around negative experiences. The crisis alerts are incredibly helpful, and I like being able to share negative feedback in both qualitative and quantitative formats for leadership viewing. Transitioning to Sprout Social from Sprinklr was very smooth as the initial setup was easy, especially setting up tags. Overall, I find Sprout Social more favorable compared to other platforms I've used so far, like Sprinklr and Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the language around insights and reporting was more user/beginner friendly, I get very overwhelmed trying to set these things up.

I use Sprout Social to manage social platforms, engage with customers, track sentiment, and respond to reviews efficiently. It helps with crisis alerts and presents feedback clearly for leadership. The intuitive layout prevents feeling overwhelmed, unlike our previous platform.
