Vital Tool for Media Monitoring with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social's user-friendly dashboard, as it's easy to use and very customizable. It feels like our organization could use it more often and expand our operations on there. I also enjoy the daily email updates, which are great to read in the morning for media monitoring in a quick and easy way. Additionally, the initial setup of Sprout Social was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Confused about the beta projects utilizing AI. When I received a demo it didn't seem like it was fully accurate or ready to be integrated yet. I think that it's good for some things but not the level of detail our organization would be looking for or need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for media monitoring. It helps us track our mentions, initiate rapid responses, and assess our post reception. The customizable dashboard and daily email updates simplify media monitoring, making it quick and easy.
Centralized Hub for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the tagging feature in Sprout Social. It's one of the things that I am the biggest advocate for, as it helps us ensure we tag everything that comes into our inbox and every post we make. This tagging allows us to gain more insights into what types of content are working, what topics our audience responds best to, and what the most common questions are that come into our inbox. I think it adds a lot of value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that Sprout Social had a little bit more capabilities when it came to Reddit. I don't feel like the toolset is quite there with Sprout in terms of Reddit. Also, setting up the listening modules is probably the most difficult thing and I often wish I had a little bit more guidance on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sprout Social, I can manage metrics, inboxes, and scheduling all in one place. It saves time and standardizes metrics across platforms for accurate comparisons.

I appreciate the website’s organization and how easy it is to navigate. Reporting through Sprout is also straightforward and simple to work with.

Some reporting attributes can be difficult to find at first, but once you locate them, it’s easy to use.

Scheduling and approving social posts is made simple with Sprout. It’s also easy to create reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Sprout Social for its reporting capabilities. It’s convenient to have reporting for all platforms in one place. I also like being able to compare results against previous time periods, with the percentage increase or decrease automatically calculated for the selected range.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve experienced connectivity issues, which are most likely not the fault of Sprout Social, but rather the platform it’s trying to connect to.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to publish posts and create reports for our social media accounts and find it extremely helpful for scheduling posts fast. The alt text feature is easy to use, and I like that I can duplicate posts and make changes, like resizing images, without starting over. The recommended active times are useful for reaching audiences effectively. The scheduling elements are the best part, allowing me to edit and reschedule posts easily, and I can do everything in one place, which is very convenient. Reports are very comprehensive and easy to understand, whether viewed visually or via tables. I like that I can see everything on one page and download or share reports, which is especially helpful when sharing with stakeholders. The initial setup was very easy, and overall, I find the entire platform very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit for different accounts can be frustrating. I manage a few other accounts, but can't add them to our account due to costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me schedule posts fast and recommends active times to reach audiences. I can duplicate posts easily, and its reports are comprehensive and shareable, aiding stakeholder communication.

What do you like best about the product?
I like tracking which posts are performing the best to pivot our strategy, and I like how I can customize tags. The ability to post social posts at optimal times is a great solution. What I like most is that Sprout Social is user-friendly, and the training program was very helpful and informative. I also appreciate that I can easily get help through the chat when I have a question. The format of the training program, with videos and quizzes, is helpful because it tests my knowledge and ensures I'm getting the most out of the videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when I am scheduling multiple posts in a row it defaults back to a different profile instead of the one I was just scheduling a post for. I think when you are scheduling posts and have multiple accounts linked it should be more clear which account that you are scheduling for.

Sprout Social helps me track which posts perform best to adjust strategy, customize tags for tailored tracking, and schedule posts at optimal times.

I love our CRM and the support I get. The recommended times feature is really helpful when scheduling.

I find that the calendar could be easier to navigate. It's hard to see what is scheduled and view the full posts.

What I dislike most is the cost, especially for small teams or nonprofits where each additional user adds up quickly. Some features feel locked behind higher tiers, and reporting customization can be a bit limited unless you export and manipulate data manually. I also wish there were more flexibility with tagging and deeper platform specific insights, particularly for short form video performance.

I love the release of unlimited profiles and groups in Sprout Social, which has been game-changing from a management and reporting perspective. The customization options and the fact that it's built specifically for social media managers stand out to me. I also love Sprout Social's reporting capabilities. Even though the initial setup wasn't ideal since I manage a large amount of accounts, I appreciate that Sprout Social has been learning together with me on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to duplicate groups – This would be so helpful and reduce time building different reports for different groups. Sometimes I just need the same group but slightly different.

Sprout Social's unlimited profiles and groups feature is game-changing for management and reporting.
