User-Friendly and Effective Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who is new to digital marketing, I’ve found Sprout Social to be an incredibly user-friendly tool. It has made creating and managing social media posts so much easier, and it’s played a big role in my success so far. The platform is intuitive, well-organized, and saves me so much time. I highly recommend Sprout Social to anyone looking for a reliable and effective social media management tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t found any dislikes about Sprout Social. Everything has been straightforward and helpful, which makes it stand out from other tools I’ve tried.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is helping me stay organized and consistent with my social media content. Instead of juggling multiple platforms and schedules, I can plan, create, and manage posts all in one place. This has saved me time, reduced stress, and allowed me to focus more on creating quality content that connects with my audience.
Organized and Efficient Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to track reporting. One significant aspect of my job is tracking our paid and organic metrics, which has made my job significantly easier by saving me a considerable amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the publishing calendar is slow and takes a bit to populate our recent posts onto the calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving our past issues of not being able to keep everything organized, and it now benefits the team because we can view all of our social engagement within one platform. Nothing gets lost!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is incredibly user-friendly. I appreciate that they are constantly making updates based on social updates and user requests. As someone who runs social media for a multi-unit brand, t's very easy to do everything I need to do, from adding new social accounts, to scheduling and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of course, there are some features that are native to specific platforms that Sprout can't include. I know that this is more an issue of the platforms themselves allowing third party platforms access, but using a scheduling platform like Sprout can be limiting when there are specific things that need to be done and you can only do them within the social platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I primarily use Sprout to schedule social posts. The ability to do this easily and in an easily viewable way is crucial to keeping our channels fresh and up-to-date with content.
My team LOVES Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I love using Sprout Social the most for scheduling social media content for dozens of clients across several platforms. In addition to the scheduling features, we love the custom reporting feature. Our team used to create reports manually, and switching to Sprout Social has saved us a TON of time creating reports. Rather than taking hours to create a report for a client meeting, now with Sprout Social, it takes us just a couple minutes. I have also loved the response time of Sprout Social if there are any, though rarely, technical issues, they are super fast to respond and fix the issue. Ultimately, we utilize Sprout Social daily and it has been such a helpful tool. Our team has used Sprout Social for around 2 years and when we were making the transition to Sprout Social, the Sprout team was great to work with and made the process easy, giving us a lot of support.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main challenges we had with Sprout Social was not having the ability to edit posts by platform without making a whole new post but this has since been updated in Sprout and we LOVE the new feature! Although the reporting feature is amazing, and has saved us endless time, we have noticed some discrepancies in the reporting compared to platform provided statistics. For example, when we look at Meta directly for reporting stats, we get different results than what Sprout pulls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is saving our team hours and hours of time when it comes to custom reporting. It makes custom reporting super easy and quick to pull and share with our clients within minutes.
Great Social Scheduling Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is great since my company has so many businesses and social profiles to manage. We love being able to schedule out posts across multiple platforms, including Instagram Stories.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not experienced any downsides to using Sprout Social.

We don't have to log into multiple platforms or accounts.
Leveled Up My Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I run LinkedIn accounts for my company - and we have over 50 pages. Sprout has let me share content to multiple pages SO easily, and the smart inbox has saved me on numerous occasions. Getting to see all engagement from all inboxes at a glance is super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate the limitations on tagging accounts - I have to tag personal profiles often on LinkedIn and am unable to do so on Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting ease - I am able to bring back social media successes to my team without spending a million hours on gathering the results.
A Social Media Manager's Happy Place
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it really simple to manage multiple social accounts from one place. Having the Smart Inbox, scheduling tools, content calendar, analytics—all consolidated—saves a lot of time and mental switching.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional glitches, delays (especially when posting from many accounts), or annoyances like limitations in tagging people on LinkedIn, or slow processing of content inputs. Not usually dealbreakers, but frustrating when you need reliability.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes it easier to handle and coordinate all the social media platforms my company uses throughout the day. By bringing everything together in one place, it speeds up workflow and keeps things more organized and convenient. I post content and collect reports more often on Sprout Social because it is more straightforward to use. Customer support also keeps us posted with issues or updates.

Sprout Social is so advanced that the website might run a little slow sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps find and report analytics across all of my company's social media platforms. Not only that but Sprout Social gathers all data into one report, that can be customizable for the user's needs.
Sprout Social is the creme de le creme.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is user-friendly, has very clear categories and is a seamless software for teams to use. The customer support is quick and thorough, especially for emergency needs. It's easy to learn and is far superior to other platforms (IMO), especially for how often my team and I use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Sprout reports are not always accurate to in-platform data. It's largely due to API integrations but I feel like the reporting could be more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Community management, scheduling and reporting all in one platform. It's so much easier for my team and I to do everything within Sprout versus using multiple tools for different parts of the social media execution.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of Sprout Social is now seamlessly publishing and reporting work together. Sprout not only allows me to publish and gather data, but to see the bigger picture of our social media strategy and audience reaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that features are not always the same for each channel. For example, there are currently competitor reports available for only Facebook, Instagram and X.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As with many social media teams, our content goes through levels of approval. Being able to see a preview of the content and copy of each post makes it easier and more efficient with all the members of our team.
