Makes my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes my job and life so much easier! I post on facebook for 4 different social accounts and Sprout makes it so easy to do that. I use Sprout basically everyday
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Sprout is the slowness I sometimes experience with the software.

Keeping 4 different social media accounts organized and scheduled all in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social allowed our team to be more efficient and get metrics across our different platforms more accurate and faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not think I have any issues, but I would love to have different account under Sprout Social for Mutiple members of the organization or communications department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to report our metrics faster and it has also allowed us to be able to dedicate more time on other tasks.
Social Media Scheduling Made Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
This tool has become an essential part of our team, helping us stay ahead and avoid the daily stress of posting. I also find it very user-friendly and simple to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer if it offered an automatic Instagram story posting feature rather than just relying on push notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps me stay efficient by letting me add everything I need for specific periods, so I don't have the daily stress of constantly checking it.
Easy-to-use dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social's dashboard is so easy to use and navigate. It gives me up-to-date information on what is happening with my organization's social media stats and helps me stay on top of all the things happening on various platforms. I would highly recommend Sprout Social to an organization looking to stay organized, plan ahead, and monitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a big learning curve, but, not impossible with practice and time spent learning how to best utilize the resources available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization uses multiple social media platforms, so it is convenient to work ahead and schedule postings on those platforms, as well as use specific 'listening' tools for keywords related to our community happening on those platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing in Sprout Social is the ability to easily post to all social media platforms. Our company has 70+ social media platforms for our businesses, and we use Sprout Social every day for all of them and their social media posts. We also love the reports that Sprout sends us to help us with our marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Sprout Social. It is easy, reliable, and efficient.

We have 70+ offices and social media accounts for all. Being able to look at reviews, post content, and analyze reports on Sprout helps us everyday. We use 4+ social accounts for each office, and Sprout allows us to keep our social media marketing organized and easy to use.
Sprout is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is one of the best scheduling tools I have used. It makes managing multiple social accounts and our advocacy tool easy. We have multiple users on it, and it is easy to use and intuitive. The customer support team is always quick to respond when we have an issue. I use sprout every day multiple times a day and can't imagine doing my job without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features and a lot of updates and sometimes it's hard to keep track and know if I am using it to its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a calendar for multiple accounts across different platforms can be complex, but Sprout makes it easy to see all in one place and work across all of the accounts.

I love everything about it, I can't think of any particular cons.

The All-in-One Get It Done Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Sprout because it helps schedule everything in one place, and also provides necessary data/analytics that make my job possible when reporting to the team. Tagging makes that simple, and the LinkInBio function is also nice to use. I use sprout every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it let you schedule more than 3 collabs at a time, and also that it automatically added thumbnails to TikTok videos when you upload for scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is making scheduling easier, and data / analytics easier as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social to be incredibly valuable for managing all of our social media content from one place, which greatly simplifies my workflow. The robust reporting and platform offerings are standout features compared to other tools we've used. The scheduling feature, combined with the ability to customize posts for different platforms and get all analytics in one place, is a massive time saver for me. Additionally, the workflow approvals streamline the process, allowing my team to work more efficiently. The integration with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube enhances our social media management capabilities significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that was a little tricky was establishing workflows. But once we got the hang of it, it's really become second nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product centralizes our content scheduling and approval workflows, saving significant time. It allows posts across multiple platforms, integrates analytics, thus streamlining social media management.

I love the interface of Sprout Social! It is super user-friendly, and I've been able to integrate it into my work with ease, allowing me to be more efficient and save time and energy to put towards other projects. Additionally, the support team is very quick & friendly when I'm having any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I've had technical difficulties with connecting a new account or accounts randomly disconnecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase ease of sharing posts, efficiency in cross-sharing across platforms, and quickly gathering and making sense of social media analytics.
