I love the LinkInBio option for our Instagram channels the most.

Nothing! Everything on Sprout is easy to use and worthwhile.

Keeps Social Media Organized, But Tagging Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been a great tool to keep our social media organized. We are able to see the analytics from social media quickly. We use Sprout Social for all of our social media posts across all platforms.

The struggle to tag people in posts has been frustrating.

Keeping all of our social media needs in one place, keeping the team organized.
Efficient and Time-Saving, Though Features Can Be Overwhelming at First
What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease of use and how efficient and time saving it is for me to schedule out posts across multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not totally comfortable with all of the features it offers and at times it seems overwhelming, but I need to take more time to learn every in and out of the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me with time management and being able to post across multiple platforms at once.
Great Features and Support, But KPI Clarity Needs Improvement

The variety of settings and options, customer service, ease-of-use. I also like the way the platform is organized.

sometimes have trouble differentiating paid vs organic social performance KPIs.

Allowing us to respond to customers efficiently using saved replies and in-platform reply options. Allows us to schedule and create content in a way that optimizes our engagement.
All-in-One Convenience, But Pricey and Occasional Account Issues
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it combines a lot of things into one tool, it's much easier to do follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that accounts can disconnect easily and that it's expensive.

We had a problem monitoring different platform and the fact that everything is centralized in Sprout really helps.

Collab post & repost on X don't appear in the analytics - really a problem.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social extremely user-friendly and straightforward, which makes navigating the platform a breeze. The UX is great, and the ease of setup enhanced by several training sessions with a Sprout representative helped address all my queries. I really appreciate how Sprout Social allows for efficient scheduling across multiple platforms, and the capability to quickly pull detailed reports with tagged content is phenomenal, providing deep insights into specific areas. The platform’s social listening tools ensure that we’re tuned into the right conversations on every platform, which is incredibly valuable. The smart inbox feature allows us to monitor and flag essential communications for our customer service teams to address complaints promptly. I am particularly impressed by the AI alt image text and caption generator, which is very useful alongside the reporting and tagging features. Sprout Social’s excellent customer service and their ability to stay updated with changes in social media platforms also stand out to me, ensuring that all features are current, enhancing the overall efficiency of my social media management tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limitations in Sprout Social's social listening capabilities, particularly on Facebook. It does not allow for listening on pages other than our own, and there is a lack of flexibility in location targeting. However, I understand this limitation is likely due to an API issue that Sprout Social may not be able to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for easy multi-platform scheduling, detailed report generation, effective social listening, and streamlined brand monitoring and task management, enhancing my team's social media management efficiency.
Great Monthly Overview, Editing Existing Posts Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how you can easily see scheduled posts for the entire month
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it challenging to edit any posts that already existed

We could easily see the analytics as far as which posts were working so we know what was resonating with our audience
