What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is not too much to dislike about Sprout Social! Because we use Sprout across multiple team members, it would be great to see even more flexibility in collaborative features or tagging, but overall, it’s a fantastic tool that already supports our workflow really well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us stay organized and efficient by keeping all our social platforms, messages, and analytics in one place. An All-in-One Platform That Keeps Teams Aligned and Data-Driven
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has one of the cleanest and most intuitive interfaces among social management tools. Scheduling, monitoring, and reporting are all easy to navigate, even for new users. Getting started is smooth — setup is quick, and onboarding materials are very clear. The platform doesn’t require heavy technical support to roll out across a team. The support team is excellent — responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in resolving issues. Their webinars and help center resources are also genuinely helpful. We use Sprout Social daily for publishing, engagement tracking, and performance monitoring. It has become a core part of our social media workflow. Sprout offers a robust feature set — from advanced analytics and listening tools to approval workflows and scheduling automation. It’s comprehensive without being overwhelming. Integrates seamlessly with major social networks and other tools like CRM and analytics platforms. The API and reporting exports make data sharing simple and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike, but I do wish the reporting dashboard offered more flexibility for customizing metrics or visualizations. Occasionally, the platform can lag when switching between multiple profiles, but overall the performance remains strong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves several key challenges in managing social media at scale. It centralizes publishing, engagement, and analytics across multiple channels, eliminating the need to switch between platforms. This streamlining saves time and reduces errors in scheduling or responding to messages. The platform’s reporting and analytics tools provide clear insights into performance and audience behavior, helping us make data-driven decisions and demonstrate the impact of our social efforts to stakeholders. Additionally, team collaboration features — like approval workflows and task assignments — keep everyone aligned, improving efficiency and accountability. Overall, Sprout Social reduces complexity, enhances visibility, and allows our team to focus more on strategy and creative execution rather than getting bogged down in administrative tasks.
User-Friendly but Requires Initial Learning
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, customer support whenever we have issues
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve when implementing new employees with learning quircks with different social platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer needing a third party to monitor and allowing our team to respond directly.
Great for Planning, but Post Duplication Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Planning using the calendar publishing. I am able to efficiently plan posts out months in advance, and overall, making posts is easy. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicating a post doesn't carry over the same time set to post. I duplicate most times to alter the captions and switch links around, but I have to remember what time I set my post at on the other social channels and input it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for me to get my posts in front of my administrator for approval.
Great Analytics Access, but Calendar Integration Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can see the post analytics in an accessible place. It is very good for knowing what strategies to change and implement for content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how Bluesky and Threads do not show up on our calendar when we use them. They do post, but seeing it on the calendar would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us determine what kinds of posts/content our audience likes the post. That way we can curate content that best suites our audiences interests.
Digital Marketing Specialist
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprout Social is how intuitive and data-driven it is. The platform makes it easy to manage multiple accounts, track engagement, and pull performance insights all in one place. I also really appreciate the social listening and reporting tools, they give a clear picture of audience sentiment and help guide smarter content strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I’ve experienced is the cost and some limitations on scheduling certain content types, like Reels or TikTok, which sometimes need to be published manually. But Sprout is constantly updating, so I appreciate how they evolve with platform changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the challenge of managing multiple social media platforms efficiently. It centralizes publishing, engagement, and analytics in one place, which saves a lot of time and reduces manual work. The reporting tools also make it easy to track performance and share insights with teams or clients. For me, it’s helped streamline workflow, improve collaboration, and make data-driven decisions that strengthen social strategy.
Best Investment an Agency Can Make
What do you like best about the product?
love that Sprout Social is truly an all-in-one platform. It simplifies every part of social media marketing, from planning and publishing to reporting and engagement, and makes it easy to stay efficient and consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform itself is excellent, but the cost can be high, especially when new features are continually introduced with additional fees. In our first year, our sales rep often promoted upgrades before we had the chance to fully utilize the features we originally purchased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solves the challenge of managing several client accounts simultaneously. The ability to seamlessly switch between profiles streamlines our workflow and keeps our team agile as priorities shift.
Sprout Social - Built for Social Media Professionals, For Social Media Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use Sprout for social scheduling and planning, social listening, and pulling reports. I love that Sprout is always listening to feedback from users and is constantly updating the platform with new features we're asking for. Recent examples would be the ability to customize a single post per network and the addition of alt text for Instagram. These small additions make it easier to create posts that appeal to the various social algorithms across platforms. I use Sprout almost every day, whether it's to schedule a post, pull a report, or read comments and stay tapped in to our community.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few quality of life enhancements I would appreciate. For instance, having the ability to drag and drop notes to another date—much like how posts can be rescheduled by dragging them—would be a welcome improvement. Additionally, introducing a Facebook first comment feature, similar to the existing Instagram first comment option, would be beneficial, especially since Facebook now suggests placing links in comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout addresses the challenge of handling several social media accounts on different platforms. With Sprout, everything is centralized, making it much simpler to manage. I can effortlessly schedule posts for various platforms, generate reports for each account, and take advantage of other useful features. The interface is intuitive, with everything organized logically and easy to find.
