Easy to use on Day 1 even if you've never heard of Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Analytics are extremely easy to understand and find. I am able to create reports right in the platform to send directly to stakeholders so they can remain updated on our social performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt much I dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content especially in advance so I can focus on other parts of the marketing elements in my role or when Im gone on vacation.
User-Friendly with Stellar Feature Set
What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout Social for its user-friendly interface, which makes navigating and using the software extremely intuitive and straightforward. The ease of use is such that I've been able to quickly train colleagues and students on it, allowing them to schedule posts and generate reports within minutes. Additionally, I appreciate the robust reporting capabilities, enabling me to conduct detailed comparative analyses and track our progress over different time periods with ease. This feature particularly stands out in helping me quickly respond to inquiries about the performance of specific posts. The ability to manage multiple social media apps through one publishing feature is another aspect I find highly valuable. It allows for seamless customization of content across different platforms without having to redundantly input information. Furthermore, the support team at Sprout Social has proven to be highly efficient, resolving any issues I encounter swiftly, as exemplified by their quick resolution of my notification issue on a past occasion. I also commend the addition of new features, such as alt text capabilities and Blue Sky, which enhance the platform's functionality and contribute significantly to our commitment to ADA compliance. This automatic inclusion of captions and alt text across platforms saves me a lot of time and ensures our social media content remains accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it inconvenient that the mobile app of Sprout Social does not allow me to add alt captions. This limitation requires me to switch to my desktop to complete this task, which disrupts my workflow and adds unnecessary steps. I am aware that their team is working on resolving this, but until then, it's a noticeable drawback in my user experience.

Sprout Social simplifies social media management, aiding in ADA compliance with alt text and captions, automating posting across platforms. It streamlines reporting, enabling quick comparative analyses and reducing time spent on manual updates.
Super Intuitive and Easy to Use, Minor Issues Aside
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and very intuitive. I didn't need any special training to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very easy to use. The only issue is that it occasionally has to disconnect our accounts for verification. It seems to be fairly frequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier for our team to schedule multiple posts at a time and also track our results across multiple platforms.
Effortless Social Management with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been a great tool that i use weekly. It is easy to use, and saves so much time being able to post to all social platforms in one place. Customer support has always been helpful and answer all questions in a timely manner. My workplace has used Sprout Social for 5+ years and will continue to use it for many more!

I have yet to find what i dislike about Sprout Social, no complaints!

All-in-One Social Media Management Tool, Though Reporting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout social for about 2 years daily. I really appreciate having all the tools I need for my daily tasks as a social media manager conveniently located in one place. The smart inbox is straightforward to use and makes managing messages simple. Additionally, the publishing tool is both comprehensive and user-friendly. It has been very easy to onboard new team members. The customer support is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the reporting features could be refined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform offers comprehensive social media management, which is especially helpful for a very small social media team like ours.
Centralized Calendar View Keeps Our Team Aligned
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see the calendar view in order to plan the month accurately. It allows my team to be aligned with one central location for all social postings, comments, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
We currently haven't had any issues with Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Sprout, our team organized our postings using an Excel calendar or SmartSheet view. Sprout has reduced confusion and allowed us to quickly interact with comments in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how simple it is to plan and schedule posts, as well as monitor their performance!

Occasionally, there are some glitches, but they are typically resolved quickly!

Managing several social media accounts, each with its own unique content, can be challenging. Sprout simplifies the process and helps me keep everything organized.
Customizable Posting Saves Time, But Advanced Reports Cost Extra
What do you like best about the product?
There are many customizable options available. My organization has 5 social platforms and the ability to do one post, but then customize to each within the same setup is amazing, and not to mention customizable time scheduling per platform as well. A huge time saver to be able to post across platforms that require such different needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the advanced and more tailored reporting on performance metrics is behind a higher paywall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves so much time when posting across many platforms. Allows me to spend less time scheduling and more time creating!
