The perfect platform for beginners and experts

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social is very user friendly and intuitive. The system works naturally with your workflow, and has an abundance of features that allows you to work almost entirely in Sprout Social.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things I dislike so far are minor. There is a small glitch to where if you type in the schedule time, the numbers flash, but this doesn't happen if you scroll through the numbers. One other thing I dislike is that in the smart inbox does not tell you if your page is mentioned in a post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout's Smart Inbox has made monitoring all of my pages and platforms so easy, and leaves me certain that I have reviewed all messages and interactions my pages have received. The approval process in Sprout has made communication with my clients 10 times easier through their ability to quickly approve all content, in it's latest versions, in one place, or to leave comments or suggestions.

Great product for social media marketing! Possibly the best tool on the market.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved how easy it was it connect to all social media accounts, as well as, post to all accounts. The platform is very easy to navigate and their customer service and training team is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really I liked everything about the platform but I do not do social media marketing enough to justify the cost, which is a little pricey for what I do in social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking to post, track and shorten my time of managing my clients social media accounts, which this product does a great job of doing. If the cost of the program was less I would continue to use them but until i bring in more social media clients, which I do not plan on doing, it is too expensive for my business.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout sends weekly activity summaries for our clients so we can quickly see new followers, Facebook stats and impressions broken down by types of followers, and brand advocates (those that retweet or mention the brand the most). It's a great way to make quick recommendations to our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are unable to monitor the YouTube and Pinterest pages of our clients. It's also quite pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it much easier for us as account managers to recommend paid social ad campaigns to our clients because the statistics are right there to prove that those recommendations will work. If 90% of our followers are female, we don't want them running targeted ads to customers who "like" football and Xbox on Facebook. We'd instead target customers who have a connection to brands and products on Facebook that are more female centric.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool if you're new to social media analytics or trying to keep it simple for your clients. If you need something simple and quick to use, Sprout is my recommendation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout allows me to easily manage multiple social accounts and provides valuable feedback on impressions which I can use for ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only drawback would be the cost of Sprout. It is worth it but expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to make sure we are getting a good ROI on our social and which social posts do best for our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For a paid service I would recommend it.

We are solving the confusion of direction and we have realized that this streamlining for social is crucial.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely LOVE SproutSocial. The UI is super easy to use, the data tracking for new follower acquisition is great for showing the value of each social campaign my companies launch, and the price point is perfect for any size team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more data around paid campaigns on social and I would like to see lower pricing for smaller teams under 5 people, the pricing scales up to fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create content that is easily consumable for clients at a price that is affordable. We specialize in creating newsroom quality content with a team of highly trained and vetted writers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a simple way to find social feeds and manage your social accounts this is a great piece of software.

What do you like best about the product?
The clear and concise dashboard makes it easy to manage your workflow.
Messaging is all consolidated into one Smart Inbox making it easy to message across platforms.
The Discover feature which tracks clients/customers you interact with as well as ones you may want to reach out to in the future.
The Analytics blow the competitors out of the water: easy to read, and manage, plus a beautiful interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
-NO CONNECTION TO INSTAGRAM (major con for our company), also limits you to only 4 platforms so if you are testing new platforms don't use it on Sprout.
-Linkedin intégration sucks, difficult to use and doesn't properly integrate.
-COST is a lot higher than Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track and easily connect with customers and clients is a great benefit that we are constantly utilizing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If u are weighing this option against Hootsuite and have the budget for for Sprout. The interface is better and the analytics and tools are easier to use HOWEVER do not use if Instagram is a large portion of your social media plan.

Managing social platforms is easier than ever with SproutSocial.

What do you like best about the product?
SproutSocial makes it easy for me to interact with brand supporters. The Twitter ecosystem is a very messy place and having SproutSocial's engagement tools help cut through the noise. Whether it is a tagged handle or a direct message, I am able to have one dashboard where I can monitor incoming traffic. The overall metics provides a nice barometer of success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest thing for me is that SproutSocial does not have a Mac app. It is still web-based unlike several of the competitor's in the marketplace, making it reliant on browser speed and shared RAM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to leverage social networking to build the company's brand. As we roll out massive PR pushes, SproutSocial allows us to be fully engaged with the audience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is definitely the software I would start with. The main downfall is that it is pretty pricey and not ideal for someone new to social media management.

Easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to shorten links, post images, and schedule posts. It's also great for managing multiple accounts at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if I could see each feed that I manage on one screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage multiple social media accounts which can be difficult on other platforms. With Sprout Social, it's incredibly easy to monitor and manage them all at once.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend it! I've had a better experience with Sprout Social than with other platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to monitor posts in one centralized feed
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the mobile app. It is difficult to monitor feed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have the ability to monitor conversations about our brand, publish in a centralized location and easily pull reports.

Go for it. It's a great system.
