Essential Analytics and Outstanding Support for Enterprise Needs

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to cut and measure data by type, topic, theme, etc., is vital for an enterprise-level business. I'm a daily user who relies on the analytics and social listening features to give me the insights I need quickly and provide exec-level read outs with minimal manual work. The customer service team is always available via chat or email. Everyone I work with at Sprout is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love more useful data interpretation / analysis in-product. As AI gets incorporated into the product more, I hope that will be a priority.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time analytics allows me to quickly report on metrics for key campaigns. Social Listening and Inbox tools allow us to monitor sentiment and customer issues for deescalation.

What do you like best about the product?
As an editor, I work with our communications and social media team to edit, revise, and approve social media content. Sprout Social makes it easy to collaborate across our team. I am not super tech savvy but I enjoy the user experience of Sprout Social.
What do you dislike about the product?
The additional passcode verification to log in can be annoying, but I appreciate that it protects the security of our team's account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are always working to reach a larger and more diverse audience through our social media content. Sprout Social makes it easy to schedule and manage our content, so we can focus on writing text and sharing images that are engaging and dynamic.

Managing multiple social accounts across networks can be chaotic. Sprout centralizes everything in one dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other social media management systems Sprout is very robust. I particularly enjoy the Smart Inbox feature to run through all notifications. Its so much easier than natively going through each channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some native features that Sprout doesnt have capability to integrate. Although, my team and I have been able to work around them and still use the application to the best ability.

Ease of checking notifications on one platform, scheduling and planning, project management, and analytics

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite part in the Publishing aspect as I find it's really easy to upload posts and the workflow approval process is super easy as well.

All the additional features that you have to pay extra for

It's helping up plan our content calendar really efficiently and tracking our results with each post and through each platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social is very user-friendly and intuitive to use. I can get team members on the platform and provide a quick crash course, and users are able to use it proficiently pretty quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be a KPI issue, but I don't like that we can't track link clicks without using the Sprout link functionality. We have our own UTM system and naming convention so we can see this on our end, but it would be nice to see social clicks with all the other data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a social media management tool when I joined the team, so I would have to go into each native platform and pull data and schedule content that way. Sprout Social gives me one place to do it all.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been by our side for the last 7 years - I appreciate how versatile the platform is for us to manage and elevate our social media!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly dont really have a ton of critical feedback on the negative side. Sprout does exactly what we need it to do for our business processes. And that's why we have been a customer for so long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us solve the problem of managing a wide variety of social channels and making sure we deliver high-quality, timely, and consistent content across each. The Smart Inbox feature is also huge for helping us keep up with our messages and get a good understanding of the pulse of our follower community.
