Great Metrics and UX, I Keep Renewing
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how straightforward the metrics are and the overall user experience. The dashboard view is particularly appealing, and I find it simple to rearrange content as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been frequent outages and failed data connections. I have more complaints about social platforms here than with Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate how simple it is to schedule posts, quickly identify which content performs best, and easily preview everything before publishing.
Intuitive Platform with Powerful Reporting for Client Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
The platform itself is very intuitive and provides robust reporting capabilities that allow us to provide greater insight into our campaigns for our clients. We also love the social listening tool to track conversations online. The Sprout team / our account manager is also great and very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time, I notice that Sprout can be a bit late to the game with product features that other competitors provide i.e. automated DMs that competitors like Hootsuite and HeyOrca provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been with scheduling tools in the past where the reporting capabilities were really limited. Sprout solves that for us by providing in-depth post and profile level analytics.

What I like best about Sprout Social is how seamlessly it brings together scheduling, engagement, analytics, and team collaboration — giving our social team actionable insights to elevate awareness and community impact for people living with IBD.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback of Sprout Social is that its in-depth analytics and reporting features can be a bit rigid — customization options are limited, and accessing more advanced insights often requires higher-tier plans. It’s a powerful tool, but greater flexibility in data visualization and user permissions would make it even stronger for large nonprofit teams managing multiple campaign

Sprout Social helps us streamline content planning, scheduling, and reporting across multiple platforms — a huge benefit for a team with limited dedicated staff. It allows us to manage community engagement efficiently, maintain consistent messaging, and analyze what resonates most with our audiences, all within one centralized platform. This efficiency helps us stay focused on amplifying awareness and impact for the IBD community.
A Must-Have for Social Media Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprout Social consolidates my data in one clean spot, making it easier for me to review social media performance. The platform effectively helps me report data and provides monthly updates that excite stakeholders and audiences about our social media efforts. I appreciate the easy-to-generate reports and the regular informative emails I receive. The in-person programming events are fantastic as they have allowed me to find a community of like-minded marketers and social media professionals. These opportunities provided by Sprout Social have enriched my professional network significantly. The sense of community is a huge draw, as Sprout Social focuses on building lasting connections and friendships. I'm particularly impressed with the company's belief in my work and their support for who I am as a professional. It's evident in the tangible merchandise like water bottles and plushies that celebrate Sprout Social's brand and my involvement with it. This sense of belonging and support has been an unmatched experience, making me a dedicated promoter of Sprout Social to others in natural settings such as industry presentations and podcast interviews. Based on these experiences, I can't help but sing its praises and confidently recommend it to others, as evident in my perfect rating of 10 out of 10.

I find Sprout Social very intimidating for someone new to the marketing field and reporting. There is so much going on, and it can feel overwhelming to figure out what I actually need to know. The initial learning phase took me a good amount of time to connect with what I had to do.

I use Sprout Social for effective data reporting, enabling me to share monthly updates company-wide, highlighting high-performing content, and engaging stakeholders in our social media efforts.
Effortless Social Management, but Instagram Issues and Pricing Limit Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes managing multiple social channels feel organized and effortless. The Smart Inbox is a game-changer — it keeps all comments, mentions, and messages in one place, so nothing slips through the cracks. The scheduling tools and visual calendar make planning campaigns easy, and the analytics are clear, customizable, and ready to share with leadership. I also love how smooth the approval workflows and tagging systems are for team collaboration. It’s one of the few tools that truly saves time and gives you a complete picture of performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram disconnects far too often for no clear reason, which can be frustrating when you’re managing a large number of accounts. Reconnecting takes time and interrupts workflow. I also wish Sprout’s Social Listening features were more affordable — the capabilities are impressive, but the cost puts it out of reach for many growing brands. We’re expanding nationally, yet because we’re not a nonprofit, we don’t qualify for discounted pricing. It’s one of the few areas where I feel Sprout’s pricing doesn’t scale with brand growth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has significantly improved what was once a disjointed process for us. With dozens of social profiles to manage across various markets, Sprout enables us to plan, publish, monitor, and generate reports all within a single platform. The unified inbox is especially valuable, ensuring we never overlook messages or comments, while the tagging and approval workflows have made it much easier to collaborate with leadership and providers.
The reporting tools have also been a major advantage, allowing us to clearly present ROI and engagement trends to executives without the need for manual data compilation. In summary, Sprout has brought much-needed organization, efficiency, and transparency to our fast-paced social program, which previously felt overwhelming.

Intuitive Platform with Stellar Publishing and Reporting Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social is very intuitive to use. I especially really like the notes feature as it allows me to mark when events or posts will be coming up in the future. I use it to mark on the publishing calendar when conferences, webinars, or articles being published are coming out so that I can plot things in the social calendar and keep those in mind. I much prefer the interface and intuitiveness of Sprout Social.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new AI Trillist feature is still a bit clunky. I wish it would look at what I was looking at instead of me having to prompt it each time and start over the conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to manage multiple social media platforms, schedule posts for peak engagement, report metrics, and perform social listening for key topics. It helps both my company and executive leadership streamline social media strategies.
Effortless Task Management and Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the way it helps me accomplish my daily tasks. Also, the support team is top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could edit social posts directly on Sprout after it's already been posted to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows us to easily manage our daily inbound with saved assets for quicker replies and availability to set up chatbots.

What do you like best about the product?
Gosh, it's hard for me to choose a favorite feature when they're all incredible! I love that Sprout Social lets you customize your posts by network! It makes it easy for me to tag accounts that are only on certain platforms without going back and forth. I also love the reporting functions and data! The reports are highly customizable and it's easy for me to pull specific numbers to share with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sprout would automatically give the option to resize art for you. It's not a huge deal, but I hate when I get all the way done with a post just to find out my photo is barely the wrong size. Regardless, I appreciate how easy it is to resize images within the software, so it's really not a huge problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The analytics all in one place! I don't have to fight with the various platforms just to get our analytics, they're all conveniently within the Sprout Social interface.
Supercharges Productivity, But Metrics Clarity Could Improve
What do you like best about the product?
The most productive, streamlined tool on the market. It shaves hours off my work day and reporting tasks. It was easy to implement across out team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some metrics are hard to understand, especially if you're looking to differentiate between lifetime and monthly metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has transformed how we handle reporting, scheduling, and organization. I save two to three hours each month just on reporting, and I use Sprout daily to work with clients and respond to our ad comments. It has become an indispensable part of our business, helping me work efficiently as a team of one.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create reports which are bespoke, and can easily be shared with different stakeholders across the business to showcase ROI. You can easily add in which metrics they do and don't want to see, as well as explanatory notes.
I also love the AI review the conversations you have, it easily reviews what you've previously been speaking about, summarises it so that you don't have to read back through the whole conversation.
We also integrate different apps into Sprout social and it's really easy to do, we've added in Bynder as well as bitly, it's really easy to use and it's nice not having to do in and out of different apps.
Our case handles, Daniel is always ready to help and the customer support button is easily accessible and is always available to help.
We use Sprout every day, and the whole business knows of its benefits and it's been easily implemented into the business. It's the best social media scheduling tool i've used so far, and I've used many!

We needed a platform that worked seamlessly, offered us an easy fast way to schedule content, reply to messages, categorise them and report on everything in an easy bespoke way that can be shared with different stakeholders to increase efficiency and help prove ROI.
