What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is how easy it is to use. Retrieving messages and replying to them is practically effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters designed to catch negative comments are not as effective as I had hoped. I wish they worked better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform makes it easier to manage our customers' messages by bringing them all together. I can receive messages from multiple social media platforms in a single location, which is very convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling tools from Sprout. It makes it easy to plan content ahead of time. I also appreciate the analytics of Sprout. It makes metric tracking super simple and the visuals provided are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love how often the profiles get disconnected.

Scheduling content ahead of time and metric tracking.

The best social media software

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Sprout for a year, and I can confidently say that I enjoy this software so much. I've used Hootsuite, Later, and so many others and this one just has it all. It integrates with a wide variety of social media software, and they're constantly updating to include more and more software so you can be where your followers are. I found the software easy to use and perfect for the workflows I have with my team. I use it daily! I also love the analytics portion of Sprout and find myself using that annual. The tag feature is cool too as I tag by market sector at my firm and I'm able to show each market sector their own analytics. Overall, I think Sprout has been so easy for streamlining my workflow and providing a comprehensive overview of where our socials are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only thing I didn't like about Sprout was that you had to make duplicate posts instead of one draft for all of them if you wanted to change ONE thing. This is often the case for my Instagram, where I change the link portion to "link in bio." (sprout link in bio is a game changer btw). BUT, Sprout actually updated this feature, so it is no longer an issue! The only thing I don't like now is that you can't edit stories in Sprout, nor can you post more than 10 photos on Instagram. On the Instagram app, you can actually post 20 at a time now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to be everywhere all at once, and to have my data all in one place per platform and post which I love. It's simple, time saving, and effective software. I highly recommend it over other software despite its price tag. It's well worth it. They listen to their customers and constantly update the app to make it easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is an indispensable tool for any modern social media marketing team. Its content management, scheduling, and reporting capabilities are all excellent, and the influencer marketing platform stands out as the best in the industry. I have also consistently received outstanding support from all partners I have worked with, whether they were agencies or brand partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past, Sprout's social listening features have not been as robust as those offered by more specialized listening tools. Still, I am hopeful that their recent acquisition of NewsWhip will lead to improvements in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I oversee social channels and content for a leading financial services brand. Sprout makes it easier to handle every aspect of their channels and content ecosystem.

What do you like best about the product?
i like that you can schedule multiple social platforms at once, and edit them as needed quite easily
What do you dislike about the product?
it is hard to schedule collabs on the platform. i have experienced a few times where it failed to post completely because the collab did not go through
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i no longer have to live post, set reminders for myself to publish social assets, instead i can plan ahead and schedule everything in advance

What do you like best about the product?
As a senior content marketing manager working on a small team, I’m constantly shifting between different projects and channels. When I took over social media in January 2025 after the previous person moved to another role, I immediately knew I needed a scheduling tool to help manage everything. I typically create social posts in batches—sometimes for a specific campaign, other times just to plan a month ahead—so having a way to set everything up in advance lets me focus on other projects and then return to social media later to review performance.

I found the demo experience with Sprout to be excellent. The rep provided a comprehensive walkthrough, answered all my questions, and made the purchase and setup process straightforward. Scheduling onboarding was easy, and the sessions were very detailed, which really set me up for success.

What I appreciate most about Sprout are its scheduling calendar and the AI-powered caption revision features. The tool offers multiple caption versions, such as making a post sound more confident. I also love that you can input an entire blog article and have it generate captions for you. As a writer with high standards for AI, I’ve been impressed with the quality. Another helpful feature is the Optimal Times recommendations for posting; when I follow these suggestions, my posts consistently receive more engagement and views.

In short, I’m a big fan of Sprout. Managing social media alongside countless other responsibilities is so much easier with this tool. I honestly don't know how I'd manage to do it all without Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't exactly a complaint, but there was a time when something went wrong with Sprout. I was unable to at-mention people on LinkedIn, and the problem persisted for about a month. I believe I was among the first customers to notice and report it. The customer service team responded quickly, but it turned out the issue was more significant than they initially realized. They kept me updated throughout the month, and ultimately fixed the issue. It hasn't happened again!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a content marketing manager on a small team, Sprout has truly been a lifesaver for me. I prefer to create and schedule social posts ahead of time, which allows me to 'set them and forget them' for a while as I concentrate on other tasks. Sprout makes it incredibly easy to write captions, upload PDFs, images, and videos, and schedule posts. Honestly, I can't imagine how I would manage all of these responsibilities—along with my other essential duties—without Sprout.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is immensely user-friendly, I am on the platform daily and my approvers are easily able to navigate the platform without issue. I love the automated features, built in UTM code tools, and tracking. We've also recently integrated their employee advocacy tool and that connection has made it 10 times easier for our employees to share content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find there is fairly frequent turnover with our specific reps, they often get promoted out of the role, which is great for them, but we really only need to chat once a year at renewal time and it can be tough to determine who my contact is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really just a huge time saver for me in general. It keeps me from having to navigate to several different tools just to make one post.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, nice interface, the Smart Inbox, the Publishing Tab with Instagram Grid Preview and Calendar view, Approval Workflows, and the reporting. Makes scheduling posts with a team really easy
What do you dislike about the product?
The Instagram grid preview doesn't show the posts in 4:5 view, it's still square which is outdated

It's nice that we can see all of the interactions from users across all channels in the Smart Inbox. Makes responding to users fast and easy.
