Effortless Social Media Management with Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use that comes with Sprout Social. I've used other competitor platforms, and they do not compare. Sprout offers easy-to-learn platforms and continued enhancements included in your plan. They do not try to add extra cost to your account. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love a feature that includes sentiment trends based on keywords and common phrases. I would also like review data to be able to include sentiment trends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps with social listening, crisis notifications, reputation management, and distinguishing organic from paid social.
A One-Stop Shop That Makes Managing Dozens of Social Accounts Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's a one-stop shop for most all content scheduling and community management needs. It mostly covers all platforms I use for work and makes managing dozens of social media accounts easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't like Instagram comments, that you can't schedule videos to Pinterest, and that when you tag an Instagram account in a post, it doesn't bring up a list of accounts like other platforms.

Seamless Social Media Integration with a Truly User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I’m thoroughly impressed with the seamless integration with all my social media accounts and the incredibly user-friendly interface. It’s well-organized and straightforward, making it a pleasure to use. I’ll definitely continue to rely on this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now I haven't run into any dislikes. I think they wait it's running right now has been perfect for my and my company's needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrations make it much easier to manage all our accounts in one app rather than going through each one individually. Since we use all social media platforms, this integration is particularly helpful and keeps us organized and on schedule.

Easy to use overall, with very few issues. Connecting profiles is straightforward, and the pricing is decent.
What do you dislike about the product?
really only seems to have some issues posting on facebook, maybe once a month

Postings and scheduling, I schedule out months in advance, 10-20 posts a day multiple platforms

I like how easy and user-friendly Sprout Social is. It’s simple to navigate, and everything is organized in a way that makes managing social media feel straightforward and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like after you have the post created, such as I get it approved, you can't go back and make any edits, you have to start over which is not efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the challenge of managing multiple social platforms by bringing everything into one place, scheduling, messages, and analytics. It saves me time, keeps things organized, and makes it easier to track performance so I can refine my content strategy and improve what I post.
Simplified Social Media Management, Needs Better AI
What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout Social for its simplicity. It's a simple tool to use and set up. The platform is constantly implementing new functions and features, which keeps us interested and makes sure we continue to use it. I also appreciate how it helps us deliver great social posts to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the involvement of AI needs to improve. As we run multiple pages across similar industries, it would make sense for the platform to recommend posting times based on the various pages, for instance, as opposed to a blanket, this is the best time for all of your pages, which we know isn't the case.

Sprout Social gives us an all-in-one solution, enabling us to monitor multiple pages with just a few clicks in real time, saving us the hassle of moving between pages and platforms.

I use Sprout Social for content planning, scheduling, and reviewing. It centralizes everything in one place, which allows multiple community managers to input and review brand sentiment. I appreciate how accessible and easy it is to use. I value the sentiment and data tracking features because they let me get into the deep insights. The initial setup seems to be easy, and it’s even easier to onboard people.

How many tabs and options there are, wish I could also put a pin in my history and pick up where I left off.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social isn’t just designed for content publishing and analytics; it’s built to support higher-level strategy. The competitor data it provides helps shape the North Star our brand is following in a way we simply haven’t had access to before. Overall, the software brings our entire marketing department into a more cohesive, aligned environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ll say this: the robust design and capabilities of the Sprout Social platform can be enough to steer some brands away from it right from the start. The interface offers such a wide range of tools and resources that it can feel overwhelming to imagine taking full advantage of everything the system includes. And when Sprout Social requires you to go through mandatory platform training with them, that’s when you really realize just how much you’re about to have in front of you.

Put simply, Sprout Social is helping our brand better-connect the dots between social spending and unit-level revenue.
Simple, Streamlined, and Efficient—with Thoughtful Support
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple, streamlined, and efficient. When I have submitted questions, recommendations, or concerns, they have been met with curiosity and concern.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very minor, but I find that Drafts constantly disappear. We never "Reject" anything or save anything as a draft because we are never able to find them again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We monitor and post on multiple platforms, and SS streamlines the process and makes it easy to post, track metrics, and monitor conversations.
