My Fav All-in-One Social Media Publishing Solution

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social daily for publishing and moderation. Sprout Social makes it incredibly easy to manage and integrate multiple brands and platforms from one place. I love how intuitive the scheduling, approvals, and asset management workflows are. The reporting is clean, customizable, and gives me exactly what I need to show performance across channels. I also appreciate their constant product updates and customer support. Whenever I've had an issue, they've been quick with solutions.The implementation is normally pretty smooth. We're able to get up and running quickly with minimal disruption to our existing workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge is that some newer social features (like certain Reels or trending formats) can lag a bit before being fully integrated. It’s not a dealbreaker, but sometimes I have to post natively to get access to platform-specific tools. The pricing can also be a bit steep for smaller teams, but the value is absolutely there if you’re managing multiple accounts or working at scale!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has streamlined how we manage multiple brands and platforms, solving a lot of the chaos that comes with juggling content calendars, approvals, and reporting across teams. It centralizes everything into one platform, which saves us hours each week and reduces the risk of things slipping through the cracks. The collaborative tools make it easy for different team members and departments to stay aligned, and the reporting features give us clear, client-ready data without needing to cobble together spreadsheets. Overall, it’s helped us work smarter, scale our efforts, and maintain consistency across all our social channels.

What do you like best about the product?
The robust technology, along with the streamlined communication to social networks and the effective management of communication within those networks, stands out to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
For small businesses, the cost of accessing all the available tools can add up quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with several clients who each use a variety of social media platforms. Without the streamlining provided by Sprout Social, handling outgoing content and managing customer service would take us days or even weeks to accomplish.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes managing customer support across all our social channels so much easier. The unified inbox helps us respond quickly, and the scheduling tools save a ton of time. The insights and reports are clear and really help us improve our service. Definitely a great tool for any support team!
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be a bit steep at first, as there are so many features to explore. That said, once you get comfortable, it becomes a very efficient platform for managing social media support.

Sprout Social helps us manage customer conversations across multiple social media platforms in one place. The unified inbox ensures we never miss a message, which improves our response times and overall customer satisfaction. What do you like best about the product?
I find the tagging of posts in Sprout Social very helpful for keeping track of specific campaigns. It really assists in monitoring how many posts we are doing per campaign and helps identify where we are lacking and which ones are performing the strongest. Additionally, the initial setup of Sprout Social was very easy, which is a great advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more on the competitor analysis, it would be helpful if Sprout Social suggested competitors based on industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to see all social metrics in one place, track specific campaigns, and tag posts, which helps us measure performance and optimize our efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the reporting are definitely my favourite part - it's so simple to tag content, and scheduling is super easy. The custom reports are super useful, allowing us to specifically report only on the metrics that matter to us. The customer support is fantastic - the team are always helpful and give us some great ideas to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social listening tool is quite difficult to use - it's a bit clunky and would benefit from being more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a global business, with multiple social media accounts across various markets, so Sprout allows us to streamline our social capabilities and content in one place, while also allowing us to monitor it's effectiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
SproutSocial is probably the best solution I ever used for social media management and scheduling posts. It's a complete social media suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time, some accounts get disconnected, but I think it might be due to safety. The only significant flaw for me is the price, because we have quite good solutions available at a much lower cost in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was good to analyze the performance of our social media channels and schedule posts.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easy for me to manage everything in one spot. From creating and monitoring to reporting, I get it all in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain platforms are not as functional. Fur example, Tiktok scheduling remains finicky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's streamlined things so or marketing team can easily assign cases to our escalation team for customer service. This has been a massive benefit to our team and our members, because they get help much faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is an invaluable tool for managing multi-platform social media efforts. It makes the process of scheduling content, engaging followers, organizing/responding to messages, and creating customized reports simple and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I manage a lot of different channels across three different markets. It would be great if there were more user profiles, social channels, and listening topics including on the annual subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has been incredibly beneficial in helping to manage multiple channels across three markets. In particular, the new "Customize Post Per Network" function has been a real game changer. Aside from the scheduling capabilities, Sprout Social offers great listening and analytic capabilities. With Sprout Social, I can quickly generate reports to highlight metrics or showcase messages/sentiments connected to specific listening parameters.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can bulk upload social media posts. It really helps when we have campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports can sometimes be confusing to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule out the next month social media post. It benefits me as I can see easily see what we already have planned and what gaps are missing. The tags also help with this as I can sort the posts by topic.
