What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly and easy to use Sprout Social is, making it accessible for our growing team, including new hires who quickly adapt to it. The extensive connections with external tools are a major advantage, allowing for seamless integrations that enhance our workflow and provide an economic return on our investment. I appreciate the economic value Sprout Social offers, alongside its excellent support team that is both helpful and well-prepared. Additionally, the platform enables us to manage social comments efficiently, generate user-friendly reports, and streamline our social posting processes. The setup was impressively fast and simple, further complementing the platform's intuitive nature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social sometimes faces limitations due to API restrictions from big tech companies like META. This means that some data cannot be retrieved because META doesn't pass it to Sprout Social, which affects the completeness and usefulness of reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to manage social comments, generate user-friendly reports, and manage social posting, which centralizes activities and facilitates team collaboration. It's easy to use, integrates well with external tools, and provides economic returns, making it ideal for our growing team.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use of Sprout Social. The user interface is very intuitive, which makes navigating the platform simple and efficient. Additionally, the customer service is outstanding, always at the ready to assist whether through my customer service representative or the chat feature. The promptness and readiness of the support team ensure that any issues are addressed swiftly. These features, along with the platform's comprehensive benefits, are some of my top reasons for liking Sprout Social.

Nothing at this time - any time we have feedback it is acted on quickly.

I use Sprout Social to engage with customers, publish content, listen to brand sentiment, and activate employees, solving almost all my social media needs as a practitioner.

What do you like best about the product?
Full suite of tools, easy to use, great reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit pricey but well worth it. We are a non-profit so we will need to plan carefully as our marketing team grows with how we structure account access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to this, we were scheduling everything manually on the platform and it was hard to see the full picture of all of the content going out on our channels. It was also very time consuming to schedule and for reporting. Sprout has allowed our small team to 5x our social content output and make it easier to show social's impact on our non-profit's mission.
Sprout Makes Social Media Management Effortless and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
As a leasing agent with six years of experience, a significant part of my job is maintaining an active and engaging social media presence for our property and community, connecting with both current and prospective residents. With so many social media platforms these days, it can be challenging to keep up with posting across all of them. Sprout has not only eliminated the need to create the same post on multiple sites, but it has also helped me organize and plan content weeks ahead of time. This means posting is no longer a daily or weekly chore. I can schedule posts for an entire month in advance, which frees up more time for me to focus on other important responsibilities in my role.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor issue I’ve encountered is occasionally needing to adjust my attachments to meet Sprout’s size requirements. However, this isn’t a big deal, since they also provide a great tool that can handle the resizing for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool lets me schedule my social media posts across multiple platforms weeks ahead of time, which is very convenient. It also suggests the optimal times to post each day, helping us maximize our reach and engagement.

With so many platforms to manage, Sprout Social has become our main hub for all social media activity. It's a one-stop shop.
Great Platform bringing lots of features under one roof!
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy it is to use Sprout Social’s scheduling feature and plan Insta grids as well as track performance across different platforms and understand audience behaviour, which allows me to make decisions to improve our social strategy and content for the hotel. It's easy my most frequency used platform for all my social media needs for work. It was extremely easy to set up and I love the different variety of features it has.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything that I dislike but it would be nice if the user interface for the app becomes slightly more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of manually posting on each channel at each time, you can schedule, queue and monitor all posts in a central calendar and even benefit from features like optimal‑send‑time suggestions. The scheduling tools free up time: instead of spending each day manually posting and checking each platform, me and my team are able to plan ahead, stay consistent and focus more on quality content rather than logistics.

What I like best about Sprout Social is how intuitive and user-friendly it is. It brings all social media management tasks like scheduling, monitoring, analytics into one platform, which saves a lot of time and helps me focus on creating meaningful engagement rather than juggling multiple tools.

The limit to upload/schedule only 10 images on instagram.

I like how it consolidates multiple social platforms into one unified workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I can manage incoming messages, mentions, comments across multiple networks from one place. This platform supports advanced post-scheduling, multi-profile publishing, multimedia posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have with this platform is, it's Cots. Especially for my Organization.
