What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for over two years and love its ability to centralize social media content publishing across all platforms, as well as its robust monitoring of conversations. The sentiment measurement solution provided by Sprout Social is particularly valuable to me; it is customizable to measure sentiment relative to specific subjects within the organization, pulls in conversations from all social platforms, and helps determine whether conversations about our brand are positive or negative. Additionally, I appreciate its capability to train the model for more accurate sentiment analysis, which helps in fine-tuning the understanding of what is considered neutral, negative, or positive. The initial setup was rather simple and straightforward, which was a pleasant experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find issues with Sprout Social's handling of asset sizes. Even when I input accurate sizes, the system mistakenly registers them as incorrect. Additionally, there is a random occurrence where accounts disconnect unexpectedly, leading to some social posts failing to go live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to publish content, monitor all platform conversations, and measure performance in one place. It enhances sentiment analysis, helping to identify brand conversation tones accurately.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate Sprout Social's intuitive user experience, which is both clean and visually appealing, allowing me to navigate through the platform without wasting time searching for different features. The ease of use extends to the posting functionalities, where I can effortlessly schedule a series of posts or make live posts. The time suggestion feature for posts is particularly helpful, ensuring optimal engagement times. Additionally, I find the reporting section to be highly valuable; it is both automatic and clear, and I love how I can personalize reports to fit my specific needs. Setting up Sprout Social was a straightforward and transparent process, adding to the overall positive experience. These aspects combined make it an easy tool to recommend, as evidenced by my high likelihood of a 9 out of 10 when suggesting it to friends or colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I occasionally encounter issues when scheduling collaboration posts, as they sometimes have errors, resulting in notifications via email. Additionally, I find the limitation that collaboration posts can be sent only for Instagram to be restrictive. Adding support for TikTok collaboration posts would be a valuable enhancement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprout Social's posting and reporting features intuitive, saving time with clear navigation and useful time suggestions. Its automatic reporting streamlines my workload, although I wish for expanded collaboration features with TikTok.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout gives us the ability to schedule social media posts at optimal times, per the software algorithm. It is easy to save drafts and to collaborate with teammates. The tags make it really easy to run reports on our multiple sectors of the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the tags were color coded to make them easy to identify at a glance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is providing a place to organize and plan all of our social media content, whether that be a week in advance or a year in advance.

Sometimes certain features do not load, and there are API glitches. I have experienced times when I cannot pull reports, encounter error codes, or find content failing to post for unknown reasons, often attributed to API integration issues.

What do you like best about the product?
We really love the ability to schedule posts on multiple accounts and see their performance stats afterwords. It's a fairly comprehensive platform that has made it easier for us to manage our social media presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing we've encountered so far is some input lag when filling out forms. I wonder if it's a form validation / JS issue.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the scheduling tool the best. It’s the most helpful, but reporting can be good too
What do you dislike about the product?
We are starting to have a lot of connectivity issues with Meta, where it is not pulling in all our information. I’ve been using sprout for years and have always found the reporting helpful, but the last few months it has kind of gone downhill because of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is difficult to always be active on social media when it’s your career, so the scheduling tool helps a lot. Also tags are helpful for reporting into categories our company is looking for reporting in

What do you like best about the product?
I love the reporting, especially the competitive analysis. Also like the ability to schedule posts for the most likely time our followers will be online.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is hard on a non-profit like us. I have to fight to continue the subscription and may not continue to win.

One place to control, post, and check in on all of our social platforms. I don't have to log into each one separately.
