Great social media tool!
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using sprout for over a year now since we started our social media department. We really like the fact that is very easy to use and if I ever need help their support team is always one message away, besides they have so many different features that helps us get more accurate stats.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything bad to say. Maybe, I would like them to implement in the future an specific tool that allow me to tailor every report.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easy to plan social posts for multiple accounts and profiles all in one location. You can track performance of posts, schedule them, and even have an approval process before posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly no complaints outside of being asked to verify my identity every single time I log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps our organization to easily plan social posts across various platforms and teams. We can track performance and analytics.
Everything in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about the smart inbox, the publishing/approval process, and managing reviews. It was easy to implement this tool for our social media and customer support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I cannot track link clicks for LinkedIn. Or track Pinterest analytics. I know that really on Pinterest side but that would really help me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer service issues are all in one place making reporting and problem solving easier than ever.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been a huge help in managing our social channels. My favorite features are the scheduling and approvals — they make it so easy to ensure content goes up exactly when it should. I also love being able to respond to comments directly through the platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issues I run into are that sometimes posts get rejected without a clear reason, which can be a bit frustrating, and the listening feature isn’t quite as intuitive as I’d like it to be. It takes some extra effort to navigate and pull the insights I need, so there’s definitely room for improvement in making that feature more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple social accounts can be stressful, especially when posts need to go up at different times across platforms. Sprout makes this so much easier with its scheduling feature — we can plan content in advance and feel confident that everything will post exactly when it’s supposed to. On top of that, the analytics are incredibly helpful for guiding our social strategy. They give clear insights into what’s working, which content resonates most with our audience, and how to optimize future posts. Overall, it really takes the guesswork out of social management and saves a lot of time and stress.
Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and allows us to quickly provide reports. This empowers us to adjust strategy in real time and allows us to keep key stakeholders informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrates with a limited selection of platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're required to demonstrate the value we add to specific stakeholders and regions. The easy tagging functions allow us to quickly pull reports for this data.
Efficient Social Media Posting
What do you like best about the product?
Having all my social media platforms organized in one place is very efficient. I appreciate the drop-down menus, which make it easy to navigate quickly. I also really like the schedule and duplicate buttons, as they help me work faster. Customer service has helped me multiple times which I appreciate. I always get answers to my questions fast!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is about tagging others in a specific post. When I type the @ symbol, I always have to wait and see if the organization I want to tag actually appears, which can be frustrating.

I can post content to multiple social media channels efficiently.
Sprout - a marketing essential!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is such a useful tool we use for marketing our listings. With the market ever changing, Sprout allows us to keep our clients up to date with the latest social posts. We also love that it tells us the peak times to post, ensuring that we are reaching the most people at the most optimal time. Sprout is easy to use, efficient, collaborative, and overall a wonderful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would automatically crop photos depending on the social media platform so I do not have to do to double the work when posting on Facebook and Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to schedule and build out consistent posts to make sure our feed is aesthetic and does well.

Makes Everything Easier
What do you like best about the product?
- User experience is second to none. You can set up your account and be off and running on day one, very easy to integrate
- Platform reliability is top notch. I've experienced minimal issues with content not publishing or the platform not working as expected.
- Premium analytics is well worth the extra $.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think like all other similar platforms, it's challenging to emulate what it's like to post directly on platforms vs. a scheduling tool like Sprout, Hootsuite, or others. The more "native" features integrated the better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting client approvals on content is easier than ever, and premium analytics cuts down on the time spent understanding page and post performance.

I love that Sprout is just easy to understand. It has numerous features that allow for you to implement your strategy for any social network!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Sprout tends to glitch and there are times that I schedule for a day and it will move it to another day, but nothing I can't figure out!

Sprout has helped me maintain a calendar and be able to sort and showcase my ideas each week.
