What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to schedule posts ahead of time. I love the optimized times feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little clunky when cross-posting. Even once scheduled, you cannot edit them independently. Any edit you do for one will affect all of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have great insights and ease to schedule out well in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Sprout Social's smooth implementation process, backed by excellent support from the team. It's very organized and easy to understand, with flexibility to revisit training topics. The tool streamlines posting and scheduling for multiple accounts, and its reporting on KPIs is crucial for the business. The listening tool is extremely helpful in understanding brand conversations online. I also find the publishing, approval, scheduling, calendaring, reporting, and listening features particularly useful. Their standout customer support would make me purchase it again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see an influencer tool integrated into the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social streamlines posting, scheduling to multiple accounts, optimizes post times, and reports on vital KPIs. The listening tool provides brand insights, helping me respond effectively to online discussions.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Sprout Social has been a game-changer for our social media strategy. One of the biggest advantages is how incredibly easy it is to schedule and post content across multiple platforms — up to 10 at once! The intuitive interface makes it simple to tailor each post for the right audience while still managing everything in one central place.

The calendar view is especially helpful for planning ahead and keeping our content consistent. Whether we’re posting to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), or others, Sprout makes it seamless and time-efficient. It’s saved us hours of manual posting each week and has really helped streamline our workflow.

If you’re managing multiple accounts and want a platform that’s both powerful and user-friendly, Sprout Social is definitely worth it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Sprout, juggling 10+ social platforms felt overwhelming and time-consuming. Sprout simplifies that by allowing us to schedule, post, and monitor content across all platforms from one dashboard. That centralized control saves time and keeps everything organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it at almost every day.It's easy to use and I especially like the fact that I can duplicate post details to other social platforms. I also like the clean dashboard

I often find it unclear which channel has been disconnected when this occurs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting across multiple social media platforms is quick and straightforward.
It makes it easier for our team to share posts with advocacy feature.
The analytics are also very easy to understand, which helps us quickly gauge the success of our content.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social for its convenience and time-saving capabilities. It's an awesome tool for scheduling, reporting, community management, and client approvals, especially when managing multiple client accounts. Setting it up was easy with great support from the Sprout team. The approval process for content is extremely useful, streamlining client interactions for numerous posts each month. I rarely encounter technical issues, giving me confidence in the tool's reliability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess, would be for the Sprout links in bios on Instagram. The native Instagram grid has changed to be a four by five. And that Sprout link grid is still a square. So our creative is now looking great on the Instagram grid, but that creative is now getting chopped in the Sprout link in bio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product saves a lot of time by providing an overview for multiple clients, making it easy to manage accounts and streamline content approval.

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out to me is their support and the dedication of their team. They also offer excellent analysis tools for performance, landing pages, and more. Whenever I need help understanding or improving my analysis or posts, they are always available to assist and respond to my calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I encounter errors with some posts, but this only happens from time to time. I appreciate the team for helping me understand issues like spacing bugs and similar problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While there are sometimes errors and connectivity issues within the apps, overall, they have made my life and my directors' lives easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Sprout Social centralizes social media management in one platform. Scheduling posts across multiple accounts, tracking engagement metrics, and analyzing audience data is intuitive and saves a lot of time. The reporting features are especially helpful for demonstrating impact to management. The interface is clean and user-friendly, making it easy to onboard new team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features I would like to see that haven’t been added yet. For instance, it’s not possible to insert a placeholder in the calendar rather than a draft, which makes content planning feel a bit less flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social addresses the difficulty of handling several social media accounts and campaigns by bringing everything together on one platform. Personally, this allows me to plan content more effectively, monitor audience engagement with ease, and generate reports that clearly demonstrate the results of our social media activities. As a result, both my daily management tasks and broader strategic planning have become much more streamlined.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Sprout Social is its speed and ease of use. The interface feels intuitive, and the main features are both streamlined and responsive, making my daily tasks much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback is that it doesn't fully integrate with other platforms such as Salesforce. For instance, we are unable to view the Salesforce case number directly within Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us with the flow to double-check and approve social cases. It also provides smart filtering tools that help us identify what’s truly relevant to our customer experience work.

Easy to use with plenty of features

What do you like best about the product?
The Smart Inbox is incredibly helpful. I really appreciate how it categorizes messages and suggests actions. I also like being able to see both the messages my account has sent and those it has received. There are numerous options for viewing and filtering content. Overall, this seems to be a consistent feature of Sprout—it offers a wide range of options and ways to organize the information or tools you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar feels a bit clunky to use. I would appreciate an easier way to preview posts without needing to click the edit icon each time. Although I eventually found the preview icon, it’s somewhat hidden among several others, which makes it less convenient. Reducing some of the padding between elements would also help, as it would allow more of the month’s posts to be visible at once. Finally, when sharing calendar content for review with people outside the team, it’s frustrating that only part of the image or graphic is visible. It would be much better if the exported view showed the post as it actually appears, so external reviewers can see the entire piece more clearly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes social media management worlds easier than if we needed to work through each platform natively. I am able to see posts scheduled for the month and edit them or ask questions of my team quickly.
