Excellent Calendar, But Overwhelming Feature Set and Limited LinkedIn Integration

What do you like best about the product?
Calendar feature -- great for planning, visualizing, scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feels congested -- we only end up using a fraction of the features because Sprout offers SO much and it feels noisy. Would be great if it had more LinkedIn integrations, eg ability to do a competitive analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to visualize calendar and auto-post vs manually post in the native platform.

Feature-Rich Platform That Listens to User Feedback

What do you like best about the product?
An abundance of features & continuous development of features per user feedback. A true all rounder tool for large social media teams or SMMs managing lots of channels.
As a Premium user, customer support & client success are always available, very quick to reply and dig out any answers or resources that might not be readily available.
The interface is quite intuitive, despite a few features that can still be tweaked.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price might be out of range for a lot of companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without a social media management tool, the amount of content would be extremely difficult to schedule, organize, share within the team and filter for reporting. Sprout also makes approvals quite easy (even multi-step approvals). It's not perfect but it still simplifies the process a great deal.

What do you like best about the product?
All included within one platform. All features are handled in-house. The support teams are very quick to respond and resolve issues
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of some platforms within the service. Notifications about heavier volume in interactions is not based on time of increase but rather sent out within the next few hours
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of noise in our interactions and automation and filtering reduces a lot of it. The analytics also let us see in real time how our communities across platforms view and interact with us

Top Reporting & Ease of Use, Worth the Price

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for about five years now, primarily for my full-time job at a school, and initially discovered it while doing contract social media work. I appreciate the excellent reporting features that it offers, which were a significant factor in my decision to use the platform at my workplace. Moreover, Sprout Social makes content scheduling incredibly convenient. Compared to previous programs I used, I found the reporting in Sprout Social to be much superior and the software overall easier to use. Setting up Sprout Social was a straightforward process, contributing further to its ease of use. It solves problems for me by providing excellent reporting capabilities and simplifying the process of pushing out content directly from my computer across multiple platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. The easy-to-digest and well-organized data, which can be used for benchmarking, highlights the platform's strength in managing social media efficiently. Additionally, the promise of good customer service and the ease of use are compelling reasons that would encourage me to repurchase Sprout Social. Overall, it's a platform I highly recommend with a score of 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the price point potentially high, and making it a bit cheaper would be preferable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprout Social provides excellent reporting, simplifies scheduling, and eases content distribution across multiple platforms, enhancing my workflow and efficiency.

In-Depth Analytics, High Cost but Worth It

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the in-depth nature of the premium analytics feature in Sprout Social. It's incredibly customizable and provides deep insights, which allows me to extract the precise information I need by figuring out the right approach. This robustness in analytics is a standout aspect that I find truly beneficial. Furthermore, I am also impressed with how super simple it is to set up new clients onto Sprout Social, even though I didn’t handle the initial setup, my experience with adding new users has been easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point of Sprout Social is very high. I think it would be great to have a lower price tier for team members doing more basic work, like just scheduling or managing community interactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to streamline our QC process, determine optimal scheduling times, and perform advanced analytics with the premium analytics feature. This saves me a lot of time doing manual analysis in spreadsheets.

Intuitive Reporting with Powerful Social Media Insights

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the reporting feature. I often use Sprout to provide social media reports and campaign analysis to external teams, and I love that links to social media posts are integrated directly into the report! I like that it allows me to filter by a number of different criteria, including engagement rate per impression, to track post performance across platforms.

Overall I find Sprout Social super user-friendly and intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is also related to the reporting feature. When you download the report as a PDF the formatting gets thrown off a little bit and some text is cut off. As a workaround, I usually share the PDF and the link to the report so my colleagues can see it in all its beauty. Also I used Sprout in French and sometimes the numbers are displayed with periods instead of spaces. For example, in English, we would write '30,000 impressions.' In French it should be '30 000 impressions,' but it displays as '30.000.'
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy community management and reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprout Social is how seamlessly it keeps our entire team connected. From scheduling and approvals to responding to messages, everything happens in one place. It’s easy to stay organized, collaborate efficiently, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all our platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is not too much to dislike about Sprout Social! Because we use Sprout across multiple team members, it would be great to see even more flexibility in collaborative features or tagging, but overall, it’s a fantastic tool that already supports our workflow really well.

Sprout Social helps us stay organized and efficient by keeping all our social platforms, messages, and analytics in one place. What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has one of the cleanest and most intuitive interfaces among social management tools. Scheduling, monitoring, and reporting are all easy to navigate, even for new users. Getting started is smooth — setup is quick, and onboarding materials are very clear. The platform doesn’t require heavy technical support to roll out across a team. The support team is excellent — responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in resolving issues. Their webinars and help center resources are also genuinely helpful. We use Sprout Social daily for publishing, engagement tracking, and performance monitoring. It has become a core part of our social media workflow. Sprout offers a robust feature set — from advanced analytics and listening tools to approval workflows and scheduling automation. It’s comprehensive without being overwhelming. Integrates seamlessly with major social networks and other tools like CRM and analytics platforms. The API and reporting exports make data sharing simple and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike, but I do wish the reporting dashboard offered more flexibility for customizing metrics or visualizations. Occasionally, the platform can lag when switching between multiple profiles, but overall the performance remains strong.
