Effortless Employee Advocacy with Powerful Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of the platform, the depth of reporting in the analytics section. I've enjoyed having an easy-to-use platform for employees to share about our company on social media through the employee advocacy platform. We're still rolling out this platform to our org, but I've had great feedback. I've also appreciated how Sprout has added features based on user feedback (like adding documents to LinkedIn posts-yayy!) and how fast customer service is to my issues. They were very helpful providing onboarding training. This has exponentially helped my job and I use it every day for work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know some of these things are on LinkedIn's side, but I wish there was a way to analyze our audiences on LinkedIn. I'd like to get deeper insights, and determine if people liking our posts are our employees or not our employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're making it easy to manage social media channels all-in-one place! I don't have to go from channel to channel to make posts, and I have to go from channel to channel to pull reports. I've used other platforms, like Hootsuite, and the user interface is significantly better, easier to use, and much easier to understand.

Essential Tool for Influencer Campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social because it enhances my ability to identify influencers while incorporating client-specific requirements to weed out those who wouldn't meet campaign goals. Being able to organize my work by client and by campaign is my favorite feature, as it keeps everything clear and structured. The initial setup process was also incredibly smooth and straightforward, making it easy to get started. Overall, Sprout Social significantly supports my influencer relations and social management tasks, and I am highly likely to recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is removing some of its vetting tools that are very helpful, such as the feature that shows the percentage of followers from the US for each creator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to identify influencers with client-specific criteria, organize work by client and campaign, but miss its vetting tools, like US follower percentage, which are being removed.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Sprout Social because it serves as a perfect all-in-one platform that allows me to manage tasks like publishing, analytics and tagging without the headache of juggling multiple logins, fees, and platforms. The team at Sprout Social is incredibly supportive and helps align their services with our business goals, which I greatly appreciate. One feature that stands out is the ticket tagging; the ability to search using different filters, including tags, keeps our operations organized and enables me to answer specific inquiries from our leadership effortlessly. This functionality is invaluable as it allows us to track community sentiments effectively, providing measurable insights that influence leadership decisions. Additionally, I find the presence of dedicated account executives who meet with us monthly extremely helpful. They provide guidance and ensure that we maximize our experience with Sprout Social. Overall, my satisfaction level is high with a perfect recommendation score of 10 out of 10, as I have confidently recommended it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to respond to messages from the main page and not have to click the reply button and open a whole other page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprout Social perfect for managing everything in one place, from publishing to metrics, avoiding multiple logins and fees, with helpful support for business goals. Ticket tagging organizes community insights and informs leadership decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social continues to be an invaluable tool for my team, helping us stay organized while increasing engagement on our LinkedIn account. The “first comment” feature, in particular, has created additional opportunities to boost engagement and promote related resources. Overall, my team and I have truly enjoyed working in Sprout Social.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate all of the features Sprout Social offers; however, I wish there were more robust options for team collaboration and commenting within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows my team to centralize our social media planning and easily generate quarterly reports with reporting features. These features help visualize our engagement, identify engagement gaps, streamline our workflow, and enable us to plan our social media calendar more efficiently and proactively.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social for managing our social media because it offers an easy way to schedule posts and respond to comments. As a marketing agency, the ability to plan our content two weeks ahead is indispensable. Sprout Social allows us to write content, send it out for approval, and engage with the community seamlessly, which is extremely valuable for our operations. Moreover, the initial setup of Sprout Social was very easy, adding to its convenience and making our transition smooth. Despite considering other options like Hootsuite, repeated evaluations have confirmed that Sprout Social remains the superior choice for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could tag people in the first response when engaging the community, and that their ad tech tool was more robust.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Sprout Social supports the creative side of content planning. Its clean design, post preview feature and easy integration with media libraries make it simple to design, schedule and visualize posts before publishing. It’s intuitive, visually appealing, and makes creating great looking content effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s honestly not much to dislike, but one limitation I’ve noticed is that Sprout Social currently only allows up to 10 images per Instagram post. It would be great if there were more flexibility for carousel posts, especially for brands or creators who like to share more visual content. Other than that, the platform works really smoothly and continues to improve with updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the features I find most valuable about Sprout Social is how well it supports content design and creativity. The platform makes it so easy to plan, preview and schedule visually appealing posts and you can actually see how designs will look across different platforms before publishing.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, I really appreciate how easy Sprout Social is to use. The platform feels intuitive right from the start whether I’m scheduling posts, tracking analytics or responding to messages, everything flows smoothly. Sprout Social offers a great mix of powerful features without feeling overwhelming.

What do you like best about the product?
I most like the ease of scheduling posts and integrating them across multiple platforms. The scheduling calendar makes it easy to see what is in the works, and also copying past posts for reposts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced anything other than wonderful things about Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Originally, we were visiting each social media platform separately and creating the same post on each. Sprout Social saves us time by doing all the legwork for us. One and done!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Sprout Social makes it to handle everything in one place. Scheduling posts, checking messages, and tracking performance all feel super organized and smooth. The analytics are clear and actually useful, which helps a lot when I need to report results. I also love how simple it is to collaborate with my team — it keeps everyone on the same page without endless back-and-forths.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s honestly a great tool, but it can get a bit pricey, especially for smaller teams. Some of the reports take a while to load, and I wish there were more options to customize the data view. The mobile app works fine, but it could be a little more flexible for editing or scheduling posts on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes managing our social media so much easier. Instead of jumping between different platforms, everything’s in one place — scheduling posts, replying to messages, and checking analytics. It saves a ton of time and helps our team stay organized and consistent. Plus, the insights we get help us understand what’s working and improve our overall strategy.

Intuitive Layout and Effortless Usability

What do you like best about the product?
I love the layout and the ease of using the system. I've been using Sprout Social for at least a decade via numerous clients. It's always been my go-to scheduler.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like getting notifications that a post failed when it actually went through.

I wish you could type in the time you want to schedule a post instead of having to scroll to find the exact time.

When I schedule posts on numerous platforms at once, they sometimes are scheduled as different posts. Then if I have to make an edit, I have to make the edit numerous times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule my posts and not have to worry about them during the weekday and on weekends.

I love having the mobile app so I can make edits on the go.

It makes my monthly reporting simple. I don't have to go into numerous platforms to get my analytics.
