Efficient Social Media Management with Easy Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I highly appreciate how Sprout Social makes it incredibly easy to respond to customers efficiently through the Smart Inbox feature. This tool simplifies the communication process and allows us to maintain strong SLAs by enabling real-time responses. Additionally, the ease of use in setting up and using Sprout Social over time has been remarkable, making the entire experience very manageable without any significant issues. I also enjoy the ability to effectively monitor and track our social media content, which ensures that all posts are analyzed and managed appropriately. Further, the platform's publishing and analytics capabilities are indispensable in our daily activities, as they support both creating and analyzing content comprehensively. Its user-friendly environment combined with a robust analytics mechanism enhances our workflow significantly. These elements contribute to my high satisfaction with the product, reflected in my willingness to give it a recommendation score of ten.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to quickly respond to customers in real time, ensuring strong SLAs. It also helps us track posted content effectively.

Easy Onboarding and Cross-Platform Use, But Limited by Facebook Business Account Requirement

What do you like best about the product?
I like the support you receive on getting onboarded. I also enjoy being able to look at cross platforms all a the same time. It is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you accounts have to be linked to business accounts on facebook. While I understand that is standard, it limited how many accounts I could streamline in the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is letting me know the best time of day to post, it is letting me know what type of post work, and it is letting me track the different forms of social media on each platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has transformed the way our small agency manages multiple client accounts across different social platforms. Sprout makes it easy to plan, create, approve, and publish content. saving time and improving collaboration across our team. The reporting features are another standout, offering clear, customizable insights that make it simple to track performance and share results with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform’s biggest drawback is its cost. While the tools are powerful, the pricing is steep for smaller agencies. Additionally, integration with platforms like Nextdoor is limited, which does create a gap for our client needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps our agency manage multiple client accounts efficiently across platforms like Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Before using Sprout, content approvals, scheduling, and reporting were time-consuming and scattered across different tools.

Intuitive Platform with Great Support, But Lacks White Label Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
The easy way you can navigate throughout the platform. Being able to drag and drop content around on month view and premium reporting are my favourite features. Customer support is very good, I like using the live chat if I have issues. Sprout also listen's to your feedback and most things have been brought in when mentioned to our customer reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a white label offering to make reports more personal for clients. Also, it doesn't bring in TikTok mentions yet. However, comparing against a lot of other platforms it's very good at most things!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to add in weeks / months of content very easily. Features like choosing the best time to post are also useful. As we are an agency we need to be able to review our content and report to our clients easily, Sprout allows us to do that. Premium analytics are very much worth it, they are easy to navigate and provide valuable insights for our clients each month.

There are no trend or social media updates, and you have to pay for higher tier to see when the best time to post is.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tool is great to see when posts will perform best
What do you dislike about the product?
For TikToks, there isn't a spot to 'add sound' and have to have your own orginal audio which isn't great when you want a video to take off with a viral sound

What do you like best about the product?
The depth of tools, overall. Specifically what I find so helpful is the UX w/r/t the scheduling tools and the data tools—in both function and presentation. Ease of use and number of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally, something can have so many features where it becomes overwhelming or complex to learn it all inside and out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our teams centralized place for scheduling content and reviewing/analyzing data.

Robust Analytics for Global Brands

What do you like best about the product?
I like sprout because it is the most robust social media program I know that is equiped to handle a global brand with multiple accounts. The analytics are perfect for large brands that want to slice and dice the data. It is easy to use and implement. It was one of my most used tools when I managed social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
The billing is done by seat. (vs. by profile). I wish it was like Hubspot and gave you multiple users. I wish that it integrated with Hubspot or Marketo better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allowed me to manage multiple social media profiles across different platforms on the day-to-day. It was the only platform that I found that was robust enough to give me high level reports for executive teams and be able to help us dive into the weeds to understand performance. When handling global brands and so many different channels, it is necesary to have a tool that can help you analyze things a thousand different ways.

I appreciated that it also made it easy for me to delegate tasks to others. I could set them up with campaign assets and tracking. It was the only platform I found that I felt handled UTM parameters and setting up tracking appropriately and made it easy for multiple team members. We were able to unify the social media teams.

Managing social media has become so much easier

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Sprout. Everything’s in one place, it’s automated, and super easy to access with just a few clicks. The support team is great, they respond quickly and are always pleasant to talk to. Overall, managing social media has become so much easier and more efficient since I started using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is huge and powerful. There’s very little it can’t do, if such a thing even exists.
That said, its interface could perhaps be more attractive and intuitive; it would be great if the filters could also reset automatically, it would be great if it were possible to tag people through it, rather than the way it works now, where this option sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. There are many features in Sprout that I don’t use simply because they aren’t displayed in a way that’s intuitive or visually appealing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company, we have many different social media accounts, and our team is small. It’s difficult and overwhelming to keep track of everything all the time. With Sprout, everything is easier, simpler, and more organized for us.
