What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Sprout Social for its ease of use, which makes managing our extensive array of social media accounts much more efficient. The platform serves as an industry leader, demonstrating its reliability and credibility in the field. I am especially impressed by its continual upgrades that keep up with the evolving nature of social media channels, ensuring that the software remains relevant and ahead of trends. These consistent updates enhance functionality and allow for a seamless integration of ideation, posting, and reviewing analytics, all streamlined into one cohesive hub. This comprehensive approach streamlines our processes from the brainstorming phase all the way through to analytics review, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across our social media management tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find Sprout Social overwhelming, especially in the settings section. It feels like there's almost too much going on, which can make it difficult to navigate and manage effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to organize and streamline our management of different social media accounts into a single hub, facilitating a smoother process from ideation to posting and reviewing analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly value the analytics platform of Sprout Social, which significantly enhances my efficiency in reporting to management and facilitates comprehensive data analysis. The ability to plan and execute social media posts across various networks with management approvals is another feature I appreciate. Additionally, Sprout Social efficiently manages data, inbox inquiries, and scheduling. Setting up the account was straightforward, guided with clear instructions, and the platform offers a help center with informative knowledge articles, which further streamlines the onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor posting issues make it impossible to post certain types of content on Sprout, but nothing extremely significant to have a great impact on maintaining efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for social media management, data analytics, and inbox management, improving efficiency in scheduling, reporting, and post execution with management approvals.

Sprout Social Completes My Job

What do you like best about the product?
Posting: I love that we can collaborate when creating and scheduling posts, quickly move things around, duplicate, schedule at the right time, and optimize our image dimensions all in the platform. I, alongside our team, am able to properly manage the content for so much of our platforms.

Competitiveness: I also love that we can compare our performance to our competitors and see where we are in realtime in order to continue elevating ourselves. This allows us to shift our strategy by continuously monitoring the competition.


I use Sprout Social every single day and it has allowed me to produce outstanding results for the company, almost doubling our audience, which is our primary goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few moments in my reporting where the information gathered from Meta was inconsistent. I appreciate the warnings that they give, and can understand when it is out of Sprout Social's control. However, when I am preparing these reports, the accuracy of the data is absolutely paramount, and there's no retroactive actions taken to mention whether the data has been successfully retrieved and updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprouts entire platform is the most valuable thing to me as the end-user. Being able to manage 10 profiles at once allows me as the sole user responsible for the company's social media, to quickly plan, optimize and execute digital strategies with just a few clicks. I'm able to report on the profile activity across several platforms, compare our insights and posting habits against our competitors, and review the general social activity from the dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
This is my home base for all things social. I am in the dashboard every day, and I love how easy it is to keep track of any comments or reviews left across all platforms in an instant, and remaining within Sprout Social to respond to them all (or even hide comments if needed).
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a one person social team, I would love to have a wider access to all the resources within the platform without the jump in cost to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helped me minimize time spent scheduling posts, responding to comments, and gathering analytics by having it all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling and Reports. The scheduling feature is easy to use and can hold multiple different accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
Some don't like that selecting a social account isn't more obvious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Advocacy on why we do what we do in the social media space. The analytic numbers help us to justify why we spend the money on resources in this area.

Sometimes we have errors when publishing posts, they fail.

I use this tool to help the agency I work with access the brand's profiles, schedule posts, and gain clearer visibility of the content calendar. I would also appreciate having reports that are more visually appealing and easier to interpret.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Sprout Social because it allows me to schedule posts in advance, which is incredibly convenient for managing multiple social media accounts at the university. It helps me to easily visualize and control what content is scheduled to go out from our respective accounts. This feature ensures that all graphics and posts are timely, contributing significantly to efficient social media management. Additionally, I find the initial setup of Sprout Social to be very easy, as long as I have the account login information, making it effortless for me to continue my work without any interruptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that sometimes there are issues with image quality and video length constraints within Sprout Social. These limitations force me to post directly from my social media accounts rather than through the platform itself. If there were fewer restrictions on image quality and video length, I would be able to be less selective about the content I'm putting out.

I use Sprout Social to schedule posts at specific times, ensuring timely and organized social media output across different accounts, making it easier to manage our university's online presence.
