Great all around!
What do you like best about the product?
Leaving notes in the social calendar. It really helps you preplan your content within it before you might actually have the content ready/
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a bit more intuitive. It definitley takes some time to get used to, also tagging people is relatively difficult as it doesnt pop up for LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to better manage our social media overall and track our links clicks, engagement, etc. in one place.
A fantastic social tool for beginners or experienced users.
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule out posts in one place and easily duplicate a post for another platform. The data reports are clear and concise, and I love being able to compare platforms against each other. The tool is intuitive to use, and it is great no matter if you're a beginner just starting out or an experienced professional. The team at Sprout is also incredibly helpful and stays in touch. I use Sprout for posting at least twice a week, and the data section is constantly open in a tab. It was easy to figure out how to use the tool and learn to navigate as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the social listening plan was less expensive. I also only use the desktop version, so I post stories and reels on Instagram from account's apps on my phone vs. the mobile Sprout app.These are my only complaints–I'm a huge Sprout fan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout gives me an easy, all-in-one spot for posting to multiple platforms without restarting each post on each separate platform. It saves me time when posting, tells me the best times to post for each specific platform, and it gives a post preview. It also has all of our analytics in one spot, and allows to cross-analyze across platforms, providing insights we would otherwise be missing. It pulls numbers from any date range I set, which also gives us a deeper and more fine-tuned look into what's working, what's not working, and what needs to be changed.
User-Friendly Social Media Management Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Sprout Social for making reporting much easier and user-friendly. The ease of features enhances my experience significantly, allowing me to use the tool efficiently and train others with ease. I find the community management capabilities, like managing comments and messages from an inbox and competitor analysis, incredibly useful. These features stood out as something Later.com lacked. I also enjoy the approval process, which lets me coordinate well with team members, seeing who performed specific tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Sprout Social doesn't consolidate TikTok engagement metrics with views and separate metrics, requiring me to switch settings. The platform also lacks TikTok competitor analysis, focusing more on Instagram, which limits my ability to perform comprehensive competitor assessments across different social media platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for easier reporting, competitor analysis, and effective community management, providing valuable insights and improving client service. Its user-friendly features simplify onboarding and enhance team collaboration.
Superior Enterprise Social Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout regularly for multiple clients. I appreciate the ability to manage several teams and profiles, each with their own access permissions. The reporting features are decent, and the tagging system is quite helpful. Additionally, the training provided is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Tableau integration does not include all fields making it annoying to filter data to custom tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to manage multiple challenges in a single location and improve visibility across scheduled content for multiple team members.

Sprout is AWESOME and EASY to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout allows me to post to multiple platforms at once. I am an employee and I like that my posts get sent over to my boss for it to be reviewed before it is sent out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating the main page can be difficult when multiple people are posting to different social media accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Takes the pressure off of posting to social media individually through all of our accounts on different platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use. The actual function of the software is amazing and allows me to not only work efficiently, but also enjoy the system. I use Sprout on a monthly basis and it always delivers. I will continue to use Sprout Social and will recommend it to other digital marketing professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a 'comment/edit' feature that is ONLY internal facing. This would serve as a place to put requested edits or note approvals.

Being able to schedule posts across different platforms. It benefits me by keeping things organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Sprout Social's access to platforms and responsive analytics, enhancing my ability to manage social media efficiently. I love the calendar tool which provides a clear overview of posts across multiple accounts. The approval process is fantastic for ensuring brand consistency and compliance. Setting up Sprout Social is incredibly easy, even for team members new to the software, and the onboarding process is tailored to our team's needs. The drag-and-drop calendar view simplifies managing multiple platforms. I also love how easy communication and visual planning are with team functions, allowing for smooth collaboration. The platform’s user-friendly interface and intuitive navigation make it easy to share with tech-savvy and non-tech-savvy clients and colleagues alike. Lastly, I highly value the ability to see and plan social media campaigns with digital sticky notes and color coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more app integration with native platforms. As a social media manager, this is a common desire due to the restrictions imposed by platform owners like Meta and TikTok. I think Sprout does its best within these limitations, but having features like trending audios, polls, stickers, and scheduling stories directly accessible in Sprout would be ideal.

I use Sprout Social to manage multiple social media platforms seamlessly, simplifying approvals and maintaining legal compliance. Its intuitive calendar and team functions enhance visual communication and streamline workflow across our team.

I use Sprout every day at work as a social media manager, and it saves me so much time. It is so nice to be able to handle everything for my multiple clients in one place.

Excellent Customer Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The approval process for teams is incredibly user-friendly. Drafting posts is easy, communication within Sprout Social makes in convenient and timely, and I even love that there's the Instagram grid preview for each profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I would change thus far, and I've been using it for a few years now.

For our team, Sprout Social makes scheduling posts and social listening super easy.
