As a communications director Sprout Social has completely changed our automation process.
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to schedule our social posts and move on to the next project. We appreciate the software's dynamic functionality. We are also able to post stories from the platform, which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tagging feature is very Inconsistent, and more often than not, we must go into the post's caption to update it and include the tags of individuals and companies we support after the post is live. Also, the ability to add links to Instagram stories is a feature we'd like to see added in the future. Our goal is to post and not have to make any edits or actual modifications to the live post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time Management. We are able to create a social media calendar, plug in our content, and publish. Sprout Social does the heavy lifting for us. We can create content months in advance.
I have been using Sprout for a year now, and it has been amazing! It keeps me organized!
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the social inbox is the most valuable feature in Sprout Social. Managing several social accounts becomes much simpler, as it allows me to respond to all messages from a single location. Connecting your inboxes within Sprout is straightforward and hassle-free. Whenever I have encountered issues with my account, the customer service has been excellent. I rely on the social inbox daily, often using it several times throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to boost carousel posts creates inconvenience for our company. Additionally, we frequently experience problems when attempting to boost posts through Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Sprout's social inbox, managing and responding to all customer messages, comments, and stories would be nearly impossible. Sprout truly simplifies this process. Since we operate several social media accounts, being able to schedule posts across multiple platforms at once saves us a significant amount of time. Additionally, we can now customize our posts for Facebook and Instagram individually, which is a great feature. The platform also makes it very straightforward to track how your content is performing and to identify which types of posts resonate best with your audience.
Very easy for everyday use navigating social media.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use everyday and schedule posts across multiple channels. The customer support is great and they have always helped me quickly and clearly. I love being able to track notifications across all channels in the inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some posts go missing and I can't locate.

Easily posting across multiple channels and tracking performance, and managing inbox.

I would say the best part is the ease of use, customer support, and how well the system runs.

I don't have any current issues. The system runs well. Support is on top of any issues we did have. And I'm even faster on Sprout than Khoros.

Sprout Social Experience for B2B Social Management
What do you like best about the product?
When I look at our overall marketing budget, Sprout Social is one of the best investments we make in terms of money spent and value delivered. We use Sprout for social media management, and the platform is intuitive and reliable, and the reporting features are robust and easy to use. I use the tool daily and couldn't imagine not having it as part of my daily workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more emphasis on LinkedIn features, as for many B2B companies, that is our most important social channel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who manages multiple social channels for multiple brands, having the Sprout platform consolidate all activity is extremely beneficial.
Sprout streamlines organization operations
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has become one of the most valuable tools our organization has adopted over the past year. With a small team, we've found that Sprout allows us to schedule many of our digital media posts in advance during quieter periods. This, in turn, frees up our time when we enter our busier seasons. We've also found the platform easy to learn and straightforward to teach to others on our team. Sprout allows us to see what posts across several of our social media platforms are scheduled. This has in turn made it easier for us to plan ahead. We use this tool almost daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many capabilities that Sprout offers & I just haven't had the chance to explore them. I'd loved to participate in webinars and see what tools are out there that benefit our organization & improve efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very small staff of 2. Sprout allows us to schedule many of our posts in advance which frees up our time when things start to ramp up. Previously, we were posting on our social accounts day of. Being able to schedule them keeps us in track with our calendar and saves us time & worry.
Lifesaver for Multiple Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I am currently the social media manager for Fifty West Brewery in Cincinnati. When I began, I had limited experience with social media, but Sprout Social made it easy for me to learn the ropes across all our platforms, whether I was using mobile or desktop. Since I started, we've expanded to several new locations, and switching between accounts to post or respond has remained straightforward, clean, and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price may be somewhat steep, but I believe it's justified for businesses aiming for success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it possible for me, as the only person handling social media at our company, to manage multiple platforms efficiently and respond to messages within our one-hour goal. I can oversee our account that's two hours away as well as the one just across the street from my office, all within the same five minutes, without missing any messages or questions. This means our customers receive answers and updates more quickly, which helps our business generate revenue.

I appreciate the scheduling features and advanced analytics reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could change the visual reporting. For example, pie charts vs line graphs.

Godsend
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been a Godsend to me and my team. It's easy to use and empowers self-agency and collaboration. I love the built in reports feature and that it can pick up on the optimal times for maximum engagement. We use this every day to get our work out on the web!
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently unable to do hybrid Instagram posts that include both video and text. Also when using the smart inbox, you can only "like" posts, instead of the different reacts offered on didfferent social sites.
