What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is easy to use and provides great reporting and post scheduling tools. I also love the competitor insights. I use this tool multiple times a day!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish brand health reporting was a more cost-effective option to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of scheduling across platforms and competitor insights. Helps us keep our brand on top in the social space.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprout Social is that it’s simple, cost-effective, and easy to use. It covers all the key features you need - scheduling, reporting, monitoring, and engagement - without being overly complicated. The customer service is excellent, and the reporting tools are solid. It’s a straightforward, reliable platform that delivers great value for the price and is ideal for most companies that want an efficient, no-fuss social media management solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren’t as many options for customization, especially in reporting, compared to some other tools I’ve used. The integrations are a bit more limited, and the media monitoring isn’t as advanced or in-depth as some competitors. That said, it does exactly what you need it to do for core social management tasks, and the simplicity is part of what makes it so easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps streamline and simplify our social media management process. It allows us to manage multiple accounts, schedule content, and track performance from one easy-to-use platform. The reporting features save time and make it simple to share results with stakeholders. Overall, it’s helped us stay organized, consistent, and efficient without the high costs or complexity of other tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social incredibly easy to use, which makes the initial setup and ongoing interaction with the platform straightforward and hassle-free. What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling feature with optimal times and the link in bio for Instagram. It's also great for adding alt text to images and you have your analytics all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to reconnect your social profiles every so often
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to schedule context on nights and weekends so the team doesn't have to be online. We can also see all our DMs in one place and have access to analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly system to preset social posts, provide visuals on content calendars, and great reporting metrics on performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. It's certainly not inexpensive and needs to be used to justify the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does a good job of allowing staff to be more strategic in laying out content calendars and learning about performance of campaigns on various platforms and channels.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts all in one place, and the calendar so I can see my scheduled posts and feel organised.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle to think of any big things I dislike about Sprout. If I had to pick something maybe the mobile app needs a bit of work but I can't think of anything in particular

Everything is in the one place! I can write my posts, duplicate and schedule with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to add multiple profiles, being able to tag posts, and scheduling is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were more metrics that could be pulled on engagement/impressions for individual posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have multiple profiles without logging into LinkedIn, I own posting for all of our executive leadership and it makes it seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use especially with the post scheduling feature. It makes posting easier and the best part is being able to move things in the calendar instead of having to edit to change dates. I also love the reporting features and how easy it is to find out all the stats you want to know.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I just have more learning to do and Sprout has great customer support. I know that Sprout has more features than I use currently and look forward to continuing to learn all that I can. So that to say, I think some of the features are not as easy to use as others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule to multiple platforms and see the whole months schedule right away.
